I wouldnt take my Land Rover anywhere else. Superb customer service. The friendliest staff and upper management I have ever met. Chelsea, my service agent was so nice. Mike the Service Manager amazing! Even took a test drive in my car. Unlike Willow Grove who wouldnt. And not because of Covid. Just gave me lame excuses.This place is a no brainer. I live in between Will Grove and this one and hands down Allentown exceeds Willow Grove above and beyond. Even if I lived in Philly Id still drive here. Thats how good they are here.The waiting area is nice. Free coffee, water and sodas while you wait.Ill definitely be using Allentown again.
My husband and I had the most incredible experience at LandRover Allentown! In the past we always dreaded the car shopping process but our sales girl Emily Dahlgren totally made our experience FUN and EXCITING! She helped us custom order our vehicle and didn’t want us to settle for anything short of exactly what we wanted. She kept us informed on the delivery date because she knew we were nervous due to COVID delays and were skeptical that our Defender would come in on time BUT to our surprise it came in a month early ♥️ Emily was a complete ROCKSTAR, no one will ever top the experience she created for us! Have to say my first experience with Bennett Jaguar Land Rover was quite positive! Great vehicle care, fair pricing and service that went beyond what youd expect at an auto dealership. What do I mean by service that went beyond normal? How about bringing the vehicle of interest to me when our schedules and location made it difficult to see the car conventionally. Yeah, pretty incredible if you ask me. Purchased the car and am very happy. If youre in the market for a quality pre-owned or great new car, give them a chance and ask for Emily. I had been in touch with Emily for a few days prior to visiting Bennett JLR. I have a 2013 Jaguar XJ that I purchased new from Bennett. My car has been serviced at Bennett since new. I have always found the service department and service team to be honest and responsive. All repairs are generally completed on time and the quality of service is very good. Loaner car provided is always top self. This is an expensive car and the service is also expensive; however, I love the car with its luxury and performance. The AWD is terrific as are the upscale interior design/features. Bennett has served me and the car well. I add this is also the best car Ive owned. No complaints.

Anthony Cowsette made my purchase experience exceptionally flawless. I appreciated his thoroughness and personalized touch for all the needs I amplified regarding several cars. Anthony was very authentic and brings that family charm into his relationship with you and stays in touch with you after your experience. I traded a new BMW for a brand new Land Rover, a process that is very complex requiring all the artillery you can deploy to get out of one to get into to other. The latter brings me to my last point: Anthony has extensive experience in advising and closing any complex transactions you have if you need to be (1) bought out from an active lease or active purchase and (2) how to lease a new car. I would call first asking for Anthony to see if he is available to see you before you visit this dealership; otherwise, I recommend you arrange a time with him if he isn’t.
I brought in my LR Discovery for the my 48k mile check-in. This was my first time with Allentown LR. I had bought my car from another dealer and had it previously serviced there. They had terrible customer service so I decided to change. Right off the bat it was a different experience. Chris welcomed me, had all the paperwork ready, gave me an estimate and processed me though very efficiently in a professionaland friendly manner. My loaner car was ready when Chris said it would be. The ladies in the invoice area were also friendly and professional. My car was serviced and washed as promised. One doesn’t usually describe a car service appointment as exceptional but I will here. Kudos to the customer centric culture they have going on. My next LR will be purchased there.

Great experience at Juguar Land Rover of Allentown! I bought a car at different dealer a month earlier and it was sketchy and even felt adversarial at times. I was apprehensive about going through the buying experience again so soon but after arriving at the Jaguar Land Rover, I knew instantly I was in good hands.My girlfriend and I worked with a super nice sales rep, John, lovely guy. The finance manager Moses was great to work with as well. In fact, the whole staff there was very attentive, and transparent about the process, from the time we arrived to the time we drove off. They got us in and out in a timely manner too! The dealership is super clean and spacious unlike other dealerships Ive dealt with in the past.Overall, a five star experience!

