It’s the weekend before back to school so I expected them to busy but they really need to reconsider their efficiency processes. Also if your store does not have the capacity to provide online orders at the time designated you should not be able to place online orders. I ordered ONE poster from them at 9am for a 6:30pm pickup. When I walked in at 7:00pm the poster was not printed, I attempted to call beforehand to get an update & no one was able to give me an update. It’s now 8:00pm and I am standing here as the store closes waiting for ONE poster. If you have the time to go somewhere else I would suggest doing so. The staff is friendly & helpful but they really need to work on their efficiency because this makes no sense.
So my husband I just bought a business, you know the American dream! We went to Office Depot because you all are suppose to be the experts! We are starting to need supplies for office and programs and other things! We came in and bought a laptop we also got a printer I bought a few other things we came back bought some software! Took it to our shop and started to open it (never broke the seal) and realized that we cannot put that on the laptop that we bought! No where to install it! So we took it back, the first guy said no problem, we wanted to buy another printer so we went and looked at printer! The the other employee at the counter says he can’t take it back because it’s been open (Seal was never broken ) you can see where I started to open it and then stopped! I walked out had a long day we are both tired and dirty! I let my husband deal with it because he is much more calm and understanding. My husband asked for a manager and Boy Oh boy we got more then he asked for!!!! Listen I get it everyone has a bad day, but no one has ever talked to my husband in the manner that Jenn the manger did! He starts to tell her our situation and he said we bought a laptop, and before he could get the rest out she say’s ( you could have bought a hundreds things from us you still opened it ) really! Then she start to yell at the assistant in front of other customers! If this is the type of people you hire for management you should be ashamed! I don’t even care that as a new Business owner I’m out $100 and now I don’t have a local place that I can go to to buy office supplies or get advice from! So I guess I’ll start doing it with another company online! To talk to an employee let alone a customer the way she did is uncalled for! Don’t reprimand an employee in front of customers (it’s so unprofessional) and don’t treat your customers like Sh$& because you had a bad day! My husband picked up the unopened software and walked out he was mortified on the way that he was spoken to and the employee! Never again will I ever step foot in this store ever again! I will make sure I let all my friends and family know how she treat my husband and the employee! To the employee trying to help, ( he agreed it was ridiculous ) my husband never meant to get you in trouble!
I waited for over 40 mins for someone to acknowledge me when I advised that all the self service machines were not working. The kiosk displayed, the kiosk screen is unable to connect to the device. Check to be sure the device is powered on. If the problem persists, please ask for assistance. It took over 30 mins for someone to come over after stating the issue. Then the associate had no clue how to.work the machine. This is the worst office depot. Skip this location. Incompetent staff.
The shopping experience was different today as a special tech named Miguel assist me with recovery on my computer. As I was leaving it was raining, he grabbed a umbrella and walked me to my car so my computer didn’t get wet. He went above and beyond great customer service!

Glenda is a phenomenal general manager and truly went above and beyond to help me out in a huge way with a complicated online order exchange. She wasnt only knowledgeable and helpful, but personable and kind. A truly valuable asset to the store so I wanted to give her a shout out. Thank you, Glenda!!! Youre amazing!!!
I have been a consumer of Office Depot, Altamonte Springs, Florida, for the past 20 years, and have always received excellent service from store employees. But today I had a special service. With my wife we went to see some office furniture, and being honest, I wasnt going to make a purchase, because we were just comparing prices. Then an employee named Miguel arrived to us, and he was so attentive in dealing with us, that we not only bought the desk that we planned to buy later, but also an office chair. Today we return home with those furniture that he carefully placed in our car. Office Depot is my store, but now it is more, thanks to the fine attention of Miguel. Congratulations!
Miguel has been an excelent tech working on issues withmy two laptops. He discoverd that I had two separate accounts one with my home phone number and one with my cellphone. I also had two separate tech suport services one that expire in August and the other expire in January which I just pay it on 1/2/21. He cancelled this second account and asked me to watch for the credit to show up in my credit card statement.
My husband and I brought out laptop to Office Depot to have it checked out and tuned up before sending it to our son in PA for his business. The computer had a touch feature that tended to go spastic and uncontrollable.The Miguel Gonzalez directed us to the tech services desk where he reassured us that he could diagnose the problem I quickly for free.Mr. Gonzalez worked quickly and professionaly as he detected not only the primary problem but discovered several other defects that were a result of not using the laptop regularly. He explained how the computer software was obsolete and needed to be upgraded. He took the time to demonstrate what needed to be done in simple terms that we understood.
Amazing store to do business with computer repairs, very thankful with Miguel (Sales Consultant) . Since the arrival to the store Miguel was very helpful with my 2 computers fixing all the problems. Really there is not too many places where you can feel like in your house. Incredible knowledge in this IT department. Than you Miguel and his Managers.
DON’T do business here.Thursday: I bought a very EXPENSIVE office chair, and they were to assemble it for me and notify me within 24 hrs to pick up. They told me they would call me when it was ready- but I was busy, and they didn’t call, so I called Saturday and was told it was ready for pick up. I told them I would get it on Sunday.I picked it up (but didn’t examine it closely)- it had no tags on it and they handed me the instruction booklet. I got home and noticed multiple scuffs and marks on the legs, and upon closed inspection, instinctively thought to myself “this is the floor model!!!”I started a new job the next day- so I had put it right back in my car- to return it. I went back to the store After work and walked straight to the back to see the chair that I had sampled - when I chose the chair the previous Thursday. And there was a sparking, brand new version with tags hanging from it.I told the representative at the front, showed him my receipt, and requested a NEW CHAIR IN THE BOX. He basically shrugged his shoulders, and ordered someone to bring a new chair to the front. He agreed that the chair I was given was not a new chair- but no apology, no remorse, no shame, no explanation. Wow. It was as if they had nothing to lose- to just give me the floor model- since no one bothered to assemble my chair. I will never step foot in this store again. They don’t care about even pretending for my sake- that they felt bad that one of their employees gave me a used chair? Or maybe all of them did- I am an olderWoman- would they have pulled this on a male executive/professional type?I plan to do as much marketing damageTo this company as one person can do- I hope it is worth it to them.
The store was super organized and I quickly found the item I was looking for. The check out line flowed at a nice rate and was soon greeted by a friendly associate that was working, he also informed me about a 25% off coupon they had going on at the time so I saved a few bucks! I had a very pleasant experience here and would choose to come back to this store because of the wonderful service here.
Went in for a computer advertised in their flyer but left with another one that was on clearance but not advertised. It was the display model but it had better specifications than the model advertised in their flyer and cost less than the computer I initially went in to buy. On top of that, the guy gave me an extra 10% off of the clearance price because it was the last one and the display model. Left the store very happy because of the unexpected savings. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to wait a little bit for someone to assist me. There was only one employee and he was assisting someone else but after standing there for a couple of minutes and having to ask for help, he called for another employee to assist me. Also didnt give five stars because while I was waiting for for him to get the computer I saw advertised is when I came across the clearance PC with the better specs. A good salesman would have shown me that instead of me coming across it by chance. Overall, the experience was satisfactory and he was very knowledgeable about computers, very courteous, and very helpful. Im very happy with my purchase and my experience at Office Depot.

