He fixed my screen on my iPad. It was broken.& had to be replaced. He did a great job & timely too. It only took one afternoon, so I wasn’t without my iPad very long. I’d give him 5 stars. I’m very pleased with the quality of his work & the speed with which he fixed it. He truly knows what he is doing.

Had my screen repaired on Sunday 6-27-21. Kolton, did a great job of repairing my screen and it was done in a timely matter. It took about 1 hour and I was able to pick it up the same day!!!! I brought it in this store because it was the closest to where staying on vacation. I will be bringing my repairs to this Store, when I have any problems with my equipment from now on. The Team is Very friendly and helpful with all my questions. My phone is about 5 years old and they had the parts on their floor. I recommend going to this store!!

I called to make sure they had the screen for the S10 in stock and was advised if I brought it in by 5pm it could be ready by the time they close at 7pm. I arrived at 5pm and was greeted by Austin, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and told me to come back 10 minutes before they close at 7pm. I did and the phone was ready, it looks/works as if it is brand new! Kolton did a great job working on my phone and Austin is such a pleasure to talk to.

I went to this particular store because of the positive reviews. I dropped my PS3 console off Saturday at closing. Sunday no updates. Monday no updates. I had to call to ask about it when reviews said they will call you with updates. In the end they were unable to fix it. When I went to pick up my console. They somehow misplaced my power cord and attempted to give me another. MY PS3 power cord still had the barcode tape on it and whatever imprinted lettering. The guy went to the back made a new label from the store and stuck it on the power cord that he tried to give me in the beginning.I understand that you guys were unable to fix it. That’s because the same way how I applied my thermal paste it’s the same exact way still which would mean they never opened it up to begin with. But let’s not get into that. But misplacing and then lying on the customer trying to say the customer never brought it in is uncalled for. That’s like a dealership breaking your side mirror but saying it’s old and it needs replacement. If you don’t want to do a free diagnostic just say so lol.

The customer service was excellent. Theyre very friendly and professional. The only reason Im not giving them5 stars is because I have to go back with it tomorrow because the volume still doesnt work. If it did Id absolutely wouldve been satisfied.

I brought my PS4 in to be repaired because it was running slowly and freezing up. Austin helped me and told me it was most likely a hard drive issue, he was able to repair it quickly and efficiently just before I was leaving for boot camp so I could get back on and spend time with my friends before my ship date. I broke the screen on my new Pixel 4a. Google referred me to this place for my covered repair. I called these guys up to confirm they had my information and for them to order a screen for me. I took the phone in on Saturday and it was fixed up right away for me to pick up the next day. Throughout the years they have always hired great management and staff and this has always been my go to for my screen issues. Anytime one of my friends messes up their phone I tell them to go here. These people are the best in their industry. Multiple times now they have gone out of their way to help me fix the issues with my device. When my screen broke, they changed the screen and the battery, basically giving me a new phone. My fiances phone battery was completely shot, they fixed it, within a couple hours, with no other side effects to the phone. I will never go anywhere else for phone repair. These guys are the real deals, honest, hard-working, good people and I truly appreciate everything theyve done for us. Our phones are part of our job and they make sure we are secure and happy. The guy at the counter in Altamonte Springs noticed each person that came through the door and within one minute, said to each one, I will be with you as soon as I can. He was good at explaining the cost and at the time it would take to repair my phone with the broken screen. I dont want to ever have to go back to that place due to my own bad luck. My husband went to get his screen fixed yesterday on his iPhone. The desk person said his name was Colton, (on the receipt his name is Charles). Colton/Charles told my husband to come back by 7pm, my husband called multiple times before returning and no one picked up his calls. He came back to uBreakiFix at 6pm but the place was closed and no one was there. He got a phone call from uBreakiFix today when the caller told him that they accidentally gave his iPhone to another person this morning. My husband was worried because his iPhone has his information on it and his phone doesnt have a password. Naturally, he wondered if the police should be called because there was a stranger with his unlocked iPhone and sensitive information. The uBreakiFix caller called my husband back and said they were able to contact the wife and get the phone back. My husband got his iPhone back but now we are worried as to why there were some concerning actions yesterday and today, and if his personal information is now in jeopardy having his phone at another place overnight and then in the hands of the wrong people the next day. I gave two stars because the iPhones screen did get fixed and there was no charge. However, we are now having to go through the process of making sure his identity and vital information isnt stolen.