I am on my 4th vehicle from JLR of Allentown, and that’s no surprise if you have worked with their team before. From Greg(GM), John (my sales guy for many years), finance (Steve), the awesome guy that detailed it before delivery, everything single one of them made the experience perfect. From previous cars, I know the service side will be just an great. Walter is the man, and Chelsea is wonderful to work with!!! I love seeing their team! My business will always remain with JLR as I feel like a part of their family! How many dealerships know about your husband, kids, and dog? None! JLR takes pride is relationships with their customers.
The service staff here is exceptional. I found my 3 year old F-type at a different dealership but chose Bennett as my service team as I have been very happy with the service I have received on my Range Rover.

Had a air leaking noise coming from my front right side . As you can see I was told to replace the whole air suspension for a cost of $6,000 to $8,000 to fix . I drove home 77 miles on my bump stops the scariest ride ever . I take off my front tire and right there is a orange house under the plastic cover . The air line had a hole in it . Well it cost me $13.00 to fix and figured the problem out in 5 minutes . Why they would not fix it and send me home safely is a shock to me . I had other work done there with no problem I could have killed myself driving home . I would not recommend the service dept real shady .
All good! I was awaiting parts for my car and received good service installing them. Also was educated about a feature I didn’t understand. All better than average.
Provided the repairs as requested. This is my first experience with Land Rover as I’ve always own Lexus or Audi.1. They are backed up so I had to had make an appointment a month out. During which, I requested a loaner car as my commute requires. Other dealership would have arranged their own loaner cars for your vehicle’s equivalent, even on a day’s notice. I had dropped off my full size SUV to receive a non luxury Midsize, that’s with the month notice. Also, the loaner has tire depth of 3/32 at best, so I was obviously hydroplaning in a vehicle without safety features that I am used to. They also claimed that “I am lucky” to have received a loaner for the service, but I have been getting free loaner vehicles at other dealerships.2. I’ve always had dash cam recorders in the event of an accident or valet joyriding. My camera was unplugged the day I got the vehicle back, only to find out it had been unplugged by the dealership since I dropped the vehicle off. It was strange to receive my vehicle back with 1/4 tank less than what I had dropped off. It could be the nature of the diagnostic I requested, but with my dash cam disabled by the dealership, it seemed very suspect.3. I had been charged with a $150 diagnostic fee for each problem that was not disclosed upon dropping my car off. They would only waive the fee if I agreed to proceed with the repairs. Also as above, very suspect for a bait and switch approach charging this fee when the car was already in service and would not be returned unless I paid this fee.4. It took over 3 days to replace an oxygen sensor 3 bank 2, this is excluding the “diagnostic”part which took 2 days. I have an OBD tool, of which I literally told the service adviser that it needed to be replaced. So again, being charged $150 for diagnostic on that part was absurd. This sensor is located on the bottom which can be accessed by removing the skid plate. Anyone can google this and replace it within 2 hours, again making #2 very suspect.Overall I don’t mean to discredit a dealership, but the way I’ve seen these situations handled as a first time Land Rover owner, it makes me very uncomfortable to get service here. Out of all the other service providers at the other dealerships, I wish I would have stayed with Lexus with the attitude at Bennett Dealerships.
Big fan of the Land Rover brand, but very disappointed with my experience and the service from Jaguar Land Rover of Allentown. Purchased a vehicle from them last year, but hoping to trade in the vehicle soon or explore if the dealership has any type of buy-back option. Highly recommend Land Rover, but would recommend shopping elsewhere. This dealership is focused on the sale, not the longterm relationship.