I was supposed to have posters of my sisters art made here but unfortunately it didnt work out due to alleged copyright issues. Even though my sister drew the art, the characters are copyrighted so it was a no-go. And that is completely fine but.....Initially, I spoke to Hayley on the phone. She was very helpful and told me the posters could get done and that she would notify the person coming in the next day. However, that was not the case which again is totally okay. But the next girl whom I dealt with was not so helpful. In the middle of me explaining to her that Hayley told me the posters were okay she blurts out Im transferring you to my manager. It was really off putting because I wasnt yelling or mad and I didnt even ask to be transferred over to a manager. I was just explaining the situation but I was treated like an irate customer almost immediately. It was really off-putting and kind of awkward.When the manager came on the phone she was extremely nice and actually explained why the posters were technically copy righted. But I did let her know that I dont know why the issue was escalated or why I was treated like that.Despite everything I would still give this place 3 stars because aside from the one customer service girl (I think her name was Rosa??) everyone was very helpful and willing to take the time to explain protocol to me.My only suggestion would be to train employees to handle issues on their own instead of having any small, trivial issue escalated.

I bought an office chair here and I love the chair. The instructions were easy to follow. The Chair was also on sale for almost half the original price.
We needed to get some chairs for our new real estate office. We walked into the store, tested out some chairs, and the associate, Matt, brought us the chairs we needed, matched the price online, and we were out the door and 8 minutes flat. Oh, and they loaded us up. Thanks a lot Office Depot.
I ordered refill ink for my printer to be picked up at the store. They notified me that my order was ready only 20 minutes after I ordered. Only took 2 minutes to pick it up in the store. Really liked the quick service!!
Its a typical office supply store. Things are priced a little higher than you could get elsewhere, but its right there and convenient when you really need it. Staff is friendly and helpful at the printing center.
I understand now why big stores such as this one, Office Depot & Staples, are closing rapidly across the states. You walk in here for printing services and don’t get acknowledged for 25+ min and just stand in line with one person ahead of you.Keep in mind, as I’m standing these 25-30 min for printing services (only one person ahead of me) there is one person in the printing services who is wasting time picking up normal conversation with the customer without considering that I’ve been standing here for so long. Also, there are 4 men in Office Depot attire (I assume they work here) just talking and laughing about what they did last weekend not even working....All while a customer has been waiting these 25+ min.What a shame that the next Office Depot or staples near me was about 12 miles away since they closed the one down the road from my house. But now I can see why. Poor customer service to say the least.Btw, im still waiting while writing this!

Very few staff. Two were sitting on office chairs taking a break. Two others were chatting by electronics. No one noticed I came in looking for something and left empty handed.
Got my computer fixed here. Just dropped it off and picked it up an hour late. Easy and quick. Plus Jim was super helpful and even funny. Overall very satisfied.
I cant shop at the store because I am handycaped and they dont provide any kind of handucap equipment to get around inside of store. I have to let my daughter shop for me.

I have never had a problem with the staff of this store, especially the ones working the printing and copying section. Multiple times, on multiple occasions, they have all been wonderful, patient, and pleasant to work with.
