Its a very fancy place. The clothes are great but priced high. I also like the piano player. Hes very good.
I really like the layout of this store. Everything is easily accessible and the store has a real feeling of openness. The live piano music provides for a wonderful atmosphere and experience. Its more than shopping. It is a pleasurable time just walking around. They also have complimentary gift wrap which is nice. It just feels more upscale without the extravagant prices.
Went to the Estee Lauder counter to purchase one thing and they gave me $300 worth of free samples. Not bad! Score! Very helpful very wonderful place. If youre going there to buy shoes though, youre going to have to wait in line because there seems to never be anybody at the sales counter in the shoe department

I really like Von Maur. They have done really good at keeping inventory up with COVID. I hope they remain successful. Id say my only complaint is their website. It could really use some work, even down to bill paying.
Older lady with short blondish hair that works in the juniors section is AWFUL! She had a full conversation with her coworker before deciding to hand me my receipt. When she finally decided to hand me the receipt she said NOTHING to me! Worst service ever! And shes a grown woman - not a millennial!
We had a fabulous experience at Von Maur in Alpharetta! The woman in the shoe department was on point with her customer service! The store was clean and organized.
Very nice inside, good decor, and sometimes you will be serenaded with live piano while shopping.
My wife got good service from this location and from the Mall of Georgia store. We dont do malls regularly, and this was our first Von Maur experience. Very good first impression. For old time atlantans, service level reminds me of old Richs.

They are always playing a piano! This is such a nice store, great atmosphere and there are always pretty good deals on kids clothes here. Check out the sale and clearance racks. They also offer an interest free credit card which is pretty cool. All of the employees are helpful and nice. The store is spacious and they have a lot to offer. It is never crowded here. So you always have room to shop and check things out. There is always an available register to pay for your stuff and you are able to get out quickly. They put your purchase in a nice bag and will even wrap it in tissue for you. Just a very nice place to shop.

I park at Von Maur every time. I nursed my baby when I shopped there for the 1st 2 years of my daughters life. There is an entire section dedicated to women who are nursing or have young children. Very clean.
Excellent experience! When I arrived to pick up the shoe, them managed knew who I was. I also bought some in the active wear section. She was nice too.

I love Von Maur. I love to get their children’s clothing there. They have lots of different brands there that you don’t see at other places. They have good quality stuff. It’s always clean and managed there. They offer a credit card interest free there for everyone. (Your balance won’t be high) so that’s awesome. There’s a little play area for the kids as well. Their prices are more expensive compared to other places. Especially their toys. It’s a great place to buy gifts for someone for any occasion
One of the last of the old school department stores where customer service actually matters. It really shows what we have lost in the think only about cost, customer be dammed race to the bottom. Enjoy it while you still can.

I love how great this place is to shop! Such a friendly staff. Just got fitted for a bra recently and now I have the best bra ever. The shoe department treated me like an old friend (first visit). Really enjoyed the personal help and really love the card. Its a store thats like going back in time where customers really matter. So great.
Daughter went to try on formal wear for a pageant. Found the perfect dress, shoes, and accessories! Everyone was very helpful. When we walked in, all we could hear was wonderful piano music and there was a man playing the piano in the store, which added to the great experience we had!

Extremely empty of people. Felt like i was at a used car lot. Salespeople kept following me around. I bought 2 small items and the guy that took my money literally slide in behind the cash register to ring me up. Kind of funny. Nice stuff and not bad prices on clearance.
Been shopping here since this store initially opened along with my mother. If you look closely at the sales rack, you can find shirts for as little as 4$ dollars! Now that is smart shopping! Every departments staff are the same in every way. Kind, Beautiful Manners & really care about your shopping experience. Especially the Shoe Department!
I love love love Von Maur. Their buyers know what theyre doing. I just bought my daughters birthday presents there and another item or two that I just had to have. Every associate makes you feel welcome. Such a nice place to shop.
Maybe too high-end to be in this mall. The prices are astronomical!!!Even the clearance rack is still to much. Example: $195.00 pair of better Mens dress slax...reduced to $110.00. What is the sale?? This pants were priced way to high to begin with.At the sale price they still make 50% keystone profit. I am not a fool. Refuse to overpay for good quality merchandise.....because in ATL one can buy off-price ANYWHERE.Sales staff is polite and around. They greet you with smiles.

