I went here after I got into a fender bender with my friends Acura and needed to replace the grill. Little did I know, Acura parts are really expensive.The team at the shop gave me recommendations for buying alternative parts and they just installed them for me. I honestly can not say enough great things about this company! Family owned and operated, and they really do treat everyone like they are family. Over the course of 10 years, Altamonte Auto Body has worked on 3 of my vehicles, and every time I have been more than pleased with their work. My car is returned to me looking good as new, with a fresh wash and vacuum! They are very professional and keep in constant communication with you every step of the way. Great shop. Super workmanship

Fixed the car up just like they said they would and had it ready when they said they would. When I found the incident that brought the car into the shop for the first time had also affected another part of the car, they told me to bring it back in the following morning. They fixed the problem quickly and had me on my way, no charge. Thanks guys!

My car has been taken to Altamonte Auto Body several times. From start to finish service was the best!! They walked me through every step and explained everything to me. They even got me in a rental car while my car was being fixed. When I got my car back it was in better condtion then before the accident. If your looking for a great honest shop you have found it. Wow. I just moved to the area. Needed headlamps changed out. The guy was literally yelling at me by the end of the phone call. Just for a quote. Extremely rude. Will never take my car there!

I went in for a quote for a scratch and I was told I need to take the bumper off and color it...UNRELIABLE

Worst service I have ever received. My car was not put together correctly and I had to take it back several times. They never made it right. They didnt even bother to clean the car before giving it back to me. Dirt all over the floor from their filthy feet, some kind of compound all over my convertible top and inside the car. Just bad all around.

Great work and fast repair

Awful dirty place, the owner lied in my face saying he does not speak Spanish and when I was leaving his son arrive speaking to him in perfect Spanish. And he made me before struggling in English.

They really bad, dont west you money, they charge me 800$ to paint my new front bumper and after 4 weeks the paint start to come out and now its looks white and scratches black, I went to them and they never ever helped me and the owner said to me we before 30 days i can do it again for you but now i cant because it was 34 days 😡😡🙁😕😠😠😟
