Conveniently located, I went there today to buy a car. Sales girl was dry and rude until I showed more interest in buying. Planned to put down $7k-$9k on car. The finance manager Eric with beard and long mustang convinced me to run my credit while the salesperson starred at the ground.Eric told me he will “go to bat for me” because my credit was an issue. He convinced me “we will get you approved for the payment your looking for” “I’m positive” and then came back with $11k down, 72 mo. 18%APR $780 mo. On a used Chevy blazer! I said who would do this? This is what I get for trusting these people.After telling him this is why I didn’t want to do a hard pull on my credit he told me “if this doesn’t work for you, you can have a nice day” clearly said anything he could to let them hard pull my credit. Then basically told me to go screw myself? Not exactly what you want from a dealership when spending a lot of hard earned money.I understand where they’re coming from and their stressful career but not a good approach. With better customer service and experience they could have put me in a different car and would be signing paper work right now. As I’m ready to buy. Instead insulted me and sent me out.The sales person, Eric, Eric’s boss and myself all lost in this situation because of poor customer service. I would say only use this dealership if you really have to.

Great. We ordered a new 2022 trailblazer 5 months ago from another dealership. Tired of waiting we seen they had one on the truck for delivery so I called and bought it over the phone. My car was due for inspection; originally I had planned to drive the car to the dealership and wait while the work was done. Plans changed after I had a bad fall at home and was unable to drive until medically cleared. I called the service department at Scott to see how we could make this work. Scott came to my home and picked up the car for me! When it was completed, they returned the car. This is truly service above and beyond. It is really rare to find such extraordinary service these days. I only wish every company I dealt with had the outstanding customer service that I have consistently found at Scott Chevrolet. I have been dealing with SCOTT CHEVY since 1968 when I got out of the AIR FORCE. Jim Esposito and Christina Shortell of the collision center did a fantastic job on the car and paper work. They are the best. The car was cleaned and waxed when it ready for me to pick it up.
The experience with this dealership is fair. When I brought my car into the establishment on Tuesday Sept 21st to report an engine light displaying on my dashboard, the mechanic fixed the issue by replacing a part. I was reassured only to discover later that day that the engine line reappeared on the dashboard. The next day when I received a courtesy call from your after service department, I was transferred to Chris Rapp who then scheduled a secondary appointment with me to bring the car back for another diagnostic. The second mechanic found that the intake wasnt corrected in the initial assessment thereby explaining why the engine light was still illuminated. The problem then was fixed.
Always satisfied with their work. Service pricing is within reason and offer coupons and sales on their website. Courteous and informed staff. Pleasant waiting area. They always answer all my questions in a clear way and address my concerns.

The staff is very rude and speaks to you as if you dont know about what is wrong with your vehicle. I have been in there 5 times now for the same persistent issue with my vehicle that they continue blaming on me instead of wanting to actually look to fix the problem. I was told yesterday that my car was taking up space and they did an unauthorized oil change on my vehicle to get it out of there. I am very unsatisfied everytime I go there and talk to them and Im extremely frustrated that my vehicle is still yet to be fixed after 5 times already.
Would recommend Scott dealerships. Kevin at Scott used cars has been wonderful and made my experience so far more than stress free. He has been a wonderful help and I thank him as well as recommending Scott used cars. As far as Scott Chevy, they have been very helpful and extremely nice. Very fast and efficient service. I do not recommend going to this dealership to get your car looked at, i just got my car a few months ago and it has so many issues already, the staff is soooo rude and treats you like your a little kid and don’t know what your talking about when you try to tell them what’s wrong with your car.

Shady dealer dealing in bad faith!! Watch Out! I went in to buy a 2017 pathfinder I did all my own homework before the purchase. I test drove it, it was really nice now this is where it gets really shady. Prior to going to the dealer ship I looked at the car fax on their website and one accident reported 1/2020 Okay no problem I looked the car over looked clean I asked salesman if it had been in an accident “no it hasn’t it has a clean car fax” oh great can I see the car fax? Yes let me print it. He then prints it off and hands it to me where the accident was no where to be found. I then pull up the car fax on my phone from their Website. He was blown away that I did my own research. Needless to say this guy tried every excuse in the book to keep me in the chair. But I left And bought a Subaru. Please watch out for this horrible dealer they’re trying to rip you off.
Do not take your car here. They told me I had nails in my tire I did but said I need to pay 130 bucks per tire for new tires and they would move the front tires to the back. My car is all time 4 wheel drive this would have overtime damaged my drivetrain coating thousands or a new car. The could have also simply patched my tires for less than 100 dollars but did not even offer that. They might not lie but they certainly only give you the most expensive option available so much so Scotts dealerships take their own cars to another local shop because its cheaper. If you take your car here for service save yourself some time and just set your car on fire.

Dropped car off on Thursday night for service. Called me Friday before 930 a.m. and car was done. Didnt have it washed but before driver gave it back to me he got it washed and it needed it thanks.

My experience was great from drop off to pick up, Chris was courteous and professional.The shuttle service was a big surprise and the driver was knowledgeable and friendly. The service writer told me I had to pay for my oil change since my account did not reflect the platinum membership I purchased on my new vehicle. I called the finance department on Wednesday and was told he would look into it. I did not get a call back until Thursday to confirm that I do have the platinum and the prior representative did not mark my account correctly. Having to wait 24 hours to get a call back (and given the excuse that he got busy with deliveries) is poor customer service. I was told in JUNE my account was going to be adjusted to reflect the error and obviously it was not.
