I had a great experience with Bonnie at Treasures Formals and Bridal! It was the first place I tried on wedding dresses and Bonnie pulled the perfect dress that initial visit! Their selection is full of gorgeous, high end gowns but reasonably priced! I went to one other bridal shop with the same price range later that day because I had made the appointment ahead of time, but their selection was not nearly as beautiful as Treasures and there was no other dress that would compare to the one I wore at my wedding! Definitely recommend Bonnie and her team!!

My daughter and I have had such a wonderful experience working with Lauren and Bonnie at Treasures Formal and Bridal Shop. They have been extremely helpful during the whole process of choosing and fitting bride’s and mother’s formals! Such a fun and relaxing environment!!!! They are also very helpful with any questions we had regarding other vendors and also with what products to choose to use with our purchases! So happy we choose their business for my daughters special day!!

Such a wonderful experience finding my dream dress! Lauren was so helpful the entire time. I loved how my friends and I had free range to look at all the dresses in the store while Lauren made great recommendations. They were able to order my dress in a different color which other stores were unable to do due to my wedding taking place in 5 months. Lauren provided endless options of how I could customize the dresses to make them what I wanted and helped show my wedding party the vision by doing things like holding up different colored skirts to the dress I had on or adding sleeves. Highly recommend this place!

Did not have the best experience with them. They were unhappy we did not use their seamstress as we felt they were overpriced. It was frosty when we picked up the dress. I would not return.

BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR WEDDING DRESS! I had an emergency and had to find my wedding dress the DAY BEFORE my wedding...no joke. When we arrived in a panic and explained the situation they were so nice and helpful. The lady that helped me was so sweet and asked what I was looking for. Literally the very first dress I tried on fit me like a glove and it was absolutely perfect! It was the most gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress that I had been dreaming of...and it was on sale! I couldn’t believe it! They called their go-to alterations business and right after buying the dress we went straight to alterations and it was ready at noon the next day...the ceremony started at 4pm! I got my dream dress hours before my wedding day and it was absolutely perfect. Treasures saved my life I can’t thank them enough!

Lauren and Bonnie are so attentive and genuinely helpful, its such a nice surprise when starting your dress shopping experience. Even though I didnt end up purchasing my wedding dress from them, their dresses are gorgeous and Lauren was so supportive and considerate while helping me try on dress after dress. I did find the perfect bridesmaids dresses there. Bonnie has been there every step of the way while my out of state bridesmaid is ordering her dress. I didnt have to worry about a thing (which is unusual for me). Support your local businesses and definitely go to Treasures for your bridal needs!

I will recommend this boutique to all my friends. This was the first and only place I went to go wedding dress shopping. They were fantastic. So welcoming, listened to exactly what I wanted, shared their expertise when needed, but didnt try to push the sale. Also, the atmosphere was very comfortable and didnt make me feel like I wasnt wanted. They spent 2 hours with me helping me find the dress I wanted, and never made me feel rushed. Highly highly recommend it!

I really wanted to support this business because it is a women-owned, local business. Had heard from multiple other people to avoid this store at this time as they are not following many COVID-19 precautions (such as not wearing masks or social distancing), but I called them to inquire about making an appointment anyway. When I asked the store’s representative if their employees would wear masks around customers, the store representative’s response was a sassy “NO ma’am!”. Really caught me off guard given the current climate and increasing COVID-19 cases, I would have hoped they would be interested in protecting their community and the health of their guests. Fortunately, after calling around, there are many other locally owned salons that are implementing ways to keep their customers safe, which is important to me since several of my family members are high risk. Just wanted to give potential customers a heads up about this at the time being, as it was rather disappointing.

I came into Treasures after my wedding date had to be moved up unexpectedly in the hopes they could help me secure bridesmaids dresses quickly. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Bonnie, who was an absolute lifesaver. I explained our situation & she quickly pulled all dresses that could be rush ordered. She found the perfect dresses for my ladies, made sure everyone was measured and sized properly, and had all the orders placed within a week. She is fantastic and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a great formal or bridal shopping experience!

