Ive been to this advance a few times. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the female employees is rude, and dismissive. She should not be helping people. Store has alot of parking, its clean and well organized.
I would have gave to place a half a star but they dont give me that option Im sitting in their parking lot right now broke down and they cant give me a jump bogus and I bought stuff from the place too

I bought a life time warranty part from this location. There computer crashed and they told me to bring the part in. I bring it in, way out of the way from my house to get a new one. They tell me it’s not in the system and they will not replace it. What good is having account if the computer crashes and they don’t honor the warranty. I will never shop at a advanced auto parts ever again. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
I was asking about an item price and my gift card balance. The item was more expensive because apparently was in the wrong spot, but mainly they said that I have $2.86 credit left on the card, but I never bought anything. 2 days later, I decided to use it at a different location and it had zero balance. ALSOThey never found my part that ordered online.ALSO,If u ask a simple question while u r waiting, they tell u to wait for ur turn, and when u r being helped, they actually answer other people questions, I wonder if color has to do with it.It was sad that I had to drive very far away. I will never ever go there.
I have been buying auto parts for years from Carquest to Advance there knowledge and customer service is excellent. The staff there goes out of there way to get the parts you need and always go the extra mile.. Why go anywhere else !

Len took him time getting my package. He didn’t even acknowledge me at first. He made me wait about 10-15 minutes before he even got my package. Then brought it to another counter and didn’t even tell me to switch registers.
A certain employee has a real attitude, and is losing the store lifelong customers, including myself. I would rather pay more for parts than deal with a brat.
