I was so impressed with the work Service King completed to my vehicle. I got into an accident and my entire front bumper was detached from the car and the driver side fender was severely dented. My car is a 2009 so prior to the accident the car didnt look as shiny paint wise but after the repairs it looks like a brand, new car!!!!! Mike my service advisor was excellent! He texted everyday to keep me updated on repairs and my car was completed on its promise date. When Mike drove the car from around the back i had to do a double take, I legit didnt even know it was my car! Thanks Service King and Mike, I will definitely refer others and hopefully im never in another accident, but if so, I know where to take my car!

While my car was being worked on by this business, my car was cleaned out of valuables including a gun for which I had to file a police report. I received no help from the business to figure this out. I was told it was my fault. I can only imagine what this person is using my gun for. I highly recommend you do NOT use this company.
I got into a hit and run accident almost a month ago, and my car was taken here to get repaired. Mark Reuvers did such an amazing job on my beautiful red Honda. He kept me updated and called about everything being done so I knew what was going on. Was sending texts to keep me updated. And when my car was able to be picked up I had to work, and he held it for me till I was able to pick it up. After I picked it up it is driving like when I got it and it’s brand new. He was amazing and sweet and kind and I will always be coming back to service king and working with these amazing men. Thank you so much you guys!!
I’ve recently had my car fixed from Roswell Service King after my car accident. Throughout the entire process they were informative, and picking up my car they had a detailed report to my repairs. The staff even took their time to thoroughly explain to me regarding my repairs as well as answering all my questions. I am highly satisfied with the job they’ve done on my car! They even cleaned the interior as well. Service King in Roswell will certainly not disappoint you. They have both great service and staff. Highly recommended!

Referred to from insurance company (Shame on AllState for doing business with this Company). They might be the most scamming company out there, DO NOT USE! Their repair estimate was so far off from the damage from a deer hitting my front end. They didn’t know I brought my own claims adjuster with the estimate they submitted and he felt it had a lot of added components. Long story short, the manager on duty said, “I’m surprised they totaled the car out”, like he didn’t give the insurance company a 20K bill. Be careful out here COVID-19 has sadly brought out the snakes.
0 stars... I was recommend this horrible company through my insurance company. I never received a phone call from this company. I did all the calling to get updates about my truck which I kept receiving multiple texts telling me when my truck will be done. The lazy rep. Michelle at the local office will answer the phone everytime only to makeup some wack excuse for Tom (the manager) unprofessionalism. This company has some under the table relationship with my insurance company (Allstate) involving getting over on customers. They was only concern with who was paying for the services that they was providing and Tom (the manager) weird obsession with my rental car asking me why I didn’t drop it off at their shop. I was very frustrated and upset because my car insurance let me down recommending a company like this, with me having to experience a rush job, no communication, lies and poor customer service. After experiencing all of this, I found out they use my truck warranty to fix certain things on my truck that was related to my accident. Which seems like Service King has another under the table relationship with Palmer Jeep. My driver seat still was not fix, only to be be told I never informed him of the seat now I have to waste more to get my own seat fix on the count of this company being f**k ups about everything. Please save yourself the trouble.DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! Only in business for the money NOT for the people. DONT EVER GO HERE OR USE ALLSTATE FOR INSURANCE!!!!

My insurance company told me to go to Service King (big mistake). Called the 866 number, gave them my info and got a confirmation number to drop my vehicle off and a specific appointment time. Arrived five minutes early and signs asked me to wait outside due to Covid. No problem at all. Saw another customer pacing outside clearly frustrated. After fifteen minutes and several unanswered calls, I saw that customer just go into the office. People were in there but were not answering their phones. I too went in and was able to talk to a guy in there (social distancing and masks on). He was frustrated because he said the insurance companies kept screwing the appointments up. I had to call Travelers again and get someone on the line to straighten things out. (The other customer had the same issue). Thirty minutes after pulling up, I was able to drop my car off.I get multiple texts telling me the status--of course the price more than doubles from the original estimate from $1600 to over $4000 but what can you do? Estimate was for Friday July 3 completion and pick up. No one at the 866 number or the local office will answer the phone and event the chat service wont work. Maybe they are closed? Who knows as there is no way to find out--online the business shows it is open. Customer service hours show it is open.Horrible, horrible company. Do NOT EVER go to Service King.

