Went in for a new phone and staff very friendly and helpful didnt have phone I wanted in stock but went to another store and got one for me and got it activated and out the door they went above and beyond !!!

Even drove two hours to pick up a phone for me so it would be here for me to purchase. Yes she said she was just doing her job but as you and I know service is so important and Mary is representing Cricket in the best possible way... Sweet... Problems & issues with new expensive Apple iPhone and service not handled properly. Very disappointed overall and will follow-thru with getting things corrected. Poor attitude as in well, its not MY problem. Wrong... it IS your problem until its fixed, Tired of these poor customer-service attitudes.Absolutely terrible for all the $$$ paid!

Went in to upgrade phones- Stephanie went out of her way to be helpful and informative. The store didn’t have the phone I had decided on, so she found one that did and drove to get it. She patiently transferred the data and info from our phones, was knowledgeable, and made sure we got exactly what we needed at a good price. So grateful. :)

I went to this store recently and was welcomed by a nice staff .The place was neat and had alot of phones and accessories.I got a great deal on an upgrade with accessories included.Mirna was very helpful with everything.I highly reccomend anyone to visit this nice location.

I called twice in advance and ask the manager Nikki how much did I have to pay to switch over to Cricket Wireless and she told me only $25 per phone for activation and then afterwards $80 a month for unlimited data and usage. But when I got there all of a sudden Im paying over $200 for activation fees and what have you and shes and she would sit there and lie and said that she never told me that when I asked her exactly how much am I paying so this place sucks and Jared does not know how to even activate phones there do not go here they draw you in with one price and another price shows up!

Worked with Andrew at this location. He was amazing. He knew the answers to every question that I had plus gave me a bunch of information that I did not have cuz I didnt know what to ask for. Very very pleased with his knowledge and the fact that I can come here anytime and find out what I need to. He is very personable and very easy to work with. Enjoyed my visit!

Normally I wouldn’t recommend going to buy a new cell phone 20 minutes before closing, but we were in a pinch. Nikki & Rafael greeted us with smiles and helped through the whole process! Both were extremely helpful, professional, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience AND learned a lot! Nikki and Rafael both helped us - the whole time we were there! Nikki backed up the old phone while Rafael set up the new one. They even brought out an extension cord so the charger would reach my old phone. We had to reset my iCloud, and back up a phone that has never been backed up (eye roll). But, these 2 were just as excited about the new phone as we were. They explained the whole process and taught us everything we needed to know. I will not go anywhere else to purchase our next phone!

The staff at this location showed no interested in helping pay a phone bill with cash in store. I guess they were having problem with computers, which is understandable. However the staff were unfriendly and seemed more interested in using theyre own phones than they were in helping me get my bill paid and phone working. On a positive note the store was clean and smelled great.

I really loved it there. After the disappointing service of the first cricket store, I was delighted to be greeted with such great service. The staff who dealt with me stayed over his shift time to help me, but moreover, he was nice to me the whole time he was helping me. Id like to really compliment the employlees-- they knew what they were doing, and had vast knowledge about their work.

We love Cricket. Anytime we have had a need or went to upgrade our phones Nikkie has been there to help. Excellent customer service.

I researched several companies for no contract phones and went with Cricket because Im inexperienced with a smart phone and liked the fact that I could walk in the store and get personal help. When I came in to sign up, I was lucky enough to get Marcus as the associate who signed me up for a plan. He did a wonderful job getting my plan in order, transferring my contacts from my old phone, helping with the rebate paperwork and setting up my accounts. He also went over my new phones features with me. He even followed up with a call about a week later to check on how the new phone/plan was doing and informed me about a small seminar they are conducting. The other associates have been helpful as well on the occasion I had a small issue with data usage. How well the service and plan pans out remains to be seen but with Customer Service being such a huge issue with these types of plans, I would highly recommend Cricket.

I walked in this location ready to kill because at the previous location no one would take the time to help me. Zelis, a delightful young lady, realized how technically challenged I was, took the time to help, explain, and made sure I didnt leave the store until I was completely sure I knew what I was doing. I am a happy person and grateful for her help and kindness.

Juan R. was AMAZING!!! John and I came into to buy each other Christmas phones, and he was soo helpful with explaining everything and even transferred our contacts and information too!! You could tell hes definitely knowledgeable in all the Cricket products and everything. He deserves a raise!!!

The shop here was awesome and made switching my provider and from iphone to android easy and painless. Juan was excellent in answering all of my questions and listening to my concerns about cost and switching from the iphone. My biggest concern was in general connectivity... But so far, my reception has been great, and there is no noticeable difference in my data speed.The plans Cricket offers are fantastic and affordable; I cut my bill by more than half, and my android smart phone only cost $25 after rebate! What a deal. I would definitely go back again. Thank you, Juan!

Nickie the manager was wonderful and Manny was a delight! Truly helped me after the Cricket in apopka gave me such a struggle. Definitely recommend coming to this location and asking for one of these two. Hopefully they can train the apopka staff

I love this cricket store! Most friendly staff, cleaner than the other ones in the area and wayyyy more friendlier! They are very knowledgeable about the phones and service and provided me with so much useful information, and you get $25 for everybody I refer!

My experience with Cricket Wireless in Altamonte Springs located on 436 was great. The gentlemen who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable. Porting my number over to Cricket was the best decision I could have made.

They made it way to easy to switch carriers. Every time I go in there they are always so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Cricket store. I have been with Cricket for a few years and have been (and still am) pretty satisfied, but this store is a joke. No manager was on duty when I was there, nor when I called back a couple days later. Was told that there is only one manager and she was out for a couple weeks. Unfortunately this means the store is run by a bunch of teenagers that have no idea what customer service means or how to resolve anything. From getting my order wrong, to installing a screen protector improperly (which caused it to come off and break), I was told essentially, tough luck. No refund, no replacement, no options, just sorry I cant help you. Now I understand why the service is so cheap. Just prepare yourself to be disappointed and youll always be satisfied.

Nikki at store ALTAMONTE SPRINGS went way above and beyond to help me when my other phone died and helped me upload my apps and Ive never had anyone give me that kind of customer service ever and she sincerely cared about my concerns and made me feel better as I was having a really bad day...she was totally awesome and I love her for all she did...wish more people were like her in this world and it would be a better place...she deserves a big raise..thanks for having her as a Cricket employee!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with cricket. The associate akram was very professional and help me choose the right phone and service for me. They even stay after the office was close to help me finished.

I really loved this place [This was actually the 3rd store I went to - 1st store the ppl were very ghetto and unprofessional & the 2nd store the dude tried to sell me a used phone]!! The employees at this store were very friendly and very professional 😀 Every question I asked, it was answered honestly and wisely.
