I chose Caliber Collision on Westside Parkway in Alpharetta, GA to handle the repairs to my 2019 Tacoma after being rear-ended. The transaction and repairs were flawless. Even better that that was the customer service, even arranging for pick up and drop off with the rental car company. Michelle did a great job explaining the repairs and setting expectations. The repairs were completed early and look great. Highly recommend.

My car repair was very complicated and they worked very hard with me and the insurance company to ensure the car was repaired in a timely manner. They responded to calls and emails very promptly with lots of information. I always knew what stage the car was at. The car was returned in perfect condition with everything checked and and working. I will use this company and location again. They dealt with the insurance company and the tow company they made getting the car back on the road a very straight forward experience. My nearly new car was hit by someone racing in the streets (at night in heavy rain, who then fled the scene) sustaining nearly $15K of damage. Caliber fixed it up perfectly. My car looks and drives as beautifully as it did before! Looking at it now, you would never know it had been so horribly damaged.

Michelle was awesome! I was kept informed regularly. I never had to call for status update. Due to the manufacturer there was a delay getting a part but caliber was forthright in telling me the truth and they did everything possible. The team at Caliber was very communicative and accommodating throughout my vehicle repair process. Justin handled my case and either always answered my phone calls when I had a question or called me back within a timely manner. My car was in and out of the shop in five days, including the time it took for a number of parts to come and receive a customized paint job. The repair work was excellent and a diagnostic/vehicle wellness check was performed at the end of the repair to ensure my car was returned to me ready for action. When I say AMAZING. I mean AMAZING. EVERY collision shop was booked for 3/4 wks and I needed my car fixed after my accident. The receptionist, I forget her name sorry, was so nice and they were able to squeeze me in. My repair specialist was Justin and he was awsm. Very knowledgeable, friendly and they fixed my car in a timely manner. Im so grateful for the staff at this location!

Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review for two reasons, both avoidable in my opinion.1. I took my car in for a fender replacement and they noticed there was some additional damage as well. So, they took it apart even more until they realized that the replacement part they needed is no longer sold rendering my vehicle a total loss. I have never been more frustrated at such a seemingly poor lack of judgement and situational awareness.2. When I called to come pick up my belongings, I was told they would keep my car until I got there by the end of the day. When I showed up, my car was gone because of a severe lack of communication among their team members. I had to take off part of work the next day just to drive an hour to a car yard to find my car.They are very friendly which is why I give 2 stars rather than 1

I did a walk in visit but was greeted right away and had my estimate in hand very quickly. After deciding to have Caliber do the work, I dropped off the vehicle, picked up my rental there and was on my wan in only a few minutes. They managed all of the interactions with the insurance company and I all I had to do was return to pick up my vehicle, which was ready ahead of schedule. The work they did was flawless and Justin and I believe Jake, were a pleasure to work with. This is now my go to shop.

My car was in a minor collision and the insurance sent me to Caliber Collision and I’m so glad they did! They called me to schedule the drop off, ensured that I had a car rental and that they would pick me up after I dropped off my car. Mike and Justin were excellent. I showed up without an appointment, after my local mechanic could not do body work on my RAV4’s rear bumper. I waited only a few minutes, then Justin went to work and had the estimate ready in 10-15 minutes. Toyota got him the parts the same day, and my car was fixed the next day! Best of all, the final bill was cheaper than estimated. I was happy to see everyone wearing masks and keeping social distance. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Westside Parkway.

I went in for a rough estimate on a slight blemish to my car. Service Advisor Justin had me wait just a moment and returned with a cloth and a dab of something that completely removed the blemish. Fortunately the paint had not chipped. He refused to accept any payment and also provided me with some excellent advice on some other concerns/questions I had about a possible total paint job in the future. If I every decide to get the paint job done, just based on the excellent customer service and professionalism I experienced, I would most certainly consider Caliber Collision in Alpharetta, GA.

My car had severe damage from a front end collision. They probably had to repair most of the above. The paint is perfect and it looks better than before. It was washed and full of gas when I picked it up. Boomer kept me updated regularly about the progress. I dropped off the rental car when I picked up my car and Caliber Collision arranged to have it returned to Enterprise. They all went above and beyond! Thank you!

Caliber Collision gave excellent service from start to finish while repairing damage to my vehicle after being hit. They made everything smooth, even partnering with the vehicle rental company.

Boomer was excellent in how he handled us and how he communicated every step of the way. I was absolutely shocked at how quickly the car was repaired.

Well I really dont know where to start, but I will never recommend this place unless you want your belongings to be stolen. Im happy with the work they did, but I am not happy with the fact that I had my things stolen from my car.I was not made aware that I should remove my external battery phone charger, my LED flashlight, my sons money coins, my lysol, my airborne tablets immune support, my tactical knife, my phones aux and charger cord. If I was made aware I would have taken everything out of my car.I left my stuff because I was told it will take about 4 to 5 days to fix my car not 22 days.

5/5 in my book! Boomer and his team handled my claim with the utmost care. Honest and hardworking, this is the place to go when your vehicle needs the best mechanics and support staff out there. Really appreciate the stress-free experience and great communication throughout the process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our car was sent here after a no-fault accident. Our insurance made us go here for repairs, and that was fine. We had to bring our vehicle back several times. Each time, the same issue. Alignment and noise. Caliber could never recreate the high pitch squeal...though we always heard it. Alignment continued to be an issue until we finally traded in the vehicle. They were nice, etc. and maybe the issue was just something that wasnt really fixable, I have no idea. The car just never was what it was pre accident.

It took a lot of phone tag to get scheduled, rescheduled... but once they came to our house for a wind shield repair, service was excellent. Quick and easy.

This place was great and I’ll definitely use them again. Justin was great. Nothing better than someone calling you first to update you on the status of your vehicle versus having to chase them down for an update. Justin gave us daily updates. We expected our car to take 2 weeks to fix and it was fixed in 3 days. My MB GLE AMG 43 had some minor scrapes on the bumper and driver door but they did top of the line work and my car is like brand new. I highly recommend them and if I ever need any work done in the future they’ll be my first choice.

I cannot recommend Caliber enough. They have outstanding customer service. I worked with Boomer when my Range Rover was in an accident and he was fantastic. Always kept me up to date and went above and beyond to take care of me.

I took my 2019 Chevy Equinox to the Salem Rd location in Covington Ga due to collision with a deer. They towed my vehicle to the Alpharetta Ga location since they could complete the work faster. There was over $5000 worth of damage. They completed the work before the estimated date and Boomer in Alpharetta was awesome! The only issue I had was that my car was suppose to be towed back to me, but the tow truck driver took back to the Covington location and since it was a Friday and after 5, I had to wait till Monday to pick up. I blame the tow truck driver for this mess ups. There were notes on my account for the car to brought to my house. I would definatly use Caliber Collision again!

Call to set an appointment to get my car repaired because I had heard many good things about the company and work unfortunately I couldn’t get past the customer service. What should have been easy began to become complicated. The receptionist was familiar will All insurance companies. Will not use the other locations due to the process.

Some how my backup camera wire was cut 2 weeks later in still trying to get someone on the phone to try to fix it fog light wasnt fixed and the side step was discontinued and 3 weeks about 6 different phone calls or more between them and insurance going back and forth finally got that issue resolved

I have never left a bodyshop without a pit in my stomach, and i left today with a smile on my face. One of the WORST customer services experiences ever. Spent over 4 weeks repairing vehicle which was supposed to take less than half that time. Have a concern? The front desk cant help you if the guy in the back is the only one with status and then of course, NOT THERE. I was so appalled, a letter was sent to the organization. I rarely write letters.
