Two weeks ago, I rated this dealership two stars but changed it to three stars. The salesperson was great but when it came to dealing with the paperwork it was a nightmare. We signed papers on a Saturday then had to go back to redo the car note with another bank on Wednesday. Which was fine because we got a better rate. But we had two car loans for the same vehicle. I went to the dealership and told them in person that I had two car notes and they said they will look into this matter immediately. I called the second loan today and its closed. Happy they were able to fix the issue before the first payment on the loan.

Initial purchase went fine, sales person was great to work with but less than 30 days after purchase had an issue with the car and had to go get it looked at. We purchased the extended 2 year warranty (drivetrain) only to be told by the dealer that the warranty did not cover the parts for the over $500.00 repair bill.Asked if they could work with us to at least split the cost of the repair since we only had the car less than a month and did not even make the first loan payment yet on the car and was told by the sales rep that he would talk to management and get back to me. When he called me back he said the warranty did not cover the repair and said he would talk to the manager again and call me back but he never did.I was also told by the dealer that is fixing the car (NOT SCOTT) that the extended warranty is still in a pending state and even if the parts were covered we would not have been able to file a claim anyway? When I told that to the sales rep at Scott he said he was sure the warranty was active even though the dealer that is fixing it said they called the warranty people and they said it was still pending as though Scott had not submitted the paper work?Was really hoping to have a better experience with the car issue since it was less than a month after purchase but I guess they are only concerned with selling their cars and not working with their customers. Would NOT recommend!!!!!!
Went in wanting to just test drive a Mazda CX-5 and drove home in it same day!! Our sales associate Kevin S did an amazing job explaining everything and never once made me feel pressured into buying. He let me take my time with the test drive, answered all my questions, and truly had my best interest in mind. Mark was also great breaking down the finance options which made the process stress free & easy. But what I liked most is how personable it was, never felt like I was just another sale to them. From start to finish it was definitely a 5 star experience!

Reserved an appointment, showed up after speaking with salesman 20 minutes before arrival telling my husband that the SUV we reserved to see was waiting. Arrived, viewed car, ready to test drive, then suddenly car was sold. OK? Immediate reflection of poor communication from the delearship and its staff. Trying to be understandable of the business, we stuck around to see other options as we made a very far commute to look at this vehicle and were open to other options as we were made aware they would be willing to negotiate. We were, a customer that was paying cash up front, looking for a realistic negotiation and we were given the run around for all the hours we spent there. There was NO negotiating and felt like our time was intentionally wasted. Our salesman had no motivation to work with us.

Slightly shady, I was told untrue things about the warranty during purchase. They also sold me a car with nails in the tires but to Kevin Mcdevitts credit he took care of that promptly even with me being an angry customer. Other than the service department being way less than honest and offering a repair on my newly purchased car that would have overtime destroyed its drivetrain, (dont bring your cars to Scotts anything for service, even they use allied automotive) I guess its a normal used car purchase. Again if youre buying a car you can trust Kevin Mcdevitt.

Matthew Knob was great to have as a sales person. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, listened, was empathetic, and not pushy. I am happy with the car, though don’t feel I got a deal on it. I don’t see how their loyalty discount was reflected, and even with a lease, my monthly payment is no where near what I initially asked for. Hoping this all pans out in 3 years, we shall see. Overall, great employees though.

The men were very friendly and acted as if they knew me or remembered me, they had the car ready for me in the drive-through area when I got there, they found I had an extended warranty that helped reduce the cost of something and applied all the coupons I gave them. The Car was very clean and ran fine when I left. Also, they fixed the problems which ended up being pretty simple, they didn’t push extra stuff, so overall one of the best service calls I’ve ever had.
Fantastic place to buy a car, from initial phone call to finance the entire experience was awesome. Bought a car from Scott Mazda this week and it was a great experience. The salesperson I worked with was the best. I highly recommend Scott Mazda.
Initial visit went well. Found what I thought was a great car. mpressed with the certified inspection and warranty. Then the problems started. Financial guy was very high pressured and insulting and bad mouthed the bank I wanted to work with. Had my personal mechanic inspect the vehicle to find out that the tires they assured me good for at least 2 years needed to be replaced immediately (back tires) because it would wreck my AWD. Brake pads were replaced to cover up bad rotors and water damage was found. The general manager (kevin mcdevitt) was not apologetic and in fact rude and never offered an apology for misrepresenting the condition of the car and just walked away from our conversation not even a courtesy handshake. I would have still considered giving them another chance but if that is how they are going to act when there is a problem to be resolved, no thank you. Your colors came shining through on your definition of customer service. To my understanding that vehicle has been returned to the lot with the problems identified not resolved. All I have to say is be cautious and get the vehicle inspected by your personal mechanic. I was fortunate and dodged a bullet with this as I was 100% ready to purchase this car.On a positive note, Kevin Stitzel was great to work with. He listened to my needs and I would recommend working with him if you go there. I just would strongly encourage you to take the extra step and have your personal mechanic check the car before purchasing!!

For me, it was very nice experience with Ed Hall. The car condition was amazing, and all staffes were very kind and professional. I had enough time to look around Scott, and found out all cars were maintained in good condition. I traded in my car. It was very easy and quick. Do not expect much money for your car, but process is very simple which will save your time. Just kinda trade off.

