I went to watch station to maybe purchase a new watch. I went in and was greeted by Tim. He asked if I needed any help. I told the typical just looking. I then started to explain to him that was having issues with an old watch and he provided a service for me that I wasnt expecting. The swapped the recently purchased watch for a new one. Long story short my wife and then purchased two new watches o e his one hers thank to great customer service Tim provided. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I had gone into Michael Kors to get a repair on a watch and they did not help me and sent me to watch station. The minute I walked in, Joanna welcomed me and was very helpful from the start. She was able to take care of my broken watch and I also ended up buying a new watch. I will recommend Joanna to all my friends and I will come back to shop with her. Best customer service i have received in a long time. I will remember the service and the people.

I was a customer of Watch Station until today. At the end of the day it is not about Customer Service. It is about what the sales person is getting commission on. I have always purchased from Chloe at the Allen store. Today because she was not making any commission, as the necklace I wanted was at their Grand Prairie store she placed me on hold for a good 20 minutes. When she finally came back on the phone she had a horrible attitude and very standoffich.

* BUYER READ BEFORE YOU WALK IN TO THIS STORE *I needed a gift for my father and I wanted to purchase a watch for my father.Since I do not know what I wanted, I needed to find a place that has many different models and this store seems perfect for me.So, I purchased a watch and it was a begining of my horrible experience with this store.I got a very nice watch and I got very nice discount on the watch. I only paid little more than $300.00 for more than $700.00 dollor watch.My father loved it unitl time was not right. It goes slower than it supposed to be.Clearly, it was a defect. So, I took the watch in ask for the refund.Manager told me that he needs a original tag which was at home.Without the tag, manager told me that he can only exchange.So we did. Just to make sure that this does not happen, I changed the battery which I paid.Clearly, I had all the intention to keep this watch.Well, after couple days, second watch started to go slow.I could not go to Allen location, so I went to the location at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets.Lady there called the original store at Allen Premium Mall and told me that they can not refund it, since I do not have original tag.I was prepared this time, I gave her the original tag which was left at home.Then she changed her story saying, well, even with the tag, you used it.If you wore it, we can not refund it.I am not sure why they are so obsessed with original tag, so I asked.She told me so we can sell it again.Sell it again? I am trying to return this because this is is defected !!!They should send it back to the manufacturer not try to sell it again.She insisted that this never happened before which does not mean anything to me.Guess what, this is my second watch that is defected from their store.She told me that giving me a credit is a fair thing to do which I would agree in normal condition.But I just had not one BUT TWO DEFECTED WATCH.They will not refund anything because my fater wore the first watch for couple days.Second watch, we put it in the box for about a week to see if it goes right which did not.This is what you have to do, when you purchase your watch from this store.HOW WOULD YOU KNOW IF YOUR WATCH IS DEFECTED UNLESS YOU WEAR IT?They are selling watch that you should not wear.Anyway, I am doing return protection with my American Express card rather than getting another watch from them.Beware buyers. Please avoid this store unless you want to try your luck.Well then again, if you want to try your luck, buy a Lotto.It is lose-lose game if you buy anything from here.

The watch I ordered wouldnt charge, but the employees were all so helpful. They ended up swapping it our for a new one.

I have a very bad experience i gave a diesel black watch to replace a battery but they scratched the entire watch the chain and the back of the watch. it seems horrible of how they are dealing the watch they are just doing it with improper tools. When i ask them they told me it happens while changing of battery but i never experienced that till that day
