I cant recommend this place enough! I was referred here to get a quote on repainting my 2008 4Runner. It was chipping all over and beginning to rust due to age and the hot Florida sun. Phil was so helpful from start to finish! Not only did he explain the steps of the entire process, but he was also able to address some other concerns I had with the vehicle and gave me a great price! He went above and beyond by sending me pictures and videos to update me on the progress and was always very quick to respond to my phone calls and text messages. WOW... What a find. Needed body repair and paint work done on my 1993 Ford F150 Flair Side. I was worried about quality and the final product. Well I am so happy with the work. So much better than I expected, what a fantastic job. I love family owned businesses that do such a good job. I highly recommend Better Than New Collision Center for all your paint and body work needs.

My son backed into a 2015 Ford Focus and damaged the driver door. I did not want to go through insurance and my mechanic highly recommended Better Than New. The other party had gotten an estimate that was ridiculously high. When I stopped in I never mentioned the other estimate. I showed them a picture of the damage and got a price that was 1/4 of the competitor. They ordered the door on a Wednesday and had the car ready by Monday. It looked Better Than New. There was no pressure, no hidden up charges. They offered a fair price and provided quality work. My insurance companys preferred vendor happens to be a block away and they butchered my Nissan Titan. I wish I would have know about Better Than New then. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Could not be happier with the work on my car. I had a number of areas of rust to address and they were taken care of the right way with new metal. Phillip also managed to take an air dam that did not fit properly and fix it to were it was correct and fit. I would definitely recommend the shop for restoration or repairs.

Incredible job on my vehicle. I had something spilled in my car and could not get the smell out. They did it all! Removed carpets and cleaned, did a clear coat on the metal. The word that best describes Phil’s work is meticulous: he made each car look brand new, removing dings, painting the exterior and having the interior detailed. Had truck painted by Better than new. No even a year later noticed 2 spots on drivers door b piller took truck to show Phil. Told my wife rocks hit it . funny there are sanding marks. Where 2 spots are . i made a good review about shop. Beware dont use them!!!!. I?do have pics. Also missed painting areas on truck

This place is extremely unprofessional in every aspect of the word,they take your automobile charge you up the ying yang and do minimal to your car,the owner will sell you stories on how professional his jobs come out,great sales pitch terrible output, I left a car there for the better part of 3x as long as it take to fix something small,I promise that any shop with half the talk would have been done in less than two weeks,then the owner talks about storage fee,sir if you didnt take so long to fix it there wouldnt be a storage fee,be careful consumers there is a much better shop down the road.

They did an excellent job repairing my 2014 Honda Civic. The door was smashed in due to a car accident (not my fault) and they quickly got the repair done and handled it with my insurance. And they didnt even have to replace my door at all. They got the dents out and painted it to match the car perfectly. They also cleaned my car and the seat fabric for me courteously. 10/10 would definitely go back if I need repairs in the future! Thanks Phil!

The whole passenger side of my car was practically totaled because a drunk driver hit my car and I was so devastated to think that it would never look the same. Better Than New are the best in town!! When my car was sideswiped in a parking lot I took it there to see if they could help me. Not only were they the best to deal with but my car looked like new when I got it back. The paint job looked as good or better than the factory! If you need any type of work done this is your place!!!

This is by far the best body shop and mechanic experience I’ve had in 12 years of living in the Orlando area. I had the front and rear bumpers repaired and repainted on my BMW as well as front pads and rotors.