I had intended to go to the dealership, but after discussing with Nick I decided to give them a try. They took care of my Jeep quickly and painlessly. I appreciate the quality service.
Had a great experience here. They repaired my car last year after I was rear ended. I took my car back today because my trunk was leaking. They looked at it right away and fixed the problem. The leak had nothing to do with their repairs. My sunroof drain line was the issue. They fixed it for me at no charge. That is excellent service! Jason Abbott was great from the first phone call to the completion of the repair. I would highly recommend!
Wonderful service. I was rear ended two weeks ago and the other party’s insurance sent me here for the first time. They were very professional, friendly and helpful and kept me posted daily on their progress. Their work is guaranteed, so, although the repair looks great, it’s nice to know I can go back if there’s ever an issue.
If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would give zero stars.I HAD a super nice and clean car, until someone stole my wheels and left my vehicle on blocks. My insurance company sent my car to Service King in Alpharetta, GA to have it repaired. Before the incident, I had my car ceramic coated to keep the paint new and swirl free. Aubrey from Service King called me and told me my car was almost ready and that he would run my car through a car wash...I said no and to please hand wash it.I went to pick up my vehicle, and my paint had swirls everywhere. They re-painted my door and fenders and the paint looked like it went through a million car washes. There was a three inch scratch on my hood, scratches on my bumper, dry spray on the door, and I was missing part of my dash.I met with the regional manager there and he saw the same issues. I asked to put my car on a lift, and magically, all of the lifts were occupied. The manager even told me my car should have never been in their shop in the first place.Days later, I met with the regional manager and my insurance adjuster and they saw the same issues. They wanted my ceramic installer to fix their mistakes in the paint, then re ceramic my car... so I got my car back after they attempted to sand off the dry spray.An unfortunate event happened to my car and I took my car to Performance Auto so they could fix everything before my ceramic installer. Performance Auto took the time to look at my car and found NUMEROUS issues that Service King either caused or just did not even fix.My floor panels were still bent and they tried to cover up many issues with spray paint and adhesive. I had to call corporate and they had to get involved because the regional manager was so terrible. Service King messed up my car so bad, that it would cost THOUSANDS of dollars to fix. In the end, because of Service King, my car was deemed a TOTAL LOSS.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! My insurance company referred me to Service King for repairs, and I would never recommend this facility. Worst customer service ever. Rude, disrespectful, uncaring, untrustworthy, dishonest, and they overcharge. I have filed complaints with my insurance company indicating that they should stop referring clients.
Treated like Royalty at Service KingI highly recommend Service King in Alpharetta for auto collision repairs. The shop has the facilities and expertise you expect from a national leader in auto collision repairs.The shop strives for 100% customer satisfaction. However, I received extraordinary service from the shop, especially from my service agent, Travis and would rate them at 110%; I was always updated on the status of my repair, they even took care of a few items that were not part of the original repair, like fixing a trunk lid that did not stay open all the way and the car and was delivered as if it came from the showroom.
My car looked amazing when I left. Had front dent on my hood from a giant rock and it came out like nothing happened. Paul was great. Kept me updated with pictures on my car and even washed it for me. So happy with the outcome and service. Thank you again, Paul!
Very disappointed in their customer service. Waited almost 2 weeks only for their service Tech to tell me they could not find the body part for a 2014 Chevrolet product and referred me to the dealership for help this was a basic repair that they strung me along nearly 2 weeks on be careful with the service advisor you get

Would not recommend could not get a written quote they kept saying just send us your insurance information will take care of it.found out over a year later when I pull the Carfax that they labeled it as major front end damage which ruin the value of my car. Grill, fender, headlight, I dont consider major front end damage. But now if you pull a Carfax on it with a major front-end damage it kills the value of the car. Book value should be close to $7000.00Car dealer says with that report its worth 1500.