Bonnie and her team were wonderful and I found the perfect dress at Treasures! I came to Alpharetta from the south side of Atlanta, after a frustrating experience at a local salon where I felt pushed to make a decision immediately and I wasnt allowed to see dresses other than the few out front and what the consultant pulled. I tried on a lot of the same style dress but none of them were right for me. At Treasures, Bonnie let me try on whatever I wanted and I found a dress that was completely different from what I thought I wanted, and it turned out to be perfect! I got married three weeks ago and had lots of compliments on my dress. The alterations were perfect too. It was definitely worth the drive! I highly recommend Treasures if you want a bridal experience where you can really look at all the dresses and try on things in a low pressure environment with staff who want you to leave happy and with your perfect dress. Im so glad I went there!

Absolutely AMAZING shopping experience. They had a great selection of dresses. They let you choose your own dresses to try on, as well as made suggestions based on my preferences. I was looking in the $,1000 range and was surprised at how many quality dresses they had for that price. I would recommend them to anyone! They by far have the best selection of dresses and the best customer service of any place I have been.

I went to the store with every intention of purchasing my wedding dress, and even had called ahead and told them which dress it was. Upon walking in, I realized that neither of the associates were wearing masks. I asked the associate who was dressing me (essentially 6 inches away from my face at most times) if it was possible for her to wear a mask, and she flat out said no and implied that we could leave if we wanted to. I immediately decided that I am not purchasing my dress here as they are extremely inconsiderate give the current climate.

This place is an absolute gem! I highly recommend coming here to look for your wedding dress. As soon as my mom and I walked in, I felt such a calm and caring environment. I had already looked for a dress at two other places, and the service was good, but not as amazing as the service here! Their gowns are beautiful and they are so organized!! I recommend making an appointment for a Sunday if you want to miss the crazy, busy rush of other brides shopping.I ended up finding my wedding dress here and I can’t wait for it to come in! Both my daughter and I had such positive experiences at Treasures. Everyone who works there is a true professional. Throughout all our appointments I felt their main objective was to find each of us dress that made us look good, while we felt good in it. Lauren worked tirelessly to find the perfect wedding gown for my daughter. After just a brief discussion she immediately figured out exactly what my daughter wanted and what would look fabulous on her. Although we were the last appointment of the day, we never felt rushed. My daughter was so happy with the whole experience.At a different appointment Vickie and Bonnie helped me find the perfect Mother-of-the-Bride dress. I was pleased at the variety of options that were available and the creative options proposed to adapt some of those options to make the dress more flattering. I highly recommend Treasures because of their large selection for both the bride and others in the wedding party, for their professionalism, and for their obvious main objective to make the customer feel like a million bucks.

I am speaking from the perspective of the Father of the Groom. The Treasures experience offers a boutique setting with a focus on customer service that is both exceptional and rare. The Treasures Team of Vickie, Lauren and Bonnie were so very helpful at putting my wife at ease as she picked out her Mother of the Grooms dress and jump suit for the rehearsal dinner. They eased the stress my wife was feeling, which in turn eased the stress I was feeling for my wife. They offer a wide selection of dresses and both expert and tasteful opinions regarding style and fit. Every step in the process from selection, ordering, fitting and alterations was above and beyond and my wife could not have been more pleased. The outfits made my beautiful wife even more stunning. Thank you Vickie, Lauren and Bonnie for all your help and for making what could have been a stressful time enjoyable. I would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer when my second son gets married.

Wonderful people but the shipping time was incorrect and they ordered a dress that was too big and needed more alterations. If they had recommended a smaller size it would have been better. When looking at the measurements they took and comparing with manufacturer’s website, they ordered a size too big. The alterations turned out to be too small in the top and even though the dress was lovely, the comfort was not there but a rash for several days after, was! Please know that alterations are not included in the price, I didn’t listen/read well and the price to alter was almost half the price of the dress.

I got married last month, but I haven’t forgotten about Treasures and how absolutely wonderful my experience here was. I had been to at least 5 other bridal salons before picking Treasures, and while the others were mostly great, Treasures had this really warm and inviting feel that I just didn’t get at other salons. Every time I came in, I was greeted by name by either Lauren or Bonnie. Lauren helped me out initially with picking my dress, and Bonnie took over after to help with fittings and alterations. Both were SUPER sweet and a pleasure to work with. I felt like I was talking to friends the entire time.I also made some “weird” choices about my wedding (plain blue shoes, bridesman, coming to appointments alone, bringing my dad to some, buying all of my accessories off amazon), and I never felt judged or unwelcome. In fact, Bonnie and Lauren were always polite and even complimentary. I strongly disagree with anyone who feels that they are trying to just grab a profit from you. I, personally, NEVER felt even the slightest pressure into purchasing anything I did not love. Even when I didn’t buy my bridesmaids dresses from Treasures, they did not treat me any differently.Treasures is family owned bridal salon with wonderful, sweet employees. I can’t recommend them enough!

