I took my vehicle for inspection— turned out to be a day early. They didn’t have a loaner for me but they took my car anyway. Took slightly longer than I expected but I got my inspection done& a nice clean car!
Bought two cars, good experience with first car under previous management of Knopfs,had experience with second car. New owner’s’ management is not good as previous owners Knopfs. Service dept. is good though. Wont buy another car next time.

The staff was very courteous and extremely efficient. This was my very first service appointment. I didn’t even know where exactly to go. As soon as I ased for directions someone escorted me to the check in desk. In less than five minutes I was checked in, picked up a loaner vehicle and was on my way out. Estimated time to complete service and recall issue was four to five hours. I got a call in three hours. Pick up was just as simple as drop off. I was out of there in no more than five minutes total. Congrats to the service department.

!!ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!! Before trusting in Mercedes Benz Lehigh Valley read this first. I took in my 2011 Mercedes Benz ML350 for a transmission fluid service. As soon as the vehicle service was completed, I immediately noticed an issue my Mercedes did not have when I first brought it in. The automatic steering wheel motor was not working properly. I came back to the dealer and they told me they would check it out. Their diagnosis was that the motor was bad, and I needed a new one which cost $2500.00 this was a problem which my vehicle never had before bringing it in to service. Juan Martinez; one of the service advisors there told me that he would inform Rex Weaver the service manager of the issue and reach out to me. It has been two weeks since Juan Martinez and I spoke and still have NOT heard back from them. Moving on to the transmission service, Having said they messed up something that was working perfectly fine, I went ahead and took a look under my vehicle to see if everything looked fine in regards to the transmission service. Comes to find the drain plug bolt for the transmission was loose which caused a small leak I had to tighten. Additionally the wiring around the transmission were not clipped where they needed to be. Something else I needed to do myself. It shows the lack of professionalism these techs and service advisors have at this dealer. My advice to you reading this is do not visit this dealer. This dealer is a scam where you take your car in for one thing and it comes out with another problem.

I just bought a used SL550 from Dave Thomas. This was easily the best experience I have ever had with a salesperson and a car dealer. Dave was extremely prompt and professional, and no high pressure at any time. He answered every question, and went way over and above my expectations. Nice facilities but poor customer service. First time at this MB dealer. Took my C300 for a recall service and was not provided with the multi point inspection as stated in the work order. When I asked about the multi point inspection report, I was told it was not completed as planned. customer service Rep Richard Spanitz told me hat because my car probably needed a lot of work, it was a waste of time For them to do the multi point inspection. I’ve never heard such a poor, rude statement in any MB dealer over the years. Maybe some staff coaching on customer service, decency and professionalism would do this dealer a service. By the way, I just returned from being overseas for about 9months and run into this... amazing!
If you know what is best for you, please do not take your car to Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. Ever since I took my car there for Service B maintenance, its been a nightmare. Before I took my car there I had no issue whatsoever with my GL450. The next day as I was driving all the lights came up on the dash board. I called and spoke to Juan Martinez, he said I needed to bring my car back. He told me he hooked my car to a machine and the problem was the right speed sensor, I told him to go ahead and fix it. He called me back and told me replaced the right wheel sensor, but it did not fix the problem. He told me it must be the cable connector. I told him to fix it. Meanwhile I had to pay for changing the speed sensor and the cable connector which was over 1k. Couple of days after my check engine light came on. Im sick and tired of their trials and errors, they think money grows on trees. I have an appointment tomorrow morning and I hope they are able to fix the mess they created. I will provide an update.

I’m giving 3 stars because there was NO PROBLEM at all with customer service. In actuality, everyone I spoke with was very nice. The issue here is that I had taken my Mercedes here for a new EIS. The problem was fixed in a very professional and fast manner which I loved. When I went to get the vehicle back the glove compartment was on the floor. No big deal right, I’m a little handy so I can pop it in the slot when I get home, I just really needed my vehicle back. A week later I’m driving and I have a small bump in the glove compartment falls.. I pull over I fix it again and about a week and a half or two weeks later it falls again. That’s when I realize something was broken but since I didn’t report it right there in then I guess I have to bite the bullet and take that as a loss. I can’t bring the issues to them a month later, that’s just insane. I should have mentioned it the very same day. Like I said the customer service was amazing but if you get your car serviced there just make sure everything‘s OK and mention anything you might see BEFORE you leave even if it’s something you THINK you can fix yourself.

I took my Mercedes here a couple of times and had no problems. The last time I took my Mercedes for a hesitation issue after a couple of day they told me I needed a new transmission. I told them to replace the transmission but they said they could not because it was a Canadian car. I went to pick up my car and it ran a lot worse then when I dropped it off and found my dashcam disconnected. Went back in to tell them and I talked to Rex Weaver, he said they would look into it and get back to me the next day till have not heard anything from them. Took my Mercedes to Tom Masano they fixed it with no problems. I would never go back or recommend them.
Just bought a used E350 here and really enjoyed the experience. First off, I HATE BUYING CARS!! Especially used ones. The dealers all seem shady, have hidden fees, and I fear that the engine will blow up two days after I buy it. Nothing like that here. Dave Thomas was very professional and conducted the transaction in a straightforward manner. He even allowed me to register the car myself to avoid their admisnitrative fees. At no time did I feel they were trying to get one over on me. I highly recommend this dealership.

