I purchased a printer from them and 3 days later found it for $100 CHEAPER and I asked kindly for a price adjustment, but all they cared about was the 20% restock fee and not satisfying a brand new customer. I was just starting to load a ton of new equipment in my new shop too, but they certainly will NOT be getting any more of my business. $100 is a LOT of money, but even worse $70 just for them to receive an item and add it to a shelf -its already what they do anyway. Terrible. Sad. UNACCEPTABLE.

When I placed an order, I had to reach out for any confirmation that my order had even been processed, and it took two days to get back to me. When my item arrived, it doesnt even have all of the functions it was advertised to have on the product page, so its useless to me. What a waste of time and money.

I was very disappointed to find out that they do not have an actual storefront.

Contacted customer service as there were issue with orders, they were very rude and got me disconnected.
