Worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. The woman working at the counter was very rude and started cursing. I was just walking in to purchase something after leaving the 1st time a couple days ago due to her attitude hoping she wasn’t rude again however that was not the case. We left the store immediately due to her attitude not wanting to do business with someone who has no respect for customers. After we left we could see her through the window eyeing us. It was very uncomfortable and the worst part was they had some very nice products I wanted to buy.

Always attentive and helpful every time people come in. The owners are eager to help and always nice! Forever will recommend this place! Keep up the great work and I will for sure be back!

Completely let down by my experience at this store this evening. Every time I have been in this store the family owners a husband and wife have always been so nice and kind. I walked in tonight with my son shopping for my husbands birthday and the lady says can I help you in a very rude voice i thought the store was closed by her tone of voice. She Then sighed and proceeded to stare at my son and I in a very creepy way that made us both feel uncomfortable. I just felt extremely unwelcome by this person. I would gladly come back without this negative energy in the store.

Today, the woman working the register was incredibly rude to everyone i saw walk in, yelling, practically screaming because she didnt hear their response. This store has forever lost our business. Not sure what cactus she sat on, but her tone, and manner are an embarrassment. Such a waste of good products to buy when you cant get past the disrespectful and rude Karen at the register. After reading other reviews I am amazed this place is still running. It is time for new management in that place.

I called the store number but it must have been after hours because the call went to a personal cell . The person who answered the call was very helpful and followed through with my request. She mailed me the t-shirt that I wanted immediately upon arrival at work the next day.

Nice selection of socks just what I was looking for and the guy could not have been more helpful.

As I see in the comments, my experience with the lady working at the register had nothing to do with me personally nor my children. She actually said out loud she didn’t want my kids in the store. My dad called while in the store (it was Father’s Day so I answered), she clearly did not appreciate that. She kept yelling across the store asking for what I wanted. She was very clear she wanted to close and she did, about 30 minutes early as we walked out.Will not be going back.

The store itself has great selections and my family like going I there to check out the merchandise. The customer service on the other hand is a joke. When my family and I went to the store we were checking out the nfl clothing to see what they had to offer and the lady working followed me and my small son through the aisles and anything they I touch the look at she would follow right behind to fix it. It made me extremely uncomfortable so we moved to a different aisle. The worker then started to follow my boyfriend and was doing the same thing. As my family continued shopping another gentleman came in with his two kids and the work said “oh dear Jesus” right in front of my boyfriend and I. I have been a manager in customer service for 11 years and you should NEVER NEVER be unappreciative of any customer you have come into your store especially when they only have four sales for the day.

The customer service is awful. I was looking at different teams stuff and the person was continually asking me if I needed help and I said that I didnt. I left and came back because I wanted to get something for a friend and immediately got a ugh you again. I was looking at stuff and she had mustve thought I had taken my mask off because she told me I could wear it or leave. I go to checkout and I guess two tags were on the shirt or something and begins cussing up a storm (from what Ive seen here thats fairly typical). Dont go here if you dont want to have an experience where you feel like youre walking on eggshells

Rude. Yells at customers about touching the tag. Not ever shopping there again. Your employee should be ashamed. Did you see the argument that she had with my wife? I will be passing along the poor experience to anyone I know going to the outlet stores to avoid yours.

The customer service is sickeningMy small child dropped her mask and when they entered the store they were greeted by saying they needed a mask ( which is understandable ) but when they turned around to leave they apparently were not going fast enough and was told to hurry up and get out... exchange of words definitely happened... these employees/owner are horribleAdding to response: its been weeks, youre generic response of blaming everyone is insulting.. just admitt youre rude to the majority of people trying to support your business

I went in to look for some clothes for Christmas shopping and I didn’t get to leave with anything because I got rudely kicked out by a bald guy that was working tonight. He was following me and my family around the store eyeballing us. He never asked if we needed help looking for anything. I went to go look at a mask on a manikin inside the store and I like the mask and considered buying it and when I went to go feel the texture the man rudely yelled at me telling me not to touch the mask and started talking rudely about us out loud. I went to go confront this worker saying that he could have asked nicer and been nicer to me and my family and told us that we needed to leave the store and kicked us out. Worst service I have experienced in my life.

Good experience the owner and her husband were friendly and they had what I was looking for. The only reason for 4 stars is because on the tags of the clothes it states no refunds, no exchange, no exceptions and in my opinion that loses a point in customer service, I feel if someone has a problem with a product they shouldnt feel at a loss because they cannot correct their mistake I know how customers can be but without them any business wouldnt be open and as a bigger person some materials dont fit in the right size and not sure if store had a changing room. Would recommend but do so cautiously.

Horrible customer service. I needed to exchange a shirt because it was not a true 2x and they would not do it. They said sorry its been over 14 days. I had my receipt and the shirt was clearly not worn. Very disappointed and will never recommend or shop there again.