Treasures Formals and Bridal is an absolutely fantastic place to get your bridal gown. I went in after having looked at so many other places for a dress and they helped me find the perfect one in my price range. Even better was when we got word we had to move unexpectedly. They were able to get my dress in over 3 months early and within weeks of when I requested a change in the date. The girls who work there are so friendly and knowledgeable. And having that COMPLETE freedom was a blessing of an experience in and of itself! Its SO worth the drive! And the company is a family owned business with SUCH a high level of customer service, professionalism and expertise, its incredible. Upon walking into Treasures Formals and Bridal with my mother we met Bonnie. Bonnie was incredibly helpful as we shopped for bridesmaid dresses. She was patient as I tried on many different styles as my bridesmaids do not live in town. She also gave great feedback on things to consider when looking for dresses and was knowledgeable about pricing. We were able to find the bridesmaid dresses at treasures and Bonnie provided all the information she would need to order the girls dresses. She kept me informed throughout the process as to when the dresses would ship to the store and also provided tracking numbers as soon as she shipped the dresses to the girls. She was also was quick to answer any questions that I had about the dresses via email or phone. The dresses were beautiful and received many compliments both from my bridesmaids and by other guests at the ceremony. Working with Bonnie was a great experience and I would recommend her and Treasures Formals and Bridal to anyone looking for wedding or bridesmaid dresses.

Our bridesmaid shopping experience started out mildly awkward as the dresser had pulled several dresses in advance before getting a sense of our style. But eventually, in their social dresses section, we found a perfect dress that we were able to walk away with that day -- just one bridesmaid, so she can look special. They have some plus-sized dresses in the traditional bridesmaids section. Not a LOT, but enough that she was able to get a sense of how different style dresses would look on her (empire waist vs drop waist, etc). There are more in the social dress / mother of the bride section.

I had an excellent experience at Treasures purchasing my wedding dress. Lauren helped me find my dream dress... I showed her some photos of dresses I liked and she picked out many dresses for me to try on. I ended up purchasing the first dress she picked out for me. She was very sweet, easy to talk to, and gave great advice. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured; I actually came back 2x to try the dress on again. After purchasing, Bonnie followed up with me and let me know when my dress arrived. My timeframe was relatively short (purchased in June, dress arrived in October, and my wedding was in December) so I was nervous, but they made it happen! I did not have my alterations done through Treasures, so I cannot comment on that aspect. Thank you Treasures!

Bonnie was so helpful throughout the entire wedding dress process she even made sure that I had the right veil for my beach wedding. This shop even has alterations which was important to me so I did not have to find that on my own. The alterations took about 3 weeks and turned out perfect on the first try. I will update with a picture after my wedding.

Purchased a mother of the bride dress. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Lauren was very patient and knew what styles would work for me. I tried on at least 12 dresses, and she was with me every step,of the way. Bonnie and Jenny helped me with the alteration process and even helped me pick out what jewelry worked best.The entire staff made the search for the perfect dress a very pleasant experience.

Recently purchased my wedding dress from Treasures for my wedding in Jekyll Island. First of all, I barely knew what I wanted coming in, so I was of no help! When my consultant held up her first section for me, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! She nailed it with her first two dresses and found me the dress of my dreams that was perfect for me and the location. They have a great selection and all of the ladies were super helpful and kind. Oh, and they managed to pick out a dress that I could have ready on a very short timeline!

Bonnie made shopping for my wedding dress, such a magical experience for me. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful in helping me find the perfect type of dress for me. She was so genuine and very excited for me for my special day. The store is beautiful and everyone there is so incredibly kind. I highly recommend it :)

These ladies are amazing! They are genuine, thoughtful, kind and definitely know what they are doing. I am incredibly thankful I chose to try a small business and didn’t go with one of the big box stores. I was worried with them being smaller they would be short on selection, but that wasn’t the case at all. I would recommend Treasures over and over again.