This place has the nicest clothes in North point Mall. They have an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately they are a little too pricey for me. They have beautiful mens shirts however they start at about $125.
I love this store!!! Staff is always pleasant, helpful, and professional. Im from NYC and generally buy online, but when Im in Georgia I never miss an opportunity to go shopping at Von Maur. There is no other store anywhere like this.
This store is so elegant. Its nice to shop here because staff is so helpful. They carry items that you cant find everywhere. Best thing is they offer free gift wrap of any purchase.
Upscale North Fulton store. Great selection of clothes, watches, etc for all ages. But I go for the atmosphere especially during Christmas! They have a pianist!

The environment is nice enough for a mall department store. The staff are friendly and willing to help you find whatever you need. Unfortunately most everything you need and find here will be extremely pricey and night not even look good. There was a shirt on sale once that looked like it belonged in a 1980s techno night club commercial trying too hard to appeal to the young folks. When I went to see how much it was on sale... $283. Yikes... They do have some very nice stuff, but it seems to mostly be just for the fall and winter seasons, while the spring and summer get the weirder looking things you usually wouldnt buy, even for a buy 1 get 1 50% off sale at Goodwill.My final comment is the company seems a bit... Untrusting... Of darker skinned customers. Ive walked through it multiple times with friends who match that description, and we seemed to be followed or at least closely looked after by employees than when I would be in there by myself, even in my tattered work clothes.Overall: meh.

VonMaur Perimeter mall is the classiest place in Georgia. When my husband needs a wardrobe upgrade, new suit or jacket, or just some new dress shirts, he always goes to VonMaur. The staff is outstanding! They take the time to learn who we are and what were looking for. They are helpful without being pushy, and genuinely want to make sure the customer is happy. I also love their shoes. Great brands, all in one place. The womens clothes are stylish and classy. Give VonMaur a visit! You wont be disappointed!

I enjoy shopping here. The store is not close, so I don’t go much. I have never lived near a store so I sometimes shop online. I especially enjoy the pianist instead of whiney loud music and the sale room for shoes.
Overpriced products. They sell a perfume for $125 which you can buy the same exact product on amazon for $80. You can’t put highly expensive price tag on basic items that’s worth pennies.
My wife bought a good dress there which needed some adjustments which was completed free and the next day.
Small section for toddler boys. The one thing I hate about shopping for a boy. Great customer service though.

I went here and saw a sweater that I loved, but told myself it was to expensive and didnt get it. But I just couldnt get it out of my head, so I came back the next day to try it on and theyd put it on sale!
Bought a pair of pants there. They altered them, but I later noticed that the length wasnt right. Took them in again today (about a month later). They measured them again, and said well have them ready for you Monday if not before. No questions asked.
Was treated wonderfully, very polished, and was able to walk away with a reasonably priced ball gown.

I am a frequent shopper at this store and usually have good service but the last few times have been exceptional. I would like to thank Natalie from accessories for helping me, she was so pleasant and helpfull with great suggestions and a wonderful energy. She literally ran with me thru several departments until I found exactly what I needed. This lovely lady went above and beyond what I expected of an associate and she made my shopping experience very enjoyable. I will definitely be back. Its an upscale place so expect to spend a lot of money on clothes. The prices are a little higher for the same items on other stores (e.g. Lucky brand jeans). The staff hovers a lot, guessing they work on commission, so they can come off pushy.

I enjoy luxury clothing so I went to Von Maur expecting they would have a selection of Italian shoes and selvedge denim jeans. All they had was a bunch of Chinese made stuff with ridiculous mark ups. If Im going to spend $300 on a pair of shoes why would I buy Von Maurs Chinese shoes when I can get Italian artisan craftsmanship for under $300 direct from Johnston and Murphy? This store is the clothing equivalent of a gas stations food mart, everything is way overpriced and the only reason to buy something there is if youre too lazy to go someplace where you can get the same or better quality clothing for cheaper. Maybe they should make that their marketing slogan, Von Maur - the Gas Station Food Mart of Clothing.
