I was in desperate need of a new iPhone. My phone was turning itself off. A broken phone made my work day hectic. Due to my schedule, I arrived to the open Verizon close to closing. The very kind gentleman, Chris R., listened to my issues and understood my need for an immediate remedy! He was patient and took time to inform me of benefits obtaining my new phone. He answered all my questions knowledgeably. His calm and caring personality made the stress of the day subside. I’m so grateful for his patience and attentiveness. Shortly after leaving Verizon, extremely satisfied with all of my purchases, I was able to call coworkers and family and they all were so happy that I had chosen Verizon. Several had been customers for long periods of time and were very happy with services received. I’m grateful for all you offered!

Howard was super patient and helpful when our phone stopped working. He assisted us in trying to trouble shoot with tech support and we ended up staying new line with him while we were there. He set up my auto pay, discounts and even transferred over my files from my old phone to my new one. Super friendly and great service.

I met with Darwin who was professional and knowledgeable about my concerns. He called customer service to assist me with deleting 2 iPad devices.My only complaint was not against Darwin but with customer service. Unbeknownst to us my daughters iPad had been deleted me months prior so we continued to pay the $20.a month charge and that iPad had not been working for 8-10 months.. After being a 20 yr loyal customer with Verison she only gave me a$20 credit.

Love this location! Darwin and his team helped me out when I crushed my phone. Not only did he answer the phone right away when I called, but Darwin had creative, helpful solutions to get my phone transferred even when the screen wasnt working. I have been coming to this store since they opened, after having a horrible experience in one of Verizon’s corporate stores I was excited when this Victra location opened. Every experience I have had with this store has been fantastic, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and have aways gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I may need. No matter where I am if I am in need of a Verizon store I will always find a Victra store to go to.Again today I wanted to purchase a new Apple Watch, I called to make sure they had one in stock and Joshua informed they they did, he took my name and had everything ready to go when I got there, he did all the paperwork and activation, as well as completely set up my new watch. I can not say it enough the staff at this location and every Victra location are the greatest, thank you Josh for all you help, and making this purchase so quick and simple.

My husband and I stopped by the store to discuss upgrading our phones. From the minute we walked in Josh made us feel like the only customers in a busy store. He assisted with the order and set expectations for delivery. Our phones arrived much faster than expected and Josh let us know to come in to process the upgrade. While the store was extremely busy - Josh again made us feel like the only customers. He prioritized each customers request, provided ongoing updates to each customer, helped with needed accessories, walked us through account changes, and did this all with humor and customer focus. Outstanding experience from start to finish!!

I went in to this location on May 29 to get some assistance setting up a new iPhone for a parent who did not like the current smart phone he had. Darwin was SO helpful in assisting with activation of the phone and also helping me pick a new plan, since I would be adding the iPhone to my account and closing my parents account. He also went above and beyond the next day when I called from my parents house and he walked me through the process of transferring the SIM card from the old phone to the new iPhone. It was such a pleasure to get the assistance I needed, and Darwin was so knowledgeable, professional and personable. I will highly recommend him and definitely look to work with him when I need assistance in the future!

Darwin went above and beyond spending nearly two hours figuring out how to put a firewall between while preserving all of the data. He contacted Apple on my behalf and very patiently went through all of the many grueling steps necessary to clean up the mess. I can only brag on Darwin and Josh at the store on 434 in Altamonte springs. When u came in to discuss options on switching from Sprint and when I came back later to make the switch it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. Josh went above and beyond for me and the other customer in the store. He stayed after closing to get me wrapped up. I accidentally left my old phone on the charging pad and when I ran back to the store he was still working on getting the other customers problem fixed. You dont see that type of dedication very often.

I was so fortunate to find this Verizon VICTRA Retail Store!! Darwin (manager) and Josh are outstanding! The store is large, clean, adheres to Covid-19 precautions and Darwin and Josh are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They discussed my situation, offered professional advice and directed me to the phone best suited for my specific needs. They patiently set up and transferred my phone data and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They provide outstanding customer service! Great reps, great store!(I had to replace my broken phone so I originally went to the Corporate Verizon store across from the Altamonte Mall - which was a HUGE mistake! I had the pleasure of going to this Verizon location the other day (even though my reason for going was not so pleasurable) but Derwin and his amazing co-worker was extremely nice and outgoing it was impossible for me to be upset that my phone just stopped working while I’m out of town and ended up having to pay for a totally new phone. But he went above and beyond to first ensure that it was absolutely nothing they could do to get my phone back working, then about a hour later when it was clear my phone was gone forever he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out paying the least as possible (he even convinced me into getting an iPad as well go figure) overall it was a horrible day turned great all because of great customer services. Got a phone from this location back in September and have had all kinds of issues with it.the day I got the phone I had to physically leave the store and go back for them to complete my purchase. The store was like a visual desert, barely any merchandise and zero customers other than myself. that should have been my first clue to get out of there. The reps were very kind, but it was also very obvious that they lacked knowledge in the merchandise. Every few moments my rep had to ask the store owner/supervisor for assistance. I guess I really didn’t mind that because there is the chance that that rep could have been a new rep and was currently learning the ropes. But when that supervisor would assist they were so degrading to the rep it was embarrassing. I felt really uncomfortable for the rep Because it was so obviously clear that he was annoyed with her for her lack of knowledge. Then for the two items that you can get, in regards to accessories, The same degrading supervisor selected them for me and brought them right to me. I never knew that I could choose my case or the type of charger I got. Furthermore they told me I got a rose gold phone only to find out that the phone I actually got is gold which is OK but I specifically asked rose gold and only realized I didn’t have a rose gold one upon comparison with friends rose gold phone. The next day after having the phone for just under 24 hours I call the store to inform them that my phone was giving me quite a lot of feedback when I would make calls. I called that store maybe six times leaving voicemails each time because I was to go out of the country and I wanted my phone issue to be resolved before then. I got no response. Absolutely no call back about why I was calling no way to set an appointment they did not care. So the next day I went to a Verizon corporate store. And they basically told me that because I went to a retailer that they could not assist me in fixing my phone. Furthermore, they informed me that there were a lot of details left out in my previous visit to the retailer the day before that were now too late to be fixed. My only options at this point are to pay off the phone and purchase another one or trade it in and pay the difference then get another one. So, have a phone that I can only use on speaker or through headphones to avoid the feedback that comes through on regular calls. Avoid the store if you can. There’s another Verizon almost across the street from the Altamonte mall that is a corporate store. Go there instead.

