Use to be WAY BETTER back in like the 00s. Has gotten more mainstream and poppy instead of goth and metal. I guess still a decent store, but, will never be what it was

I usually only leave positive reviews but I was treated poorly at this store by the employees. I highly recommend you take your shopping elsewhere and let these big buisness mall stores die.The workers are rude, entitled, and driven by self serving means.

Only store in the mall that tried to make my family wear a mask, so we never entered. 15+ stores we entered today and this is the only one that wouldnt let us in . I know one customer doesnt amount to much for a business this size, but i will not be shopping with you in store or online until this mask thing stops.

Customer service was very helpful and very nice. I spent 45 minutes trying to decide on my purchases and the sales person was sooo patient with me and handled my picky self very well!! Kudos!!

I like the rebranding theyve done. Awesome selection of Pop figures, and collectables as well. Nice staff, clean store, and really well organized. Much better than it was a few years ago.Edit: Gotta take away a star for still requiring masks after the CDC overturn. (May 19th, 2021). Was gonna buy some socks and funko pops for my sister but nah.

Hot Topic has always been one of my favorite suites. They always have amazing deals with buy one get one free or more recently buy 2 get 2 free.

Really cool store, its got a Gothic, Punk Rock vibe to it they sell a variety of unique clothing items and other cool things but be warned its a bit pricey for your wallet.

Today was my first time in the store, and I will be going back. The male employee that was there today was very helpful and kind. He told me all of the deals that were going on and he was very patient when his register was going really slow. Ive havent been there at night to experience the employees with bad reviews but I know this guy is a great employee to have.

People are so nice and helpful. Lots of cool stuff. Could spend hours in there.

I might be addicted to buying Funkos. Especially when they have the 3 for $27 deal going on. The one assistant manager basically knows me by name and always expects me in when they get a new shipment of Disney or Harry Potter funkos. She is SUPER helpful.
