Faith at Dress Up Alpharetta makes this location, the best! I love visiting all locations, but Faith helped me tremendously with an online order and she is so kind and wonderful! Dress Up offers beautiful clothes, with great quality! I choose to shop at local stores such as DU because the customer service by people like Faith makes purchasing even better!

Love this location Brittany and Ansley are the sweetest. They are encouraging and just fun to shop with, always super helpful and know how to style any outfit. Adorable clothes in a clean environment and they always have sales going on.

I absolutely love the Alpharetta location! I have been shopping with them for two years and they are always getting in beautiful and trendy styles. I especially love the staff!! Elizabeth has been assisting me even before moving locations and is so helpful and intuitive with picking out items for me. Her customer service is AMAZING and you can tell she is so passionate about helping customers. I always walk out with clothes that I love!!!

Bad product, bad service!

When this store first opened (when it was near LA Fitness in Windward) it used to be the only place I shopped. The customer service was top notch and I would get personalized emails from the owners thanking me forBeing a top customer. I went in yesterday and the girls were awful. No one spoke to me they just talked amongst each other and stayed on their phones. Would not spend my money at the Alpharetta location again. The girls in Suwanee are better

I recently went to the Dress Up in Dahlonega, GA and got several different dresses for my upcoming wedding month. Every associate I came into contact with was not only super nice and personable, but helpful! They gave me tips on how to enhance my look and kept bringing me different things to try to make it look just perfect. They were so sincere and it was obvious how much they love helping their customers. I cant wait to go back and highly recommend their store to ladies looking for that perfect something to wear... No matter the occasion!

I LOVE Dress Up and especially the Alpharetta location. I have always been greeted when I walk in the door and the girls really take the time to help you if you are looking for something special. They are always friendly and professional. I honestly do not know what I would do without this place... its the ONLY place I shop and the girls taking care of me is the icing on the cake. :)

Great place to shop!! I have bought all my clothes here for my honeymoon! The staff is always friendly and willing to help you whenever you need anything! And if they dont have it, online ordering is very easy and things are usually at your doorstep within two days!! Definitely one of my favorite spots!

First, Dress Up is my favorite store for unique and feminine clothes by far. I get so excited on Sundays that Im constantly checking my email to see if Dress Up has added their new arrivals online. I live in New Jersey and so obviously its not practical for me to travel to Atlanta to visit a store. However, if I need something that is unavailable online, I can always call Tiffany in the Snellville location. Ive never met her in person but she is the sweetest and most helpful store manager I can possibly contact for assistance. If her location doesnt have the article that I am looking for then she goes out of her way to look elsewhere in the area. I receive so many compliments on everything that I wear from Dress Up and it feels good to look good. Outside of the online store, Tiffany makes that possible. So thank you Dress Up and thank you Tiffany!

Not only do I love the price point of all of Dress Ups products, I LOVE shopping at each of their stores because the girls are SO helpful and sweet. They have always gone out of their way to help me find sizes and colors, even if its not at their location. Just last week a girl called another location for me, wrote down the address and gave me directions to another store where the people were just as helpful! I can always find something here for an event, a just-because or a staple item that I need. Stop in, I promise youll like it too :)

Ive been a fan of Dress Up ever since I learned about it a few months ago, and after my experience with Customer Service yesterday, Im an even bigger fan! After I emailed them about the vest I wanted being sold out online, they really went above and beyond to help me find the store locations that still had it in stock. Dress Up at the Forum is awesome! They have a variety of clothes to choose from and the people that work there are really nice! I left with some great clothes!

Just wanted to say how much I love your store! I saw a dress (the sun and sand?) chambray off-the-shoulder on Instagram. By the time I got online, it was sold out. I called multiple stores that I shop when visiting Atlanta (Perimeter and Avenues West Cobb). A wonderful sales agent at West Cobb found in your system the dress at the Dahlonega store. I called and it was ordered and shipped that day. I know it was just a dress. But the customer service I always find with your brand is stellar.Thanks and War Eagle!

A frequent customer of dressup, I will no longer be patronizing this store due to the horrible treatment I reveived on my visit.While I browsed, the apparent manager of the store stood guard by the door and watched my fiance and I the entire time quite obviously as if my intent was to steal something. This was not the procedure for anyone else in the store. Not once asking if I needed help. Once she saw I was at the register the young lady who was actually helping me and very pleasant was forced to stop and help her when a call came in and I was made to wait. Proper customer service would have been to put the person on hold and attend to the customer being attended to first. However she had already shown her thoughts and disrespect so I was not regarded as an important customer.Dressup has lost a great customer. I hope the profiling practices conducted in delivery of your customer service ends. It will only cost you in the end in the only color that should matter and that is green.

Everyone at this store has always been SO friendly and helpful! Dress Up almost always has the perfect outfit for whatever event I have + decently priced items!

The store and staff at the Snellville location are amazing! It was my moms and my first time shopping at Dress Up this past Saturday and they were so polite and helpful. They never let your hands get too full and you could really tell they enjoyed working there . We also felt they had more of a selection then some stores we normally shop. We will be back soon especially with Christmas coming up! We also enjoyed the game they had going on... we drew a 50 % off which was awesome! So needless to say we bought up the entire store! Lol... visit this store and you wont be disappointed!
