Daughter’s steering wheel locked and key wouldn’t turn. Unable to unlock it. Started tear g apart steering column but got stuck with bolts she couldn’t access. Im out of state. Called J. Mobile Mechanic and told him the situation. He said he had three jobs left and then would get to her either that evening or the next morning. Talked to him again and he said he just had someone else with same issue and referred me to a locksmith who would be able to get to her quicker.it was, in fact, the locking pin in the ignition that broke. He said sometimes it happens with age/use (it’s an ‘02). Though I did not use J’s service, I appreciate his kindness and honesty. That alone goes a long way in today’s world. Thank you!!!! He did an absolutely great job and came straight to me. Did the job efficiently and correctly for not even A FIFTH of the dealer price, or any other place you can think of. The man gets the job done.

1. Showed up late.2. Referred my car as a “Subaru Pilot”. My car is actually a Honda Pilot.3. Assumed that I wanted my car fixed immediately but then he never showed up with the parts.4. Told me that the $70 fee to come and check my car will apply towards fixing the car; then he changed his mind, on the day of, and said he’d have to come out again which is a different charge.5. I asked for a receipt; he does not give receipt. He said I should just trust him.

He was amazing!! My van broke down while on vacation. He came to my van and told me what the problem was. He got the parts and did everything while me and my kids were at Disney! He kept me informed about everything and was done before we left!

He was super knowledgeable and was able to get my old baby running again in 30 minutes tops! Had timing belt issues in my Honda accord 1999, Gave Juan a call and he gave me a reasonable price and scheduled me into his earliest slot (Monday). I had to work so I left all the parts required and a lot of cash in a box inside my car with the doors all unlocked. He drove from Seminole county to winter park to help me out. He sent me pictures throughout some of the process and once he was done with the job gave me a call to let me know. He told me I was kinda crazy for leaving all that money in the car and we had a real good laugh. I had the best drive home Ive had in months thanks to Juan and his father. I trusted these guys and still havent met them yet. If you need a mechanic I highly recommend you give these guys a chance before you go anywhere else. You really cant put a price on honesty.I appreciate them and only wish the best.

Found hole cut in coolant filler weeks after getting the car serviced . Day after check my car stopped in the middle of the road and smoked after being told the car was fine. Unscrupulous, shady business.

This morning I had my oil light flicker on and off a few times as I was going to work. Thought nothing of it till I arrived and realized I was massively losing oil, very quickly. My oil levels were so low that it was dangerous to drive and I was losing it so quickly it was pointless to put oil in without fixing it. All of this left me stranded at work until it was fixed.I called Jg Mobile first thing in the morning and was called back immediately. Even though it was last minute, they were not only able to help that day but they accommodated to my schedule and met me at my place of work!! Even though it ended up being a pain to fix (several hrs of labor.. multiple part trips) they were so kind and thorough through the entire thing. They made sure to explain what they were doing and why and I never felt like I was kept out of the loop. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and the issues were completely fixed.PHENOMENAL people to work with. I will definitely be sticking with them. Thanks again, guys!!!

Didnt bother to call back.

Replaced spark plugs on my Subaru. Subaru dealership wanted to charge around $400. I bought premium plugs on Amazon and they installed $20 per plug. $80 compared to $400. Now that is reasonable pricing.

Gave a quote for a water pump swap, also guaranteed he could fix the issue in 3-5 hours, completely pulled my car apart and gave up when there was 1 bolt left that he could not get off (a bolt the he stripped). Stated he couldn’t do it, left without putting the car together. Positive attitude to receive money, however poor work all together, I would not recommend.

I came to Orlando for a trip on a Sunday and the next day being Memorial Day. My alternator went out on me lucky enough I was already at a auto zone. I contacted Juan after calling many other 24 hour mechanics and he was the only one who was respectful and reasonable! He gave a perfect deal and showed up and the time manner he gave me. He was able to put in a new alternator quicker than I thought it would take. He made us feel comfortable with everything he was doing and having friendly conversations. He’s more passionate than most mechanics I have came across so I’ll highly recommend him anytime!

Called and he said he was busy and would come to me after his last job. It got late so I texted, no response. Later he called saying hes still on his way....never showed up or contacted me. Kind of unprofessional in my opinion because I waited the whole day for nothing, but he was nice everytime we spoke.

Juan is not a reliable & honest person. He came on 10/8/2019 Tuesday and installed A/c compressor for me. It was getting late. So he didnt have time to finish the job. He told me he will be back the next day to finish the job to pay him half. I paid him half & I didnt hear from him at all on Wednesday so I give him a call & he told me as soon as he was done working on a car he was doin that he would come over to finish the job he started he never called me so I called him a again & he said oh is gettin late if I dont stop by today I can come tomorrow to finish the job tomorrow came & he never called or showed up!!!

5 star service! I highly recommend! Out of nowhere, my 6 cyl. Maxima engine started to severly misfire causing a loss of power and a shaky ride. Juan came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad ignition coil on the 3rd (hard to get to) cylinder. Within the hour, my car was running like new. I had him come change my alternator when he was done the car wouldnt start so he jumped the car it ran for about 15 minutes then died again I had the alternator and battery checked the alternator was not working the battery was full l informed the mechanic who said He would have to charge me to replace it again after speaking to a man who rebuilds alternators he said you should never jump start a freshly installed alternator