However, I have a new dent on my back bumper that I am certain was not there prior to my appointment because I just had my car serviced at a body shop. I’ve called twice about it. Left a message and suddenly the communication is poor. Disappointed.2 week Update- Mercedes did indeed reach out to me. They scheduled my appointment, arranged a loaner and fixed the bumper after I sent some photos of the damage later. Adrienne Fessler was great about it and very understanding. Paint and detail- on par with the best restoration shops. So good that I have brought my RV and other vehicles for paint and body work. Overall superb personal attention everywhere. First time servicing my vehicle here since I bought it. I had an excellent experience. A flawless check in process, I was giving a beautiful loaner car (me vehicle had to stay overnight) and I was always up to date on the status. I will definitely be serving my car here from now on!!!
My experience with the service department was absolutely horrid and the worst display of customer satisfaction that I’ve ever dealt with. My car was in for service and I did not receive any type of update on my car. I tried calling for two days (about 40 phone calls) and no one would answer in the service department. I had to physically drive to the dealership to get a simple update on the car. When I got there, there were 4-5 guys standing around being very unproductive. I do not understand why no one could pick up a phone. When talking to the service employee, I had to inform him on aspects of a Mercedes Benz vehicle that he was evenly unaware of. He was very under qualified to be of assistance. No work was performed on my car for two days so I took my business elsewhere. My entire family purchased vehicles from this dealership and we are now completely done. I understand new management took over this dealership. If any success is to come in the future, something needs to change. If I could rate this dealership at negative stars, I would. I do not recommend anybody go here.
My GLK was serviced at this dealership 0n 11/13/19. My customer number 187327.Invoice number 56571 from 11/13/19. Next morning my car died on I-87 in New York. I payed 220 for towing me to local shop. Mechanic found that -terminal was not connected to the battery. While I was driving - terminal separated from the battery. Thats why my car died while I was driving. Mercedes technicians DIDNT tight HEX NUT on - terminal.Poor ZERO trained mechanics at this Mercedes Service Center .

Having to not deal with the elements with the inside service drop off may seem like a small feature, when in fact it is huge!The waiting area is like a studio apartment with a living room feel & kitchen like provisions. An office area for catching up with work while you wait.Friendly, timely and accommodating is what you can expect when you bring your business here.

The service advisor Juan Martinez and service technician Jim Cahill went above and beyond to make sure I saw all the work being done and kept me updated on every detail. I had major work done that wasn’t a small task to repair. The attention to detail was impeccable. In all my years in the transportation industry this was my best experience in having my vehicle repaired. The service manager also did a great job on handling the transfer of my car back to me. I apologize for not remembering his name.
So, my experience with Mercedes Benz has NOTbeen the best. On 6/27/20 I went to this dealer to lease a car for my daughter 21st birthday. The only had one car in the inventory and they really push it to us until we got all caught up in it. We did not get a walk thru to see the features that the car brings. I feel cheated because the sheet that was presented to us had many features that the car does not have. I called the dealer several times and inquire to speak to the manger Sayid, until this day I have not received a courtesy call or anything, I am totally disappointed at the service of this dealer.

Purchased Benz June1st and I was just reported to DMV that my vehicle was never registered as of July30th and I still have not received my plates. I left 5+ voicemails and after finally receiving a phone call back I was told they would look into it and call me back the following day. Well it’s been 5 days and still no call and yet another voicemail was left. Very disappointed in the service.
They were extremely accommodating when I needed to have my car serviced at the last minute. I had just returned from vacation and my work schedule did not allow for time to drop off my car. They delivered a loaner car to my house and returned my car after completing the service. This is my first experience with their service department and I am very satisfied!
I walked in having no interest in purchasing the C400 I drove off the lot with today. When I walked into the dealership four days ago, I was there specifically for an Audi S4 they had. Unfortunately, it had sold the day prior and left me without a comparable replacement. Jake (swell guy) took the initiative and the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a car and point me in the right direction. Ask for him if you decide to go in.I also appreciated the limited interactions with the sales team there and the overall friendly atmosphere of the dealership. Need to step up their snack game though!Oh, I also thought they were pretty reasonable in terms of negotiations (which can be a pain sometimes). Brought my e350 in for an oil change on 12/6/19. Ended up with a $2000 list of recommended services. I did request them to replace 3 tires which were in the yellow zone. The service would take longer than expected so they gave me a loaner car and I returned home. Towards the end of the afternoon after several attempts calling and texting I was able to get a hold of the service manager who told me the car was ready for pick up. I made my second 35 mile trip to the dealership to pick up my car. When I got there I was informed that they technician FORGOT to change the tires out??!!!!! What??!!!!! They had my car there all day and forgot the service I requested??? Completely unacceptable. They fumbled through some lame excuses ...but the fact that they could not remember to complete requested services does not inspire confidence in this service team. They made some offers to keep my car for the weekend and bring it to me Monday morning but I declined. I will now get my replacement tires elsewhere. For a luxury car dealership I would expect WAY better service than this!!!!!

