Preston was amazing. My pre-teen daughter and I didnt realize that the mall was about to close because I was at Macys shopping. She was about to be pretty upset. As we were walking in the mall and could see all of the stores closing I heard someone say which store are you looking for? I was like Journeys! He was like Dont worry maam I work there. What shoes are you looking for?I know everything we have in stock We told him and he said please, no need to rush, I will take care of you . We shopped and he took care of us. And then my daughter forgot her Macys bag in the store. We had no idea! He found us in Macys and brought the bag. I was grateful. I am a retail manager and value customer service. He really took it to the next level. Oh, and not to mention. He was closing the store as well and doing his nightly routine all while taking care of us. Any company should be happy to have him.

Had an horrible experience very unprofessional I came in one day to shop for some shoes for my daughter and there was a young man and a young woman in there working the young woman was helping another customer and the young man was just sitting there on his phone, he saw me but still didn’t bother to help, the young lady did after she was done with the other customer. that’s just shameful on how rude he was.

Fairly good selection and staff was awesome. 4 stars because I found my same pair of Toms for 10-15$ cheaper on a few trusted sites I buy from.

Be patient and you may get lucky and find killer deals on the that you had already decided to get but at full price. Scored a pair of Adidas Gazelles for $19 once and another time some Adidas Seeleys that were grey with baja blue stripes (a journeyz exclusive) for $28. The week before the were priced at $80 or $90. Woo-hoo!

They were kind enough to take some shoes that I had worn previously back, so that gives them to me thumbs up in my book :-)
