I like the True Religion brand, but stores like the one at this location make me remember why I prefer shopping online to shopping in person. The deals are much, much better online anyway.

This is my store, my brand I rock, the best quality clothing for the price. I remember when TR first came onto the scene in 2002, they were crazy expensive. Today, not so much. My visit to the Allen outlet TR was a great one, the service was AWESOME, everyone that worked in there were extremely helpful. The lady, I believe she was a supervisor, advised me over the phone prior to my arrival to the correct size I needed for a certain pant that I needed to exchange. I will definitely be returning. Everyone that works in the store are all very helpful. Even if I don’t need to purchase anything, I will just because those guys are super nice and very pleasant. Thank you TR at Allen Outlet in Allen Texas.

Staff was incredibly rude. We walked and squacked at about mask from the back of the store. We started we find have one, and asked if they could please provide on if it was required. And was state they didnt do and where out. We responded then they apparently were not worked about ourr business. At with point multi pull employ could only respond that it on the door and rude continue t tell from the back as we walk.Will I love this brand, this experience was in acceptable. And the staff was rude and could not be bothered to speak in complete sentence or speak to us like adults.If you are going required mask. Please supply them and talk to adults like people.

Very helpful staff, great sales. They went out of their way to make sure I found the perfect fit and exact style I was looking for. I cant say enough good things about the sales staff. They are extremely friendly.
