At the outlets of Des Moines, its amazing. All stores in one place, and wouldnt have to go elsewhere to shop for your favorite name brands. Got a combat boots from under armour store... Beautiful

Love this place!! Such great deals and the employees have always been kind and helpful. My kinds usually run through clothes so quickly but Under Armor holds up well against their wildness

7 people in line, 2 registers running at a snail’s pace. Multiple employees who had more pressing tasks then checking guests out. Maybe it’s just me, but I guess working with a sense of urgency and making money isn’t everyone’s goal. I hope this isn’t an everyday occurrence, if it is, I think it’s fair to say your loosing customers.

I found some good deals there and the staff helped me find a size from the back that wasnt on the rack.... Very helpful and appreciated.

Went to return something that I had bought online. The lady at the counter said nothing to me during the entire transaction and only after it was over did she try to give me store credit for my return. When I asked for it to be put back on my credit card, she only then told me that they “can’t do that in the store, you need to mail your return back then”. Thanks for telling me that to begin with 🙄
