I hate leaving bad reviews but I got my hair colored on Saturday. The color is very brassy and my bangs are uneven and about 1 inch long instead of 3-4 inches long. I don’t know why Jennifer cut my bangs so short but they’re literally 1 inch long. It’s going to take months to grow them out and it’s really really embarrassing and there’s nothing I can do to disguise the mistake she made when cutting my bangs shorter than anyone would want them. And the color is Orange and brassy. Really upsetting. She wrecked my hair.

Mia is really good at what she does. I’m blown away by her work. She always finds the time for her clients. She did hair highlights on me and it was amazing work she did on my hair. Overall my experience was positive, they have a friendly staff and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Don’t ever go here! THE OWNER (Shaden) turned my hair orange and then refused to refund me my money. I paid $215 and had to have another salon fix my hair. I don’t think she’s ever done hair in her life. And she had her daughters hold the foils which was super awkward and uncomfortable because they were arguing and whispering in each other’s ears while doing my hair. I’m disputing her services with my credit card company in attempt to get my money back. I had a bad feeling when I walked in and should’ve trusted my gut. I should’ve walked out when she was mixing my color but didn’t want to look rude. She was also making excuses on why their color wasn’t coming out right before she even touched my hair. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

From the moment I walk into Argan Salon & Spa I feel pampered. The Salon has an extremely positive atmosphere. The technical expertise and warm treatment from every staff member is always outstanding. The salon owner has been my stylist for almost 10 years. I followed her from another hair salon when she opened this salon years ago. At first, I would only make my appointments with her. Occasionally, when she was fully booked, I started trying her other stylists. I have always been pleased, especially when I realized she not only requires them to be thoroughly trained and certified by the state, but then puts them through another training within her salon. I look forward to my visits to Argan Salon & Spa and highly recommend to everyone.

Shaden managed to restore my seriously damaged hair and give it back shine and healthy look I havent seen in along time. I was extremely happy with the results. She also did my highlights and cut my hair and that turned out great. Shaden is really good with hair and I would highly recommend her :)

My sister and I have been coming here for 5 years and have seen many different hairdressers. All are excellent! I always get a great cut, color and style! I have never been disappointed! And they are very accommodating. Today, Mia rearranged her schedule to make room for my sister and me without inconveniencing any other clients. The Owner has been doing my hair for 14+ years now. Im not great at describing what I want out of a haircut, but she always understands exactly what I am looking for and consistently delivers perfect haircuts. I recently got full color and highlights done there are it turned out better than I could have imagined. The ladies at the salon take their time with each customer and plus the hair wash massage was very relaxing :) I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone!

Mia is absolutely the best!! I have seen her 3-4 times and my hair looks better each time. She is the only person who has ever layered my long hair correctly. My color also looks amazing. She is very detailed and my hair looks perfect. I will drive out of my way to see her.

I asked for a shoulder length cut with layers and showed a picture as well. I didnt expect to leave looking exactly like the photo, but the cut was even worse than I imagined. My hair just looks odd and the stylist kept trying to cut my hair shorter even though it was already at so short. The only part that actually reaches my shoulders is the back. The front is so oddly layered and choppy that Ill probably have to cut my hair to chin length to make it look alright. This is honestly the worst haircut Ive ever received.I was so excited to come to this salon too because of the amazing reviews. So maybe the stylist was having a bad day or she made a mistake, but it doesnt change the fact that my boyfriend had to pay $50 for this awful haircut after I ran out the door crying. And Ill probably have to pay that much to salvage whats left of my hair. I regret coming to this salon.

I have been coming here for years for coloring and styling and am very happy. Hasna does a wonderful job with the color and cut. The staff are warm and friendly and always make me comfortable and offer coffee or tea. Sheila gives an awesome scalp massage during shampooing.

I have always used Great Clips for my hair cuts. It was not until my girlfriend went here and loved her hair cut that I thought about trying them.Mia was amazing. She washed my hair and asked me about my past hair styles and what I was looking at getting done this time. After an enjoyable wash she began to cut. I am use to having my hair attacked like I was a hedge getting trimmed at Great Clips. What I received at Argan and from Mia was a skilled and thorough hair cut and styling.On a side note. While I was their a Muslim woman was having her hair cut. It was great to see the staff observe and respect her religious traditions by bringing out screens to block her from view of men. This is going the extra step to accommodate your vast clientaile.I will absolutely be going back to Argan Salon & SPA.

