Very fast and friendly service! Came in a little after 10 and was gone by 1030. Everyone who worked there was so nice explaining what we needed and were very nice and helpful when it came to me having my children along!

Had my golden retriever with me and the technician said he could come in it was a very hot day and while I was checking out one of the technicians grabbed a cup which I thought he was getting coffee or something and he fills it up with water for my dog. So along with the jiffy service I was pleased with my visit.

Super quick and fast service. Went for an oil change and after talking with Bradon, realized my air filter was bad and coolant was low. They topped off the coolant, changed oil and air filter, wiped windows and checked tire pressure. Well done with great staff.

This was an excellent place! Very knowledgeable technicians and very friendly! Wish I lived closer to have them as my go to for car service! If you are getting in car maintenance at any other place within a 15 mile radius, i would recommend canceling and going to this jiffy lube instead!

Visited in July 2020. Staff was very pleasant but none wore a mask as required by law and common sense. The one other customer waiting had a mask under his chin. I had to wait outside (it was about 94) degrees. I will not be back unless they smarten up.

Went in for an oil change and left with a complimentary check engine light on. When they removed my air filter to try and upsell me a new one they disconnected my engines air intake. I personally feel if they are going to take your car apart without asking, they should at least put it back together. I Called and explained what happened, they didnt seem to care and just wanted off the phone.

Was busy Sunday morning but their service was fast & professional. Have been going there for years.

I usually have regular maintenance done by my local independently owned garage but it is sometimes difficult to get in on my schedule. I stopped in after work and got out quickly with all the fluids and lights checked. The gentlemen there are super polite and helpful, wanting me to have a nice experience. It works. I showed up for my oil change right at the suggested mileage. I never do that because it takes too long to get an appointment on my day off at my regular guy. I think this is my regular guy now

Amid virus chaos my 92yr old Mom wanted a normal day. She was thrilled with the courtesy & efficiency of the mechanics. She said theyd see her in 1,000 miles!

Great place for good fast service

I specifically asked them to make sure they check the power steering fluid because of the noise it was making. After they were done, the service technician very quickly went over the list saying they checked everything and it was good. When I questioned the power steering fluid, they hadnt even checked it, and it was very low. How am I supposed to have confidence that they did anything else they said they did?!

The gentleman who changed my oil was so friendly and nice. Ive lived in Altoona for almost 2 years and this was the best customer service Ive had from any business so far. Thank you for being kind. RIP OFFS!My wife went there for a basic oil change. They pulled the vehicle in the garage and started draining the oil from it before she even told the clerk what she wanted. When she went in and the clerk finally came to the register she asked for a basic oil change. The clerk said $94 !Now she is there with the kids and the vehicle is stuck with no fluid in it. I snapped ! Who on gods green earth charges $94 for an oil change I asked him. Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Pulled off the highway because our wiper fluid ran out and a splash from a truck completely occluded our windshield. We pulled into Jiffy Lube to get a bottle of fluid and the tech came out to fill us up! What a lifesaver!