Just bought a used 2019 Velar! Greg the Sales Manager was wonderful to work with. Honest with no fluff! Even though we weren’t physically available to discuss the car we communicated through emails and texts. I feel we got a great deal on the vehicle and the process was easy and hassle free especially since it was online. We even noticed one of the rims had been scratched before we picked it up and when I called him about the defect he stated not to worry bring it in and we will make it right! Love the customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Had the worst service center experience of my life at this place. Bought car brand new cash from them back in 2014 came for service a few weeks ago. Charged me an insane amount for a hose (to be expected) but the problem was still not fixed. I had to make numerous trips back and forth taking off of work and having to bring our 2 year old (from NYC where I live). First loaner car had a tail light out that I was pulled over for, picked up my car on a Sunday, turned it on and coolant light came on (No one is there on Sundays). They never topped it off after fixing the problem. (Problem wasnt fixed I topped off myself and 2 weeks later still losing coolant). So Im still sitting with the same problem with a car that only has 40k miles on it...
3/20/2020I bought a used vehicle from them. 3 days after getting the vehicle its sprung a transmission oil leak. I called them to see what they could do for me. I was told they would make some kind of decision and then let me know. Over a week went by and I heard nothing. Finally called them and was told if I bring the car in they will take a look at it, not stand by it or fix it but look at it!My wife and I are both senior citizens and are somewhat handicapped. We live approximately 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. My wife and I have a hard time traveling distances and I tried to explain that. I was told to take it to a reputable mechanic and get it fixed and then they would take care of it which I did. I had been told that the car had gone through their shop and been thoroughly inspected yet the mechanic told me that the leak was a common one and just does not happen overnight. Obviously it had been leaking for a while before I bought it!I was also told that the car had been detailed but on inspecting the back seats I found crumbs coffee spills drips on the back of the seats and dust about an inch thick! Nice detailing job. The transmission repair cost $200 and I sent copies of the receipts to them. That was over two weeks ago and they havent even contacted me in any way to let me know but they are going to do. Then 2 days after that the check engine light Came on! Obviously I will have to look to getting that fixed but Im not going to waste my time trying to be treated fairly. When youre on a fixed income every dollar counts! You make your buying decision from here on out
I have loved my Land Rovers but this is the WORST dealership I have ever done business with. I got better treatment by cheap car dealerships when I was in grad school. They are disorganized and careless. Their service team is incompetent and they treat their clients with an attitude. Far from what a luxury car dealership or service team should be. Avoid this place !!
I am going to be honest this dealership had options as far as inventory as of lately not so. And look I understand with this pandemic everything is slow but come on I had to go to willow groove to buy my wife the range she was looking for because a sale man told me it will be about 2 weeks to get that Car plus got a lower quote in willow grove range rover dealership for the same exact range and let me tell you they have a lot of inventory/options to choose from. Also the service in the Allentown location takes about a month to schedule you in reason I say this is because I bought my Jaguar xjl here in the Allentown location last year but man if I knew there service would take this much to get a appt in. I would’ve gotten another car somewhere else. Plus I forgot to mention me and the wife about a month ago was waiting on a quote from this sale man to call or text us never received a call. This time the sales man exactly reached out so I appreciate that but it was too late, already purchased the range elsewhere. “””Update””” 03/10/2021. I appreciate the owner responding, much success to you guys.I know COVID has pushed back many thing but as far as myself having to wait a month plus to get a service is ridiculous. I literally called your service dept to service my Jaguar yesterday 03/09/21. which by the way I just sold today thank god couldn’t take it in to you guys because your appointments are as far as a month plus. Thank god I had my regular dealership gmc take care of the minor problem this morning for the gentleman I sold it to Can enjoy, which it was to reset the tire sensor. And I did love that Jaguar xjl I had but couldn’t deal with services like that which is the main reason I sold it.

We also liked the fact that he was not too pushy like many sales representatives nowadays. My experience was fine overall. The service took a little longer than I expected and the waiting area was chilly and not fully equipped for a long wait because of renovations going on in the dealership.

Called the dealership in search of a lease, the asked me if I was trading in my car, I said yes and gave them the vin #, the proceeded to tell me what my car was worth and that someone would call me back. 1 week went by no call. I called them 2 times till I got someone to return my call . I did talk to a salesmen that sounded like he didn’t want to sell me anything, called another day and talked to the manager a few times about a few different vehicles. The vehicle I really liked was in the garage getting work done on it, he said he would call me when it was done and we would talk price . Well I guess he didn’t want a sale either, cause it’s been over 2 weeks and no call . OK I got the hit i’ll take my business somewhere else !!!!