I came in with my very long and thick hair, as well as grown out layers, and Hasnae did an awesome job!! Very happy. Took off perfect amount (I still wanted a long length) and gave my hair great layering. I was also impressed that it did not take her near as long as it does for other stylists I have been to. The scalp massage beforehand and hair rinsing was nice as well. Highly recommend and I will be back!

I cant say enough good things about this Salon, I went in on a friends recommendation because I have had a bad experience at another hair salon and needed hair help! Mia greeted me with a smile and a hug and was so kind listen to me and look at the picture I had on my phone of what I was trying to achieve with my haircut. She took her time and was just so kind. I love my hair cut, she did a fabulous job. I will definitely be back!!

This salon is nothing more then amazing! I have been several times and I love what they do to my hair and other services. This last service they got me in right away and made my hair look amazing! I even got the chance to be apart of a birthday celebration for Hasnas business partner that runs the front of the house. They were all so wonderful and kind and really feel like a family there. We needed our bridle partys hair done on Sunday morning early. Argan Salon opened up just for us to get the bride, flower girl, maid of honor, brides maid and mothers of the bride and grooms hair done. They were totally amazing! They took the bride into a different room and worked on her while they got the rest of us done.On a side note, and not to reflect on this salon, they also had a freelance make up artist there to do our makeup. She did great on the girls, but both the mothers of the bride and groom felt that their make up was very over done.

I don’t usually write reviews but I would love to honor this salon and draw more attention to it! My second time at Argan was yesterday and it was just as great as my first time. Mia will make you feel like her own daughter-I thoroughly enjoy my time chatting with her in her chair and she gives the BEST scalp massage while washing your hair. I truly, truly believe she knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. I trust her completely. She took me to a very blonde state (with hilights) and there is no damage. I just love this salon.

I am a DASS client but their location is out of my way now so this has become my go to Salon. This place is super convenient to get to. They are affordable and always do an excellent job. My stylist is Shaden. She knows what she is doing, does a super thorough job, and has a charming attitude. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had while getting my eyelashes tinted! I will never come back to this spa. First of all, I arrived on time for my appointment, and had to wait over 30 minutes before I was helped. Now, I get my eyelashes tinted a few times every year. Normally they take you into a back room where you lay on the table, they apply the dye and check in with you every few minutes to make sure its not burning. The woman who helped me today had me sit in a chair in the middle of the salon with my eyes closed for 25 minutes. Not once did she check in on me to see if it was burning or if I was OK. And even after I heard the timer go off, she had me sit for another five minutes without saying a word to me. When she finally did remove the dye and handed me a mirror, I saw that she had dye all over the skin around my eyes. This should not happen! I was so annoyed and ready to get out of there, I left without tipping, which I dont think I have ever done before.The only reason Im giving them any stars at all is because they scheduled me last minute (although, with the wait time, they probably shouldnt have) and because the women who work there were nice.

I was so happy with my hair cut and color. It looked natural with a lot of dimension and volume. The staff was very friendly and fun to talk to. This is the first salon I have tried since moving to Atlanta and I plan to go back in the future!

I purchased a Groupon coupon for my wife for haircut. She is usually little concerned to handover her hair to hair dresser. My groupon was based on reviews of the shop.My wifes experience was amazing and in her words this is the first time in her life someone has taken care of her hair so well while hair cut.The only thing is Appointment, I got appointment for weekend 3 weeks in advance. So my only suggestion is to take appointment in advance for this place.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and needed 5 hairstyles. We were able to go all together and Mia and Yulius did a wonderful job on all 5 of us. If I lived down there I would make it my salon. All the stylist were very nice and all very accommodating. An excellent salon.

I was considering and researching coolsculpting when I came upon Cryo T Shock Therapy. Everything I read including reviews and research gave me the impression Cryo T Shock was less expensive, less likely to have negative side effects, and not harmful to surrounding cells. Argan Salon and Day Spa has the original machine that has been used in Europe for some time now available here but only in limited locations so I skeptically tried this. It was totally worth it! I haven’y worn shorts that come above my knee in years because of lumpy skin on my thighs and it has made such a difference. I am going to do another area now that I know it works and is not painful and I experienced no side effects. If you are on the fence go for it, you will not be disappointed and Shaden is so personable and easy to talk to while she’s giving you the treatment it makes it that much more relaxing and enjoyable!

