I dont have enough good things to say about this outstanding salon -- they offer extremely beautiful dresses and an incredible experience!I went this past weekend, and I found a dress that was so out-of-this-world awesome, I cant even believe it exists. My consultant Michael was incredibly helpful and kind (as was the owner). He didnt give me any BS which I appreciated, and I didnt feel rushed at all despite this being a huge decision and wanting to try on a couple of dresses multiple times.If you have the chance (and the budget), you should absolutely go. I would give them a call for an appointment as I had an issue booking on their website.

Please BEWARE! These dresses are not original! Had the worst experience with this store just a nightmare! Hope someone is able to see this review before they buy anything from them. I had ordered my dress from them with almost a 4 month time frame in which they said the dress would be ready. I tried getting in contact with them and it was impossible. My engagement party was nearly approaching. Went to their location in Phipps and discovered it was closed!! With no time to waste I ended up having to purchase another dress. After endless attempts they get back to me and tell me the dress is ready 2 days before I’m due to flight out to my event. Mind you this is a $5,000 dress that might need alterations. I go to the store and they give me this designer dress Charbel Zoe thrown in a little gift bag with no intentions of having me try it on or anything. I proceed to tell them I have to try it on. The dress is literally falling apart when the lady takes it out the bag you can clearly tell this was a knock off. Stitching falling apart and all the gems falling off. I then asked for a proof of authenticity and they said they couldn’t provide only a screenshot of a text showing they ordered the dress. No order number or anything! Run while you can. Luckily I disputed this charge and got it resolved.

I went to the Buckhead location in May 2021. I ended up going with a custom dress as there was a designer in store that day. I was sold this dream of getting updates as they worked on my dress.It’s 6 months later and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.Mind you I was supposed to pick which lace pattern I wanted via pictures or videos and I haven’t even gotten that.I’ve called several times and so has my MOH. Every time we call, we get the same guy who claims he’ll call us back and never does. My last ditch effort will be to make the drive and go in person next week. If that doesn’t work, I’m going to go elsewhere. This is a $6000 dress we’re talking about by the way.It’s giving me “money hungry dress shop.” I’ll be sure to share my horrible experience everywhere.

I had the absolute best time with Michael and the owner! Michael kept me laughing and kept me feeling the most confident in my dress try on experience. He was honest with what looked good and what didnt. Michael was the best! Will definitely be back when I am getting married, this time just a bridesmaid dress! The owner was absolutely amazing and so accommodating to us on a time crunch. I would highly recommend coming here! Best experience ever!!

Great experience in the Bridal Salon the owner was super nice and sweet. The only issue I had was I just never heard from anyone after my visit regarding a custom gown. No call or text. Bummer. The good thing is I was able to find a group to make my dress.

I went to the Buckhead location for my very first shopping experience and was highly disappointed. They only have dress sizes for dress sizes 2-8. The consultant insisted that i pick some dresses to try on without even discussing sizes. I am a size 14 and was being stuffed in a size 8 dress. How do you think that made me feel?!? They should have discuss sizes when i called and made the appointment! I will never return! Thanks for ruining my very first experience!

Had a wonderful experience here! I was lucky enough to be in the store when the owner was there and she made me feel so special! She worked with me for hours and was very patient and understanding! She has a deep and vast knowledge of the wedding industry and helps with all inquiries regarding weddings in the Atlanta area! 10/10 recommend for ANY and ALL brides!

She has cultivated the perfect team - Michael, Ayah and Leslie are pure SAINTS. Rawan is the most humble, down to earth, hardworking individual and owner I have ever come across. After going to multiple different bridal salons, and having experiences with many different people, words can’t explain how ELITE this place is, and how elite the owner Rawan is. In the way she treats every bride as her own family. She works so incredibly hard to achieve your dream dress. She’s in it because her passion for this field is palpable. I cannot say this enough- if you are looking for your dream dress COME HERE!!!! Seriously you will not regret it, you won’t have to look elsewhere, she is SO good with seeing a vision and making it come to life. They all treat you like family there. Full confession: I am writing this review not as a customer, but as a fellow wedding business owner. I went to the grand opening of EPLV in Alpharetta over five years ago and have worked closely with the owner Rawan and their staff on and off for quite a few years.Very honestly, this is one of the BEST bridal store is not only in the south east, but in the country. In fact, I recently worked with a client (Tasha Tagliani of Rocky Mountain Bride Magazine) who lives in Denver, Colorado.... who flew all the way to Atlanta, Georgia to purchase her gown at Elite Pour La Vie. This is one of the best stores in the country. Period. Their selection is of a caliber you can only find in NYC or LA, but with service that you would expect at a small, high end bridal boutique. Most likely, if you are reading this review, you are considering visiting ELPV in order to purchase your gown. Please know that.... even if you need to travel, it is totally worth it. I had the absolutely most amazing experience at Elite Pour La Vie!! The owner, Rawan, went above and beyond to truly make me feel like a Queen. To start with, I dropped by even though I didn’t have an appointment. She was honest that she was fully booked that day but she personally opened up the store for me on a Sunday just so I could have the full bridal experience. While there, she completely wowed us with her generosity, champagne, snacks, and gave us a lovely experience. Not only is she very kind and generous, but she is great at her career. She pulled lovely dresses for me that complimented my body and were exactly the style that I wanted. Rawan picked me out a customized dress that I am completely in love with and is breathtaking. As if she hadn’t done enough already, she gifted me with a Swarovski crystal veil to compliment my bridal look. I wish that I could give this review more than five stars because that is not enough to truly explain how special she made me feel. I hope that every bride is able to have this experience and I would 1000% recommend Elite Pour La Vie to anyone!