When I purchased the vehicle the sales people assured me it was Certified Pre Owned and the vehicle was put through a rigorous inspection.Driving the care home that evening from the dealership I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel. I made an appointment to bring the vehicle in to be checked out. I was then notified by their service department that two new rotors would be needed and the vehicle had 3 cracked rims and they wanted me to pay 50% of the cost to replace these itemsAfter much complaining by me they suddenly decided to to cover the cost of the repairs. What a mistake purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Be wary of them

Ive been waiting for my extended warranty refund check for over three months. Muliple attempts to contact anyone and asked multiple times to please call or email me back. Received NO reply. Dont get me wrong, the buying experience was fantastic but apparently once you purchase the car, your needs are no longer important . Its a shame.

I loved my car that I leased but if I decide to lease/buy another Mercedes it most definitely will NOT be from this dealership. They truly lack customer service. These salesmen need to listen to some Grant Cardone or something. A luxury car dealership should have impeccable customer service and they do not. From start to finish I became more and more aggravated as time went on. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra distance and find a Benz dealership that has a little bit of class bc this one does not. This is the last month of my lease and I cant wait to not have to deal with this dealership ever again.

I always have a flawless experience. It is so easy to set up service appointments. It helps that they have options. I typically choose for my car to be picked up and returned from my home. If there are any issues you get a call right away. When you get it back its washed and all tuned up.
I took my lease in to be serviced and have my rims fixed. The service department informed me that I do not have the wheel package, I was looking at my paperwork that included the wheel package. They put me on hold to check with financing and came back saying I still did not have the tire package but I could bring my copy in. When I brought my car in they made a copy of my paperwork and gave me a loaner car. I was expected to have my car back in a day or two which turned into 5 days. Every time I called to find out if i could pick up my car I was told another excuse, the rims are taking extra time, they are two toned so we need to keep it an extra day then finally the last day they called and told me after having my car for 5 days that I needed new tires before they could fix my rims. They had my car for 5 days for nothing. I refused their tires and came to pick up my car to find out two of the rims were bent but told it was safe to drive. The loaner car I was given my 2yr old found a cigarette in the back seat along with a lighter it wasnt even cleaned. When I told our service guy about it he didnt even apologize he just said people arent suppose to smoke in the car. Last week my car was up for inspection and the service department called to schedule an appointment I told them how horrible my service was last time and they assured me it would be better this time. I told them if they would have my car for more than a day or two I needed a bigger loaner and they insured I would have one. Once there they gave me a loaner that was smaller than what I drive, the floor in the backseat was completely soaked I know because I knelt down when putting my toddlers in their carseats and came up with soaked pants. I brought this to their attention and they brought paper mats to put down over them. They also had no record that my rims were bent they thought they were just painting them. They promised to have my car back by friday. Friday I called to find put what was going on because I hadnt heard from them and they told me they were still working on my car at 5pm it takes me an hour to get my kids in the car and there so I said I would pick it up on Saturday. When I went in Saturday morning the service department did not even have my paperwork and told me they couldnt release my car. After a few phone calls i finally was able to get my car back. Worse service twice within 2 months. We have been dealing with this dealership for over 10yrs and never had service like this ever before.
I drive an E-class and have it serviced at LV Mercedes dealership. I want to really recommend you go here if you drive a Benz. The service advisor Juan Martinez should be applauded for the type of exceptional service he provides to customers. I will never trust any other place to service my vehicle. I am very grateful to Juan for doing such a phenomenal job and going above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. I think Juan M is a gem to this place . Thanks Juan and LV Mercedes for your outstanding customer service.
Wish this could be a zero star. Worst customer service ever with a service department refusing to look at or fix my car unless I produce all my service records since I have not had my car there since they fixed the rattling noise in my car a year ago. Basically accusing me of not maintaining my car correctly and would not move forward with my car unless I hand over my records of all the services I had done to my car. The advisor was so rude. I called 2 other Mercedes dealerships that could not believe I was treated that way and even apologized for that dealership. Needless to say I picked up my car and took it to Tom Masano Mercedes Benz in Reading they didn’t want my records and fixed my car same day I dropped it off. I have even sent 2 emails to the Vice President of Lehigh Valley Mercedes but no response I guess he doesn’t care if you get treated poorly at his establishment.
Nice services so far for the 2 services done there. Overall, the price is on the high side. I was charged >600 for services B for 20000miles, while google says Average charge is between 256 and 381 for service B. The big difference is labor fee. It took 2.5h for my service B there and the labor cost is 130 per hour!!!! Anyhow, they gave me complimentary details afterwards as courtesy. Next time, I would compare price before the service.