I was so excited to come to this salon because of all the great reviews!! When discussing the services I wanted we discussed platinum highlights with warm lowlights. We then discussed more highlights than low so that i would get that bright blonde look i wanted. Now Im stuck with a head full of dark hair and its not at all what i asked for. All she could say is come back in 2 week and pay to have more blonde added. I already paid nearly $200 for a hair do i didnt ask for. I wont be going back. The more I look at it the more upset I get!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

The owner, Hasnae ( sorry if I misspelled ) knows how to run a business and treat her clients properly. A fun friendly place, where all of the people she employs aim to please. Horrible customer service. Woman answering the phone cursed at me because I was not happy that they wouldnt accept the Groupon I bought to use on a weekend the only days my wife could use it because she has a job during the week. I called back to try to speak to manager and got cursed out again by the same woman. Never in my life have I been a part of such horrible and rude customer service. I hope the owner makes sure she isnt getting a bad reputation because of one individual. Also would be nice if they put that in the fine print if they are going to use Groupon.

Love this shop and my hair stylist, Naj. The color and highlights blend in beautifully with my silver hair. It is an international shop with stylists from Italy, Brazil, Iraq, Puerto Rico, Syria, Morocco, United States and Russia. They are happy, upbeat and play international music. A fun great experience and all stylists are fantastic. Price is right too!

I found the salon on Living Social and bought an incredible deal for a hair cut, partial highlights, and deep conditioner. I called to make an appointment and got one within a couple of days. The salon was easy to find and parking was good. My appointment was with Hair Stylist Yuliya. I explained what I wanted and what my color end game was for my hair, which I figured would take a few months. Yuliya said she could do it all that visit AND SHE DID! I am so happy with the outcome and would Highly Recommend Argan Salon and Spa, and especially Yuliya, for anyone wanting a salon experience that is relaxing with top of the line stylists.

I found the Groupon for the haircut. They have unskilled hairstylist assigned for Groupon customer. She was not getting what haircut I wanted. She ended up ruining my haircut. So then I told my haircut is ruined they gave me next appointment to fix. Another hairstylist ruined even more. I recommend not to visit this place if you are buying Groupon. I didnt dare to try this place after that

I usually don’t write reviews who has time for that but my experience was so bad that I had to share. This was my first time going to get a facial at that location with my fiancé . I have had plenty of facials before but this was my fiancé’s firsr time for a facial. The lady that was helping us did not even ask our names I don’t even kno her name, she looked like she was miserable being there and doing her work she was so negative and was saying well what do you even want I don’t want to break out . Instead of giving us advise on what we should go for for his first time she scared him and he told me in my language he didn’t feel good about this based on her vibe and her attitude. I guess I should had done a better job at my search for a place but we will def not be going back . We did not get the facials and we just walked out . Thanks for your horrible customer service .

I do not recommend this salon. Just about all things to do with my service we’re a dissappointment. I asked for an ombré look and left with a complete head of very blonde hair. The hair dye solution they were using had a very powerful aroma and when it was just near my eyes it made them burn, I’ve had my hair dyed several times and I’ve never experienced this. After the first wash my hair became hard and crinkly and needed several brushings to achieve the softness. For my hair cut I repeatedly asked for a lob that was a little grown out because when my hair drys it will become curly and shrink up. Not only did I not get this but after returning home I noticed my hair was COMPLETELY uneven. I mmediatly had to go back and ended up getting my hair cut EVEN SHORTER. Now my hair is a bleach blonde bob. Nothing is worse than having a horrible hair cut. With the holidays approaching I wanted to make sure I had my hair done and now I refuse to even be in photos. After my leaving the salon the second time I immediately called another salon to book me a correction treatment. I just spent 200+ dollars for my time to be wasted and to hate the way I look until my hair grows some length and is color corrected. A side note, two women worked on my hair at the same time and spoke in another language to eachother. I am all for this, however a lot of the times they were making comments to eachother about what to do with my hair and making decisions without me even being part of the dialogue. Again most salon experiences I’ve had there has been constant dialogue directed towards me about the process so that my stylist and myself can work together to ultimately achieve the look I want. I have NEVER EVER hated a haircut in my life.
