Stopped in to this candy store. It was bigger than I thought and they had a large selection of items to choose from. The ice cream was delicious.I was looking to pick up some items to gift to family we had visiting. However when I asked the 2 young ladies that were working behind the counter questions about some of their popcorns they were selling they didnt have the answers. We have a strawberry allergy and a couple of the popcorns had some red in them I asked the flavor and if they knew if it had strawberry in it. They just simply said they had no idea. And werent willing to find out. I ended up not making any extra purchases as it seemed to bother them the even be asked. Hopefully in the future they will have more training to be able to assist their customers.

If you’ve never been here, make sure to come! They offer a huge variety of popcorn flavors, candies, chocolates, and more! I’ve enjoyed everything that I’ve tried from here. The popcorn is by far my favorite though! They have savory, salty, and sweet flavors. Since I have a sweet tooth, cupcake is my by far favorite flavor to get! The workers are super nice and the staff keeps the store clean!

I go here often they have great popcorn and also have ritas Italian ice sude to with many desserts.

Bedford Candies is an excellent shop! They have a wire selection of candies and the only place to my knowledge that has purple swedish fish! The staff are always pleasant and helpful as well.

Always like to stop by from time to time because there are some popcorn flavors that are addicting and sometimes you just crave it. Also love the melties, and chocolate covered chips. Awesome candy shop!

Amazing selection of popcorn and treats that is constantly changing. Staff is very friendly and will always allow you to try the different flavors of popcorn. The bucket deals for popcorn is seriously the way to go. Always end up leaving happy and with tons of sweets to hold me over until the next time.

Very friendly staff. Amazing selection of chocolates, even sugar free. Love their popcorn, and especially love the clearance popcorn. Not very expensive for all being handmade. Chocolate is a little thick on individual pieces for my taste.

Excellent chocolate and candies and popcorn! Dozens of different chocolates and types of flavored popcorn plus seasonal candies also. They are have nice selection of gift baskets available. Always fresh and very high quality. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Altoona location convenient rather than traveling all the way to Bedford. Very nice selection. Highly recommended!

This was a brand new location in Altoona and connected to a Ritas ice. The popcorn is amazing! Got the penguin 🐧 popcorn and wow! They have several different varieties and flavors of popcorn and any Ive tried have been great. This is more of a premium candy shop as prices are a little expensive, but well worth it as quality is second to none. Well worth the visit.

Popcorn is amazing. Defiately try the buffalo ranch if u get a chance. Their cholocates are the best and they now have Ritas ice.

The service was very helpful and welcoming. This place has an awesome atmosphere.

RITAS is absolutely delicious ice drink! Best part for me, they offer Sugar-Free options. Tiday I had SF Root Beer! Loved It. Sister had SF Pineapple just as good!!! Candy is good but onky had Rites thus trip.

Absolutely incredible staff! Dealt with a little peach named Kenzie. My first time in Bedford candies and immediately fell head over heels! The selection is amazing and so overwhelming but Kenzie really helped me in deciding which was best for me. Will definitely be a returning and daily customer!

Not really impressed. Paid for gourmet Spider popcorn & it had BARELY any chocolate. So ya probably wont be going back anytime soon. Seems like mostly just chocolate candy as opposed to other candies also.