I pur based a car from Scott Lott 3333 Leigh Street. The sales person was Rob my initial encounter was encouraging. My problems began after I purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano after only having the vechile for 2 week I h as d to replace the transmission at a cost of $3800. I call Rob who asked that I call Tony. Tony told me to take the car to their mechanic do not remember his name but he appears to be the manager i drop the car off . He called to let me know he fixed the problem I picked the car up drove 11 miles and the problem came back. I called him and he said when you buy a used car this is what you get really!!!! I had the car towed and fixed at a cost to me. I am an uber driver and it is imperative my paper work be in order. I called today to find out when I would be receiving my registration was told when the motor vechile send it to me me.This was stated in a very unprofessional way the whole operation has been unprofessional and my request for registration was filled out wrong and uber has suspended my account until my paper work is in order. Stay away run you will be disappointed and angry. Save yourself the headache.
This past Saturday, my wife and I purchased TWO vehicles from Scott Lot. Our salesperson, Nick Koch, was very patient, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. He was also very reasonable because we told him from the start what types of vehicles we were interested in and where our budget stood. Nick kept his focus within our requests.After we signed our paperwork, we had to return the next business day due to a misinterpretation of our contract. This was a situation that could have been very stressful (since we signed the papers). However, Nick, along with Matt, the finance manager, understood our concerns and made the changes we requested without ever questioning us.We highly recommend Scott Lot based on the above stated reasons. We hope to be future customers for ourselves and when our children are ready to drive.

When we first switched vehicles, our service and crew were FANTASTIC. There was since that time staff changeover, at least in the Cadillac service dept. we have not been satisfied since then, the care and attention to us as customers seems to have moved into fee for service, and unfortunately have since moved to another dealership for service.
Experience was everything you hoped buying a car would be, short, simple and pleasant results, because sometimes buying a car can be so exhausting you dread it. So for me Scott cars was a great choice!👍🏾
On the whole, I had a good experience from a customer service perspective ( helpful, curtious, informative). However, I do have an issue with being charged updating the infotainment system when it could have been done under the warranty period. I hardly see that a labor charge of $62.50 (although half of the cost so I did a break) is needed for a simple download of software and updating. In a world of many updates on PCs, tablets and phones I dont agree with that charge.
Went there for recall, was in and out in about 5 minutes driving a loaner and was called a few hours later and informed that my vehicle was ready. Pick up was even easier.

Car was not ready as promised. I was told car was ready. However, it was not ready. Both my front turn signal lights were in operable. I took time from work and disturbed another fellow workers to get me there. Yet, it was a waste of time and my rides. Then, I had to call them back to come get me because the mechanic was not in to fix the issue. Time was 4:20 pm. I am disappointed, that a collision place would not conduct a basic QA check to ensure everything is in order before a customer picks up there vehicle. I took my vehicle in. it needed an oil pump. they put 1/2 QT of oil and said everything is fine. I get out to my truck and noticed my oil pressure is extremely low. and it take about 1-2 minutes before my oil light to go off. they said thats normal. yeah right they wanted me to blow my motor.

My first point of contact was Dawn and I will tell you she is the reason I chose Scott mazda over anyone else. Shes so easy to talk to and very personalable. She set me up with Matt and he was just as easy to work with. My only delimma was with the finance operations. I had to come back on my lunch break to close the deal because they claimed to have customers they were working with. Really, they just wanted to leave. Which would have been fine, if they would have just said that. Secondly, I waited over an hour for Nick although I had an appointment. I work in management and I would never put my employers in an awkward situation and have them lie for me. He apologized but I wsh they would have told the truth.

Scott Used Car salesmen are a HUGE disappointment. Went in to purchase a car, and the salesmen told us NOTHING about the car we were interested in. We asked him questions about the car and he didnt know how to respond to the questions. He didnt even know the car was a different price on the internet. Then when we went in to try and work out a deal, the dealership wouldnt budge from the sticker price. They just let us walk away. They didnt even try to keep us as a customer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

It seemed that Rob took one look at me and knew that I was a no nonsense person and I knew what I wanted.Rob also handled the issues I have with the truck, professionally and with great satisfaction. There are a few scratches on the truck bed and cap, in addition, to a dent on the hood. And when Scott, who has been the only person I do not care to ever deal with again at Scott Chevy, came out and told me that the dent was typical and probably from the factory; Rob took care of me. Rob knew that I would not be satisfied until the hood was fixed and/or replaced. Whether the dent in the hood was from factory placement or not, no one should have to drive away in a brand new truck with a dented hood.Also, Dave from the collision repair center was very comforting in talking to in that he said he wanted to personally oversee the touchup and repair of my new truck. I appreciate that Dave wants to be there to make sure my truck gets repaired properly.So, from John to Rob to Dave... I have been completely satisfied with my purchase at Scott Chevy.
Emailed and said I was interested in a jeep wrangler. Was emailed back stating the jeep was there and would be ready in the morning for me to look at. I live an hour away. Got to the dealership and no jeep sent to auction that morning. Mind you as Im there walking the lot looking for the jeep I receive yet another email telling me the jeep is there and ready for me to look at. Funny! I asked if they could get it back as it was only 1030 am. Nope couldnt. Thanks for my hour drive there and back. Went to dealer closer to me and got what I wanted make sure they really have the vehicle before you waste your time like I did
First Time buying at Scott cars. Experience was not bad but not perfect. Not very informative. Salesman very polite. But seems like once the sale was done it was goodbye and final. Keyless entry dont work and salesman said he will call me with appt . But not going to hold my breath.
We felt like our sales person didn’t listen to us. We had friends who suggested we try Scott but ultimately our experience wasn’t what theirs was. Maybe it was the sales person but we couldn’t leave fast enough.