Wouldn’t have believed the bad reviews if I hadn’t seen it for myself. Be extremely careful this dealership plays games and straight up lies. Drove an hour to purchase a car that wasn’t there. They called multiple times to tell me the car was there out front waiting for me to test drive..when I get there it so happens they just sold it but how convenient they had something else they wanted to sell me. Be careful coming from out of town thinking a car you saw online is there.
I will spare the public the details that brought me to leasing a vehicle. However, I will give the details of my experience:). I’ve purchased and have leased many vehicles over the years. This individual lease was by far the most challenging. No part to the dealership, but simply state laws. This team worked feverishly beginning with Jewels, Tim, Bruce, and finally Justin (who might’ve been very hungry but never let on:). Jewels was very sweet and knew exactly who to put me in contact with-Tim who immediately felt like a long lost friend, who never gave up. Bruce was behind the scenes researching and pulled it together. Then Justin quickly professionally closed the deal up and got me on my way! But right before I left, Shane made me feel like a Land Rover app pro! I will also add that Tim kindly had stations and other settings set on the car that made visual explanations so much easier! DO NOT go to this Range Rover location if you are planning on leasing. SO MANY issues, terrible customer service, spent $1400/month on brand new rover and was treated terribly. If able, go to Land Rover on the main line near Villanova. Service will be SO MUCH better!!

Bought a nice 2008 Mercedes E350 from Bennett. The vehicle is amazing as well as the dealership that sold me it. I rolled into the lot around 8:30 at night and was accompanied by friendly, knowledgeable staff. They gave me a very fair deal for my vehicle and got me in the exact price range I was looking to spend. The vehicle has a minor issue with the serpentine belt, so I returned it and with no hesitation, they replaced the belt. I would recommend anyone looking for a luxury car or a car for that matter to check out the one of three Bennett lots throughout the valley.
We got off to a rocky start a couple of years back but I have since brought two cars from here and haven’t had any problems with cars other than regular maintenance ! My first car was a Jaguar 35t 2017 /18 and the second is a Range Rover evoque 2013. So far so good ! I encourage you to visit !
Took Jag in for a noise in the front end, $600 later, still making noise and engine light came on 1 mile from dealership. Was told I got my monies worth out of the car and was scheduled for 2 weeks out. Car just broke down in Connecticut and had to rent a car to get home . Complete Junk.