Dropped off a samsung s9+ with. Cracked screen, they said it would be 2 hours, it was an hour and 45 minutes. Works excellent. Good job guys!

My computer had his own version of a mental break down & just abruptly quit working on me. I attempted to fix it myself but was extremely unsuccessful. I immediately called Best Buy but they were no help & then I called UBreakiFix.Kolton was VERY patient, compassionate, & highly knowledgeable of what was happening w/ my device. He reassured me that he would do his very best. I have a medical background & know bare minimum information when it comes to computers & yet He never judged me or got impatient. He took his time to explain the process, every step of the way. My favorite part was him explaining how much memory our family has used & how much we have left, he used the big terms then said “you are using 1/4 & have 3/4 left to keep using”. Haha! Made me laugh during such a difficult time.Our computer took 5 days to fix & I’m so thankful the staff at UBreakiFix were able to spend their time making sure our computer would be working at excellent optimal levels. Best part of this whole experience is that my paramedic files, parents hospitals’ records & our family photos were transferred back onto our computer. They did an pretty good job... they fixed my computer but when I got it back, they installed the nvme in a slot that didnt work with that current version so i had to reinstall it.

They communicated very well and didnt take long to fix my computer.

This survey or feedback is for UbreakIfix store in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Unlike the stores employee at Winter Springs who told me that there was nothing he could do to help me, Jacob at Altamonte store was willing to try another approach to help me. Although he didnt guarantee that my phone would be fixed by doing so due to the nature of the unusual issue, Jacob explained the reasons behind the process.I bought my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Ultra on July 2020 and have been having problems with connecting the phone to service provider and Wi-Fi network from day one. I had 2 (two) exchange warranty so far, so this is the third phone I have in 6 months because of the same problem. It is definitely the phone because there are many negative reviews with the same problem. One of T-mobile employees had the same problem but was able to get her phone fixed at UbreakIfix store in Tampa. I also called Samsung customer care and was referred to UbreakIfix since I cant send my phone to Samsung and be without my phone for almost a month.Jacob ordered a 5G antenna and for me. Once the antenna arrived, Kolton texted me and repaired my phone within two hours. Vanessa was also very courteous and professional in answering my questions. Besides the antenna, they also did something with the NFC. Its been two days now, and I can make a phone call without going through network settings reset and restarting my phone like what I have been doing in the past 7 months. So far so good, thanks to Jacob, Kolton and Vanessa! They deserve a great bonus from the company.

This place is great. I badly needed my ipad fixed for a work presentation yesterday. These guys fixed my device in practically no time at all, and they saved me money doing it. Definitely bringing all my devices to this location from now on.

Giving 2 stars cause theyre really nice, but also giving 2 stars because i went to get my keyboard fixed after it wouldnt work, dropped it off and they called and said they had to replace the whole thing for $180. i said no, picked it up, opened it up and just cleaned off some liquid that was inside that they told me about and now it works 100% again, feel like they couldve just cleaned it for the 10 seconds it took and i feel like i couldve gotten cheated.

Brought in a phone for a power button to be fixed. First they ordered the wrong part and while replacing it they cracked the screen. I have to make six trips and they managed to ruin the phone even more and its completely unusable.

They are the authorized samsung repair chain around here and they do quite a good job. Although I will have to go back because ever since I got my screen replaced I got this black dot in my front facing camera, but Im not sweating it much since I hardly use it.

Really enjoyed my experience. Was approached as soon as I walked in with a very helpful worker. My phone wouldn’t charge and he took a straight to the back for 2 minutes maximum and returned with the phone working like new. Didn’t even want to charge us because all that was done was cleaning the charging port. Very happy with this location!