Treasures is the absolute best! I worked with them to order my bridesmaid dresses (8). From beginning to end everything was perfect! I had heard horror stories of wedding planning and getting things together, however, this was not my experience. I have some maids out of town that needed to be accomodated. Bonnie helped me to make sure we had the right sizes based upon measurements for everyone. She sat through every little detail and just had the sweetest personality. I am a very thorough person and can ask lots of questions. She was welcoming to all questions. She estimated the shipping date and everything right on target. My experience was second to none. I would definitely recommend! Great working with you all!

Worst experience ever.They cut my wedding dress way shorter than pinned! I had to go buy flats and it was still too short! Do not go here! Avoid it and save yourself all the tears and stress!

The staff was nice. I think I worked with Ms. Kathy ( I could be wrong) but she was informed and helpful. The prices arent very considerate, but at this time I was over looking for a mother of the bride dress. They did cater to my moms need, but if I had the energy I would have actually taken my mother more places to search, I felt like they charged for unnecessary things.

We had a great experience with Treasures Bridal salon. We had shopped most of the day and just couldnt find the perfect dress. I had remembered seeing Treasures and we decided to take a look. We were sure glad we did; so many beautiful gowns to choose from and among the ones tried on, the perfect one was found. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient during the entire process.We had been treated like a number at several other Bridal stores, but at Treasures, the Bride to be was treated with dignity and like a very special bride. I noticed that the staff treated all brides in this manner.All brides are special and I know my daughter felt that way at Treasures.

Two years ago I purchased an Ursula of Switzerland short dress for the wedding of a very special friend. While searching the web for that dress I saw a long Ursula gown that I jokingly said I was going to wear to my sons wedding one day. Little did I know that the day would come sooner than later. When my son got engaged I asked a couple different shops here in Alabama about ordering the dress and the availability and they assured me that I had plenty of time and it would only take a few weeks when I was ready to get the dress. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! I went to one of the shops here in Alabama a month ago to order the dress and the informed me that the dress was not available and I was going to have to get something else. I printed a list of dealers from the Webb and started calling. Every shop in Alabama told me that it was a lost cause. My husband suggested that I started calling the shops in Georgia while we were literally in the car going from shop to shop looking for a dress.This is when the miracles started happening. The second call that I made to a shop in Georgia was Treasures Formals. It was all God! I will never forget, when I was on the phone with Miss Vickie, my husband could hear her talking to me and he said, That lady knows her stuff! Miss Vickie was so sweet and thorough. I am very sensitive about my weight in relation to buying clothes and she made me feel so comfortable! Miss Vickie told me that she was going to make it happen and she did! I made several boo boos along the way and she straighten them right out. I just cant say enough about the entire staff. I dont mind telling you that one day soon I plan to make a road trip. There are some necks to be hugged! Until then, I will pray for Gods blessings on the precious people that saved this mama from dress disaster. Call them! If they do not have they will get it! I have my dress and it more beautiful than I had imagined!

I loved my gown - absolutely beautiful! And it was very affordable as well. I was very impressed with the service there, as well as the quality of alterations. Would definitely recommend it!

Short version: they over-promised and misconstrued their policies to get the sale, then refused to give more than a tiny fraction back as compensation.Long version: My sister and her best friend went to Treasures for her dress and bridesmaids dresses, and Bonnie assisted them in the process of selecting and fitting. The wedding was in a couple months, and my sister made it clear that she needed them quickly, and in enough time to ship to her two out-of-state bridesmaids (me being one of them) for alterations. Bonnie assured them that expedited shipping would get the dresses to everyone on time, two weeks before the wedding. With that assurance, my sister ordered them.The expected shipping date came and went, with Labor Day weekend in between. I was running short on time to get alterations before leaving town for the wedding, so I called them to see if they had been shipped yet. Bonnie said that there was a misunderstanding, and that the date she gave us was for the designer shipping the dress to the boutique, not for us receiving them (at that point, the shop had yet to receive them). She offered to send them to us FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, at which point we would not have time to get them altered anyway. She also offered to keep them in-state, and have their seamstress alter them when we arrived in town. We had to choose the second option for time and moneys sake.The only compensation Bonnie offered was the cost of the shipping back, MINUS the cost of the state sales tax, since we were picking them up in-state. By that point, we were receiving less then half of that cost back. Meanwhile, the alterations cost me $75. I tried to negotiate getting at least half of that covered by Treasures, but Bonnie kept insisting that their was nothing she could do, she needed to pay her taxes, and that we just misunderstood their timelines.TL;DR: If Bonnie knew that the timeline would be this crunched, with little or no time to accommodate the out-of-town bridesmaids, she should have been upfront about the options to begin with, or offered something different. Instead, she pressed the sale and put the blame on us for misunderstanding. Pleasant attitude, bad customer service.

