Pretty sick store and they have jordans in stock. Employees working there are super chill

Came here to see if they had one sneaker. Knew what I wanted and ready to buy if in stock. I had been to Perimeter mall and nobody had my size. Got to the entrance at 740pm and they close at 8pm. They had the entrance blocked off saying they are closed because they are short staffed. Not one customer was in the showroom, I counted 5 employees standing around straightening things. Asked to just take a look then and I can come back tomorrow.. and was told I can look from outside by a young lady.Extremely terrible customer service. Being in sales, it doesnt matter what you accomplished that day.. every client is a new opportunity.Do better.

One of my go to shoe stores. Always have my size and latest shoes. Im a sneakerhead so finding good shoes can be difficult. Love Champs though. Cashier was mad friendly.

I came here on Black Friday and it was packed but they had a variety of nice shoes but they didnt have the ones I really wanted. I purchased the Nike Air Huaraches in black. They are worth the $110 since they are very stylish and super confortable! The store had the heater to the max so it was super warm but the store was nice and clean! Ill come back for future purchases!

I get it.. young staff, probably thier first job, but at least hire kids with a work ethic.. Do better please.

Good shoe selection (prices are higher other stores). The service is HORRIBLE! Their covid protocols are terrible. The design of the store is too tight.

Customer service could improve

Went in there. didn’t feel safe after a guy yelled “Yo” very loud to me for no reason. stayed for a few 2 more minutes. he just stared at me. Worst place to buy shoes. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Everyone is mean in their.

Carries the newest sneakers and set up to make an easy in-out purchase. Employees are usually right on top of things and quick to help.

I was last minute back to school shopping with my son and the staff was incredible. Vibrant upbeat personalities, accompanied with excellent product knowledge always gets my vote. But that is not the reason for this review, although it should be enough for the 5 stars. I reluctantly went to the mall after an extreme laser facial that had my face looking like I suffered from burns. I shopped other stores and the associates were not that friendly or accommodating. Your staff at this location gave me direct eye contact and were friendly and attentive. Although thankfully the marks on my face were temporary, there are people that are not so lucky and it is good to know they will be welcomed with open arms, free of judgment when they walk in those doors. Truly an amazing team you have here!!

Customer service was nice and they have a nice variety

Had to exchange some shoes due to some manufacturers defects. Jennifer was a doll and made the whole process seamless and quick. Shes truly an asset and she had a nice bubble too....... 🤤🤤🙈🙈🙈

Worst customer service ever. Didn’t have my size. Ordered online, took my money, has been over a week and the shipment has not even left champs after the order was promised in 5 business days. This was a gift for someone that never received it. Tried to call customer service, and was on hold for WELL over an hour and no answer. Will never order from here again.

I tried doing an in-store return at this location, but they never actually processed a refund for me. I have called several times, and I just got off a two hour call in which they informed me that theres nothing they can do to refund me. The employees at this location did not process the refund correctly, so now Im stuck. I have to do a chargeback with my bank to get any money back since the employees here either scammed me or didnt do their job correctly.

The one time I went there to get sandals and they didn’t have my size a bind them by accident and when I went to go return them the lady refused to give us back our money and argued with us for well over 10 minutes so then when we want it or refund back she ended up giving us a gift card very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very disappointed