My phone fell into the water and when I put it in a bag of rice a piece got lodged into the charger port. I took It over to Ubreakifix and the gentleman there was very kind and knowledgeable. He got out a tool and within seconds gotten the rice unstuck and my phone back in working order. Very professional.

Fast reliable and professional

Horrible experience, been dealing with these people for about a month now over my tablet. Came to this location based on reviews and will never go back. Always something when i came to pick up my tablet which was not ready when i received an email stating its ready. I even gave it a couple more days after i received the email saying its ready. Sloppy, sloppy job with my tablet. Highly upset and will not recommend!

Took my phone in to have camera fixed. They said they would call in 2 days when parts were in. They didnt call. I called them and they forgot to order the parts and dad to wait for them to be over nighted but they would call as soon as they were in. They didnt call I finally called the around 3 they had the parts... I dropped off my phone they said it would be ready by 6 I went up there they said they only had 1 samsung tech and it might be ready by 730. They close a 700... totally unprofessional and unreliable I would not recommend this store to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! So I went through my phones insurance to set up to get my screen fixed and I bring it in and they said come back in an hour so I go back and they said the first screen didn’t work so they are doing another so another half hour. So then I come back and he gives me my phone and everything and I go to my car and realize my home button isn’t working. So I go back inside and he said yeah you need to call your insurance to see what your options are because it’s your phone. IT WAS WORKING BEFORE I WALKED INTO THE STORE!!!!! And the guy didn’t even tell me when I picked it up. How unprofessional?? I will never be going back there again!!!!

Super friendly staff that made a really upsetting situation a lot easier to deal with. It wasnt cheap, but like most of us, I cant go without a phone. It was that or buy out my phone contract from Verizon for $500something then purchase a brand new one. So they saved me well over $500.They had my screen glass and LCD parrs in stock (Lake Mary and alsso seminole mall store told me it would be at least a week ) then they had it fixed up in less than 2 hours. Fast and cheaper than every other competitor I checked with in Seminole County. I hope I dont ever have to go back again, but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to all my friends. It really was the best option for me on a smashed practically new phone (Galaxy S7). Staff treated me with kindness, compassion, honestly and professionalism that you dont get from many places any more. Thanks to your team. You turned around my really bad week. Ill definitely look into the screen protector you suvgested to help save my and my kids phones from future issues. Can you post that info on your website? (Pricing and warranty info). Thanks again. You havd an Awesome team. Unfortunately I just couldnt afford another $150 for 3 phones today (for the protectors) on top of what I was paying for the fix alone but hope to do it soon. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Brought my sons iPad in for a screen repair. They broke something else causing something that was suppose to be fixed by the end of day to take 2 weeks to fix. They let me know it was ready, I go to get it and they gave it back to me with a broken button. How do you think giving it back with the button broken is ok? Do you not inspect your work before handing it over? Guy said he would fix it and would take 20 mins tops. I go back 2 hours later and it still wasn’t finished and I had to wait 20 more minutes. I will never take my stuff here again. Worst experience EVER with electronics I have ever had.

I called them about noon on Sunday and talked to a gentleman named Matthew. I said that I just dropped my Galaxy s9 plus at work and it was cracked in multiple places. I asked if he could replace it, and he said yes. He said it would take about two hours. I dropped it off at 2 and went back to work and came back at 4. my phone looked brand-new! he told me they use Samsung factory glass so its just like I bought it brand new again. I will definitely use them again.

Got screen repaired. When I got the phone back, turns out someone there messed up the sim port and now phone is fubar with mobile data. Even a new sim didnt solve the issue, so I had to order a brand new device. Waste of time

Just called to get my Samsung Galaxy s6 active glass screen replaced and they just straight up said they couldnt do it because it wouldnt fit right. Ive gotten the screen replaced before and its never been an issue. Called another repair store right after that and they have no problem doing it instead.
