I recently bought a 2011 Jaguar XK and was helped out by a salesman named Wyatt whom I highly recommend. The owner was also acceptionable. The car ran into a few issues which were promptly taken care of which should be expected from an older model car. However, the car is in immaculate condition and the overall pricing is definitely fair when compared to the overall market. I would definitely recommend anyone to take a visit there if youre shopping for a bargain.
Test drove a Honda Pilot. All went well, negotiated a price. Went home, next day after getting a call from the sales guy (who was pushing for a down payment which I refused), I pulled a certified check from my bank to buy the car, drove back again. however, before handing over the check, I asked them to put the car up on a lift so I could take a look underneath it. Long behold, there was an oil leak. Secondly, I realized there were cracks in the rear bumper. I knew there was a bump there. But I didn’t know it had two cracks.Considering I made two round trips to visit Scott cars, dragged my fiancé around with me through all this, both of us taking time off work, and I already pulled a certified check, I expected them to do the right thing. fix the car! At least the leak. Instead they told me they don’t want to invest anymore Money into it and are going to “wholesale” it.We got a bit attached to the pilot, so I offered to buy it as is for 1k less and fix the problems myself. But they simply laughed. It looks like they don’t really care about how much of my time they wasted (they should have checked the car before putting it up for sale). Or the fact that they are going to dump this problem on someone else.
I was only along for moral support for my girlfriend and to help with a little negotiating, but we had a great experience with Scott dealership. Walked out with a new (used) car with a good payment.
Ask for Ed great salesman great value on my purchase
Thank you Tom Calnan!!!!! I absolutely love my new wheels!I found my first Volvo (my dream XC60) for an unbeatable price ($4,000+ below Carfax & KBB values) at Scott Cars, Inc used lot. From my initial inquiry through the Carfax app to the final sale, I could not be happier with the experience. My salesman, Tom was just, well... Awesome!! Very quick email replies with answers to my questions. Held the car as I made the hour drive out from NJ. Gave me straight forward no haggle pricing. When I returned to finalize the sale, Tom sat in the car for showing me all the where all the great safety and entertainment features were located and how to adjust everything. I have never had a salesperson provide more information about the vehicle as well as Volvo itself. Anyone that knows me knows I have traded in more than my fair share of cars; about every 2 years-33 months is the longest. 90% of the time the salesman asks, what car, what color and what payment are you looking to be at.This dealership was definitely well worth the drive. So pleased with my experience, we will definitely be keeping an eye on their available Volvo S60s when the lease is up on my husbands Camry.