Darwin & the other gentlemen (I think he is from New York) we’re so helpful on numerous occasions while in their store. My dad had a stroke and was having problems with his phone and they were both patient due to his limited ability to speak and or speak clearly. I could not have asked for better help or more compassion during each of our 4/5 visits. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE IVE HAD IN A VERIZON STORE EVER!! I’ve been a customer with Verizon for 24 years and this was by far my best ever experience. Would highly recommend them to any and everyone!! They were each thee alone and still got us in and out quickly solving each of our issues and it wasn’t that anything was wrong until I actually had to purchase a new phone (also went very well with no complaints) did everything they could to keep me from having to purchase but my phone was just old and it was time. As for my dad he has an Android and I couldn’t work it as I’m used to and iPhone and they helped me help my dad because se he couldn’t speak to tell me the issues he was having I just can’t say enough about all they helped me with and how everything was perfect and can’t thank them enough for all they did. Came in to activate a phone I bought at Best Buy onto my account. Employee ended up changing our family plans data service without any request or notification of the changes. Took five chats online for them to properly recognize the issue and entirely fix it, and that still involved an increased fee. If I am going to pay any additional costs at any point, legally you are supposed to notify us. After further issues with a reconnect fee when I wasnt told I was disconnected, I have moved on from Verizon, and suggest you do too. Consumer Cellular is cheaper.As to the store itself... there was a disturbing air of salesmanship from the moment you walk in. Its the old commission model where feel like the employees are circling around looking for a kill. It was the same in past experiences with the store, and has gotten worse with time. Combine the atmosphere with the negligent/dishonest service changes, and this warrants a negative review. I expect its really the company and not the store, and sadly this store is probably not abnormal for the company. But the 12 years Ive been with Verizon, these policies have increased, and there are better options at this point. Even if that meant just using cell phones less. You try to get every dime you can out of me with tricks and manipulation, whether as a company or an industry, youll get absolutely the very least I can possibly manage out of me.

This was a very satisfying experience. The staff was welcoming and patient. I didnt feel bombarded and was given a chance to shop on my own. When I had questions they were available and knowledgeable. They went over what promotions were being offered however, they werent pushy about them. He was cute, sweet, and efficient!The only sad thing is that Verizon does not have any discounts on Apple iPhones if you are a long-term customer. They also cannot give you any discounts on accessories or anything. If I was Verizon, I would offer customers who had accounts with us for over five years with three or more phones some freebies or discounts! I went to this store originally for information and help with my smartphone and got excellent service. I worked with Jonte, one of the representatives at the store, and he was absolutely kind and attentive. It was very refreshing knowing that I was welcome and able to ask any questions, and he gave me a great deal on my new smartphone, all while lowering the bill! The first thing I would like to say is DONT GO HERE!!! The manager Michael is such a liar, crook and VERY Rude even to his employees. I bought a Google pixie that He forced on me and a hum device that I told him I didnt need. I returned them both less than 24 hours because it wasnt working for me. When I returned, my husband and I and I told him I came back to return then phone and hum, He started yelling at me and was talking about a restocking fee! He was so pissed and I had to get him straight before my husband got a hold of him. Til this day He never removed The phone from my account,Im still paying on a hum that I dont have, he removed my INSURANCE from another phone he had no business touching. He just rearranged my entire account, bill was sky high, I had activation fees and was entered into a 2 yr agreement for a hum I didnt agree to and then he went back in without my permission. He just lied about everything... WHY??? He is not fit for that store and He is so rude to his employees and they even said that he is like that all the time so they just deal with him. he is not a good representative for Verizon. They are like is little slaves, they are uneducated because Michael always jumps in instead of guided them on what to do, smh. The only comment from verizon that i need is HIS MANAGERS NAME. He is the reason Im in tears today, thank God for customer service and being able to see things. I hope this review helps someone and save you tears, times, stress and money...

This place is a scam, I went there to trade in my sons Iphone 6 for the X, they told me the Trade in credit was $211 when I called Verizon to find out about how my credit was going to be applied on my bill they told me it was used at the store and that was not true the only thing that was supposed to be deducted from the credit was the $70 taxes.. this place is a scam dont go with Jonte.

The gentleman that helped us was extremely informative, personable, and saw to it we got our insurance claim dealt with and a new phone sent to us while we were on vacation. All in all a true epidemy of customer service.