Great place to shop for my husband and son. They even had Vegas golden knights and lots of team mask and was able to get Kobe Bryant shirts

I was in the store shopping when there was a very older gentleman that was working. We browsed the store near the doorway they had Kobe Bryant & Gigi Bryant shirts that we were about to purchase, at the very same momeny we happened to see the maniquin had a mask on we looked to see what team was on the mask because we were curious if they had sports apparel masks as well and what kind of texture they were made of as well. The gentleman then came and disrespectfully kicked us out for touching the mask instead of asking us for help. This store just missed out on some sales and this gentleman was the worst service ive ever experienced. I myself am a general manager at a store and if any of my employees treated guests that way they would definately be reprimanded. This was our first time here and will defiantely be our last! If ownership would like to reach out it would be greatly appreciated!Update.. A couple weeks later and still havent been contacted

If i could give a negative star i would. The only employee on duty was sitting on a chair on her phone rudely asked if there was anything she could help with i said yes. She then rudely says what Never puts shown her phone nor does she get out of her chair. I walked out she was still sitting and as i walk out says i thought i could help you with something. Impossible to help if you cant when stand. Never will this store get a penny from me!

This is a very nice and big store. Lots of different teams and sizes for men and woman. The owners are great and go out of their way to help you and if they dont have what your looking for they tell you where you might be able to get it. You should definitely check this store out and I definitely will be going back.

I went in to get a bigger size in a sweatshirt because it was a Christmas present and the lady said no because I didn’t have a receipt I would NOT SHOP there. My mom stated that the lady that was working didn’t say that you had to have the receipt to return. Normally you get great customer service at small businesses but NOT this one.

It’s nice to see a restaurant that keeps the menu simple with good food and great service. The manager Tena was so hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend!

One star is even too much!!!I took my 2 children in shopping for their Dads Christmas gift. The owner followed us around, told us she does not have anything for children in her store. She followed us closely all around the store and made myself and myChildren so uncomfortable. When I said something to her, she yelled saying I shouldn’t be worried, if we weren’t doing anything wrong.I have managed retail for 25 years as a store manager and a district manager. I’m well aware of how you protect your product and all she did was loose a sale and get a bad review!

I tried calling to see if they have what Im looking for before driving all the way out there, but no one ever picked up. Then I happened to see the owners responses to some negative reviews. Based on those alone, I will never set foot in this store. Attacking potential customers online will only serve to scare away other potential customers (like me), and it makes you look worse than had you said nothing at all. A true customer service response would be to apologize that the actions made them feel uncomfortable & invite them to come back to try again. Your responses attacking others only serve to drive away business. I hope this serves as the motivation you need to change your behavior for the sake of you business.

Horrible experience here. Owner was rude and followed us around and felt very uncomfortable. Made our kiddos feel like they were stealing when all they wanted was to buy their dads window stickers for christmas! Heard from other stores she will not make it in the outlet mall for very long.

Amazing customer service! My husband recieved a zip up hoodie for Christmas but the zipper was broken. I took it on to exchange only to find out the exact hoodie was out of stock and they wouldnt be getting another shipment. Instead of having us get a different hoodie, the man there said hed get the zipper fixed and let us know when we can pick it up. Will definitely shop there more!

The woman working was beyond disgusting. When people walk into your store you should be inviting. A guy walked in with a pop and she said, Does that have a lid? Oh it does, then you can come into my store. No one had a chance to look or even say anything. She will be the ruin of that store. She cant be the owner. If she is then she paid people to give her good reviews. Any self respecting adult would not ever degrade themselves by shopping there with her working.In response to the owners comment:Obviously you were the woman working who responded. Actually those kids were looking at the clothes by the tv not even paying attention to your tv. Actually Lowes would never tolerate your behavior at their store but keep creeping on my stuff lady. Makes you look real professional. Regardless it doesnt matter what my review says because you will ruin your own business with your attitude. Stay classy

The owners of this place are amazing. We had purchased a Cowboys football for my stepson and when we were on our way home we realized that it didnt have the part where you can fill it up. So when we got home my son forgot about that and tried to fill it up and popped it. So next time we went to the Outlets we stopped by the store to get him another one and was 100% ready to pay for it but I explained to the lady why we were even there and she said we could have it at no cost. Even as we all started walking out I felt bad and tried paying again. She reassured me that I didnt have to. Its this kind of customer service that shows how great a store actually is.

Store is really nice and has different variety of local teams and great customer service. The owner Patrick and his wife treat everyone just great.

Very rude - woman working had ZERO customer service skills! I’d give it NO STARS but you can’t in order to post a review.I went in to exchange my husband’s shirt that he bought the day before. We needed a bigger size- and was told that I couldn’t exchange it unless it was for the exact same amount. I tried to find something to exchange it for but each time I found a shirt he’d like (Steelers or Hawkeye) she told me it wasn’t going to work.All we needed was a different shirt. The employee asked me what did I want her to do, this is their policy and she couldn’t help me but I could come back tomorrow and speak to the owner. She kept pointing out their policy which I took a picture of. The woman slapped her hands on the policy taped to the counter- but no where does it say this. And I had a receipt. Not to mention I had to find something for $27.99, and there wasn’t anything for that price. So how was I going to exchange this shirt!??On top of this she yelled at my 6 yr old daughter every move she made. She was about in tears when we left.I really hope there are cameras in there for the owners to see. This is beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping! We will NOT BE BACKI hope the owners will want to make this right.