I had a great experience working with Tim ridy, my sales representative from Bennett Land Rover/Jaguar! Tim was highly professional and quite knowledgeable of the Jaguar/land rover line of autos. He went out of his way to explain all the features and patiently answered all my pointed questions. Bennett dealership was friendly and accommodating.I purchased my first range rover and looking forward to an on-going relationship with them in the future!
Great service. I spent all day making a decision on my new car and they were awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, did not push me or lie to me to encourage me to make a decision, and worked with me to get a number I wanted. Chris Rice was awesome and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a LR or Jaguar.
Wow I left a review they didnt find it in their favor so they removed it, they asked me to and i wouldnt so they did.So sad, trying to deceive new customers, why have a place to write reviews when you remove the negative ones and only keeping the positive ones? Feedback from customers whether negative or positive is what makes a dealership better, not pretending it didnt happened. I was yelled at to take my review down and then he further stated that I should have been more accepting to their offer because he sat with me for hours taking up his time.Stop trying to mislead customers by changing the numbers around and just be honest, people are not as stupid as you might think they are.
First, I love my Jag so far and got a great deal given the KBB value and condition of the vehicle. Whom ever had the car before me took very good care of it! Amid the covid-19 pandemic, I had time to do my homework and hire a pre-purchase inspection company (Pomcar- they were outstanding) to inspect the vehicle before I purchased it. As a woman, already having this information beforehand was very empowering and advantageous. Some tend to take advantage of women and our lack of knowledge about certain things! I was also able to set up my own financing via Capital One Auto Navigator. The only thing left to do was view the car and sign on the dotted line if I liked it! The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is because the prior owner’s personal info was still stored in the navigational system. That first and foremost should have definitely been cleared. I also would have liked to have some kind of demonstration and overview of all that the car offered and how certain things worked in addition to having my information and radio stations set as a courtesy.Upon initially contacting Bennett about the vehicle which only had a generic online picture, I found out they had closed due to Covid-19. However, Kristen Bennett went back to the dealership and took pictures of the vehicle and emailed them to me a few days later after receiving my inquiry. I was so appreciative of that because the generic online picture and description did the car absolutely no justice! Several employees at Bennett kept in contact with me during the closure and reached out to me as soon as they were authorized to reopen by appointment.The General Sales, Manager Greg Smith was a little off putting over the phone and via email but somewhat understandable as certain regulations and guidelines had to be followed. Safety and concern for himself and his employees I’m sure were top of mind during these uncertain and daunting times.Upon meeting Greg in person, he was actually a cool guy: very professional!! My inspector had arrived before I did and had already started inspecting the car. Based on his inspection reports and recommendations, I was able to negotiate a better price along with fixes on a few minor issues with the car. Greg even tried to find better financing and warranty options for me. I ended up sticking with my own though.I returned a few days later to pick up my car which was in pristine condition. The issues had been resolved and all I had to do was to complete my paperwork and make payment!! It really all was seamless.Deborah Pape, a sales specialist followed up with me several days later to make sure I was satisfied. The team has been readily available to answer any questions I have thus far.Thanks Again Bennett!!
The absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. During the crisis of COVID 19 they were of zero help and my lease was up. I sent countless emails, comments and voicemails and they never once responded. I rather give my business else ware, with a dealership that values your business. I have sent five emails to their “employee” Chris Rice and he never even had the common curtsey to reply to me. Absolutely awful, wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

He was excellent on finding a vehicle to fit my needs! When the time comes to purchase another in the future it will be from Land Rover Jaguar Allentown and my Salesman will be John Lacey!

Truly a great buying experience. Im usually the type that will never make a decision on the spot. I like to go home and think about all the cons and see if it outweighs the pros. In the case of this experience, it was so great that I couldnt think of any reason not to purchase on the spot. My salesman, Brian was excellent, and the finance manager, Justin was great as well. I will truly consider buying from this dealership again and again and again.
My salesman, John Lacey, went above and beyond to locate me a vehicle with my specific criteria. It took some time to acquire it but John worked diligently and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him!
I have been trying to get hold of the Service department for two days! I left a message this morning and it’s now going on 3:00 pm and not even a call back! They can’t be THAT busy.........Edit to now - Sold my velar specifically because Land Rover Customer service was nowhere even close to what should be expected of a high end vehicle! Shame on you for treating people in this manner!
Justin was the perfect salesman, courteous, attentive and very professional. He was able to identify exactly what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect vehicle. He was not at all pushy and allowed me as much time as I needed to try out the car, we took it for two test drives on consecutive days, and was kind enough to go over any of the features that I needed explaining. Bought a brand new land rover six months ago and it will be going back for the 8th time next week!!! Had to be towed back twice. Road side assistance hung up on me and left me stranded.This dealer sells junk and does not care that they have replaced so many parts on my car.ThIs is the most expensive piece of junk Ive ever spent money on!!!
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Customer service is terrible. No one is there to answer the phone or return messages. These people live to hit you with hidden fees. On top of it all my car went in for inspection and they crashed it.....a month later when it was fixed they then charged me for rotating tires when I picked it up..... I was without my car for a month. I don’t understand how this place is still running. Do not purchase anything from this place.

I was considering switching from my BMW to a Land Rover. I visited the dealership and gave the salesman my information and what I was looking for. He was going to contact me with vehicles that matched what I wanted. I waited and called once. Needless to say I received not one call or email from this dealership. I guess they didn’t want my business so I went back to BMW.
