Like the clothes, loathe the experience. Yes, I do take the abuse every time without fail. I am never greeted. Never asked if I need help. When I do ask for help I’m told that these are the only sizes and the one above my head is XS (always). I do spend more than an hour when I go to make sure I look through everything because the few items I sell my dignity for are well made and fit perfect. I have also, like a previous commenter, experienced the staff hanging at the register yucking-it-up. On my recent adventure. First time in 2 years—boxes of clothes everywhere, and the same line—they have every size except medium.

One star just for the lack of available changing rooms. A salesperson took our clothes and put us on a list to use a waiting room. We continued to look around but then sat and waited for 20 minutes and we never got to try on the clothes. The sales were good, the clothes were cute but the wait was too long.

Pretty exciting to find Cabi Outlet store while on vacation. Friendly, helpful staff, great prices. If you are Cabi lover and happen to visit Texas its worth to visit..saves you $$ for really good quality clothes.

If you like Cabi... WOW! Normally the clothes are sold through home shows where you try on samples, place your order and wait for delivery. This was like the best warehouse sale ever! I was there right before Christmas and they were having a super sale: all tops $17, all jackets $24, all pants $19. WHAT!!!! Yes, please! Its not current season stuff but Cabi items are stylish more than trendy so that didnt deter me. Size small was in short supply (plenty of XS and XL) but I still found 5 items for less than $120. Service was friendly; the wait for a dressing room was not long. Absent the sale I still likely would have bought something as the prices seemed to be about 50% off original price.

This is one of the nicest outlet experiences. Very boutique-like, but not uppity like that might imply. Super friendly, helpful employees.

I’m just leaving the Cabi outlet in Allen on 12/28/18 after shopping for 2 1/2 hours and spending $340. After holding 10 items in hand and hearing other women be greeted upon arrival I went to the counter. I told her young lady I’ve never been ignored this long in a store and she apologized, but as we all know it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.From there I listened to everything from how stupid their managements attempt to stop no shows is to what if I (the customer 5 ft away from them) just left or decide I don’t want all this stuff, followed by whispers and laughs. I saw 2 maybe 3 others make an actual purchase while I was there, possibly making my purchase the largest of the day. Note to Cabi, this is my worst experience in one of your stores ever- better yet any store period.

This was my first experience with cabi. Some beautiful clothes, they just didnt hold up as well as I had hoped.

The only thing better is to have a cabi party yourself.

Bad customer service. I found a shirt I liked and was going to buy, but I decided not to. When I went to the register and bought my clothes, after I bought them, the sales associate told me that I could have gotten that one shirt for free if I had spent $3 more dollars. But, all sales were final so I couldnt. I was with my mom and I could have bought her clothes for her if the lady told me earlier. Stupid lady