I live in NC and found the perfect mother of the bride dress in a shop in Greenville, SC. Unfortunately, the designer had none in stock and delivery could not be made before my daughters wedding in September. I started calling bridal shops in various cities hoping someone would have the gown on their rack in my size and color but kept hearing No, sorry, we dont have it. I eventually called Treasures Formals and spoke to Vicky who also did not have it but graciously offered to find out if it was available in another store anywhere in the country. Vicky advised me that if it was found I might want her to get the dress transferred to her store so she could sell it to me. That way, she could inspect it and ensure it was still in top quality shape. It thought that was a great idea and appreciated her assistance. As it turns out, no store in the country ordered that gown in the size and color I wanted. Vickys offer and follow through saved me many more phone calls to bridal shops. I found Vicky to be friendly, helpful and knowledgable and since I have not yet found a mother of the bride dress, I may soon be driving to Roswell, GA to see if Treasures Formals and Vicky have a different perfect dress for me. Thank you Vicky for trying to help me out.

Horrible. I ordered 8 bridesmaid dresses and 1 mother of the bride dress from Vicky and Bonnie. The mother of the bride dress was so ill-fitted even with alterations the dress was unwearable. A total waste of money. Another dress had to be purchased last minute from Nordstrom.The dresses were over a month late arriving and all but two bridesmaid dresses were completely the wrong size. 7 bridesmaids had to pay over $100 each in alterations due to incorrect sizes being ordered and the dresses being delivered so late.Bonnie and Vicky were never available to talk and I always got an answering machine, I would leave a message and get a return message saying everything was fine, but things were not fine. My bridal party and I were extremely stressed out about the dresses being so late and when they arrived they were all so large (we feel bonnie and vicky ordered larger size dresses than necessary to upcharge some bridesmaids into a larger priced size category and have alteration charges to make money off of). I requested at least rush shipping on the dresses be paid by Treasures but no ownership, understanding or help was extended. It was a horrible experience and I would hate for anyone else to be treated so neglectfully and be taken advantage of by this shop.

**DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR YOUR BRIDEsMAIDS DRESSES, & DO NOT PAY ALL UPFRONT**I am getting married in December and went in on May 24th and paid $176.00 dollars for a simple bridesmaid dress for my daughter. Bonnie wanted to wait to order until the other bridesmaid came in to get her dress but I told her to place the order anyway as I didnt know if the other girl would want to pay that price, and I needed my daughters dress before she left for college on August 24th. Bonnie said that the dress would be here in August and charged my fiances card the full amount and gave me a copy of the order.As I suspected My other bridesmaid did not want to pay what Treasures wanted for Allure dresses so I was glad I requested Bonnie to go ahead and order.In August I had not heard from Treasures AT ALL so I called and Bonnie claimed that she did not order the dress and told me she would order it then. I was infuriated. My daughter was about to go off to college in Nashville and she was not going to be able to come home until Fall break. I asked Bonnie why she would take money for something she was not going to order for almost four months. She then proceeded to tell me that she did not tell me she was ordering the dress in May and that she was waiting for the other Bridesmaid. So, with my daughter as witness of me telling her to order the dress and knowing I would not pay that far in advance for something that I am not going to receive she basically called me and my child liars. Then she told me the dress would be here in October. Still no dress. My fiance disputed the charges and the bank refunded his money to him. Surprise, Surprise, Bonnie emailed me and is still insisting that she get the money for something she never ordered to begin with. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! It is a single location and has no accountability. Wells Fargo is treating it as a fraudulent charge as well they should. It is poor business practices to take full payment for a product that you have no intentions of delivering.
