Shopping for cabinets today I received excellent customer service. Raul was so very helpful and patient with my husband and me while selecting our cabinets. He helped us look for any blemishes on the cabinets to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Raul didnt make us feel rushed, he searched high and low to find the correct cabinet sizes. He even put the cabinets on a cart and brought them to the register for us. To top it all off several employees loaded the cabinets in our truck taking extra caution not to scratch them. All the employees that we encountered were very helpful, energetic, and happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience and will definitely be returning for our next home improvement task. Thank you!

Good supply on some things, some really beautiful things. Hopefully as the pandemic lifts theyll be able to get more inventory on some things. First trip to the Alpharetta store, nice to have one closer to where I am now.

We bought about 10 doors for our basement finish. Good prices I think with standard interior doors around $110. Size depending of course. They have a small selection of LVT which I wish we would have bought here due to the near .50c/sq ft price difference from big box place.

Overall, just alright in my opinion.Was there for matching vanities, faucets, shower items to use for my DIY master bath remodel. Neither pricing nor selection was what we had expected. They did not have multiples of some items that could have worked. Staff was great but could only suggest to come back frequently as inventory changes often. Looked like they had a lot of doors / windows.

Hit and miss on having what you need but if they have it it wont be beaten on price.....

Its not really a discount place but I like it nonetheless.

Worse costumer service. Tried to purchased a tub which they did not have in a box. The one on the floor was dameged. So I was told to call the other store location and ask if the had it in stock. I asked if the could do that for me. I was told no while there were about 6 sells associates doing nothing.I decided to call the other store and was told that they could not help me over the phone.I finally got frustrated and told the person on the counter to tell me did someone need it to do to get some help in there that is interested to purchased a 1300 dollars tub?End up walking away... To go to a different place and was available to get much better product at a better price and great costumer service.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THR 2 LOCATIONS IG GA TO ANYONE.

Went here on Saturday to buy some doors and kitchen cabinets for a flip house, and was very impressed. They have only been open for a week and are already fully packed with inventory. Great spot for interior and exterior doors, flooring, and kitchen and bathroom cabinets!

Large selection of cabinets, windows, doors vanities. Small selection of tile, counter tops and sinks. Big selection of free standing tubs that need wall mounted faucet or floor filler faucets.

Thought prices were no different than the box stores.

I was out driving around on Saturday and I came across this new place called Builders Surplus. I stopped and went in to check it out. I found a new front door for my house that I wasnt even planning on replacing. Really neat place, great selection and pricing.

Really enjoyed the staff. Helped me find just the front door I was looking for. Definitely will refer this store to other people looking for home improvements, front doors, or interior doors.

Wow! I’ve been needing a home improvement store that won’t rake me over the coals and I found it. They were very helpful with getting me my new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, windows, and doors! I will definitely be back to pick up some of their waterproof flooring!

Terrible. Walked up and down the cabinet isle for 10+ minutes. I had a tap measure measuring the cabinets clearly I wasnt just browsing. No one acknowledged me, said can I help or Ill be with you in a minute. Left wont go back.

Only people in there. Not a single person asked us if we needed help. They were scraping this metal racking along the floor and was so loud that we had to cover our ears.