Honestly still in awe of how amazing and sophisticated this place was. The best bridal experience ever hands down. Rowan is honestly the most sweetest and genuine person ever. She helped me look my absolute best in every dress I tried on and did not even give a sigh when I would ask to re try on a dress or try it on with a veil/crown/heels. She and Sunny made my experience the absolute best. I felt taken care of and so comfortable and not rushed at all unlike how I felt trying on dresses at Bridals by Lori. Rowan honestly went above and beyond and made me feel like family. Even when I was first trying to book my appointment, Sunny was so excited and helpful and so kind during the whole process. I had to reschedule several times and they were accommodating each and every time. They even opened their store on a Sunday when they are supposed to be off and spent the entire day with me making sure I absolutely loved me dress. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Elite Pour La Vie is THE place to get a bridal gown or an evening gown. I drove from MI to get my dream wedding dress and I could not have been happier. I made an appointment to visit this establishment and it was well worth it. Upon entrance, I was greated and discussed my preferred style. I presented photos and similar items were gathered. However, they utilized their skills by having me try on dressed I would have never considered. The alternatives to my request were absolutely breath taking. Weddings are special and the personal service provided made me feel like a queen. Sometimes people choose places due to customer service and other times, it’s due to the product. Beautiful weeding dresses, very nice sales person. Very pretty place where you feel special. Well you should, prices are high. But if you have the money go for it! Not crazy about those places who uses France and french as references all the time, just a marketing technique.

The most amazing bridal store I have ever been in. It is absolutely gorgeous and fabulously over the top. The gowns for brides and formal wear are absolutely stunning and incredibly detailed. You will find things here that you will not find anywhere else in the country.

The services was amazing! The manager stayed for over two hours past closing to let me look at dresses! She helped me so much and the dress were beautiful. We had so much fun and found the perfect dress. Much better experience than brides by lori!

Rawan and Trichia were very friendly as well and wanted to make sure that I had the best experience while looking for a dress. I was allowed to take my time and really look to see what I wanted in a dress. Rawan, the owner of this exclusive boutique, opened her shop just for me on a Sunday even though their business hours do not extend to Sundays. I needed an evening gown for a special occasion; Rawan kindly took the time to show me many amazing options and l found one for the occasion and another beautiful dress for just in case another event comes up..., the boutique is intimate, beautiful, and very welcoming..., Rawan even served delicious lunch and snacks for me after finding out I have to eat constantly or I become literally ill.., I cannot recommend this boutique enough; everything is out of this world gorgeous, and prices are anywhere from low/mid to high so there is something for every budget!!!! Run to the shop now!

My first dress shopping experience was at this boutique and it was completely disappointing. Just setting my appointment was difficult and disorganized, I even had an employee call to see if I would reschedule my appointment so they could attend some event in town the same weekend - my appt had been set for weeks & I made it clear family had flown in town to shop for my wedding gown with me. My experience in person was even worse. The owner ignored me and my bridal party upon arrival and then proceeded to treat me as if I was inconveniencing her by even being there. She was condescending and rude through our “consultation” and dismissed me when I expressed the designers and types of gowns I was interested in. She later apologized and tried to make up for it but it was too late, she completely ruined my mood and excitement for the day. We went on to try on dresses anyway because I didn’t want the appt to be a complete bust after I had family fly in to do this with me. I ending up trying on a gown I absolutely loved - cried and everything- they assured me they would send me details of the gown and how I could place the order later in the week. I never heard back from anyone. I called multiple times trying to get the designers name and the style number of the gown, if someone even answered the phone, I was given the run around and was never able to locate it. This was a month ago. I have since found my wedding gown and every other salon I visited followed up with me, gave me every detail of the designs I liked while in store and treated me with respect and matched my enthusiasm for the joyous occasion that wedding dress shopping is supposed to be. EPLV name drops all the celebs they dress but can’t piece together a decent experience pre or post appointment. There are plenty of salons that do it better.. trust me, the disappointment is not worth it.
