The Starbucks on Spring Valley is just up the road and the people are always respectful unlike at this location. They are super combative at this location. It shouldn’t take as much effort on a customers end to order no foam- it’s a button that takes zero effort to press. Just press the button like they do everywhere else. I don’t care how you make it, but I don’t want 1/4 nor even an 1/8 of my cold drink for be froth. A gallon of milk is less that the cost of the drink- why be so dramatic about pouring extra milk into the cup before making it to avoid an issue. This isn’t rocket science. SMH. Save yourself the trouble by driving down the road to a friendly, mature, and competent staff 😊

My husband and I always stop at Starbucks and today they got them perfect and the location is off 75 North, exit 33. We order the same thing everytime and that is the Carmel cappuccino with extra Carmel, extra shot of coffee and extra extra Carmel on top of the topping. It was so perfect and so delicious 😋🤤! We tried a couple of other locations off of 75 North, but they always mess the order up. Very frustrating when you place a order through the drive thru and they always mess them up. The texture was perfect as it was cold, fresh and creamy without any chips of ice in them. Super friendly staff. Thank you Starbucks!

I normally like this location, but today while I was waiting inside for my drink, 3 people came in, apparently 2 of them worked there. Instead of assisting with the actual customer orders, they went behind the counter and made their own drinks and then came back out to where the PAYING customers were.

I love Starbucks! I was feeling bad and wanted a Latte so I drove to this location. I pulled up to the drive through at 9:45. The auto order said they were closed. I pulled around and parked Bc I saw people outside and inside on their computers having drinks. The front doors were locked and no one came to the door. The door sign said they didn’t close till 10. Why were they closed 15 minutes before 10 with customers still in the store and not leaving? They didn’t even recognize me at the door! I won’t be going to this store again!

The coffee is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The manager, Chris, is very welcoming and is willing to get behind the counter and lend a hand during busy times. Three strikes and youre out. I frequent 4 different Starbucks between Plano, Allen and Richardson. I get the same drink at all of them every single time. This is the only location that has managed to screw it up every time. Please teach your employees how to make coffee drinks. This is the first review Ive written for any establishment in at least 6 months. Thats how consistently bad they are.

This is more of a drive-through Starbucks than a sit-down. What I liked is the location at US-75 and staff friendliness. However, the service times could be improved. Youd feel the drive through customers are given more priority than someone standing at the register. Agreed that they can get quite busy but, Ive seen similarly-positioned Starbucks be more efficient. The beverages and food are up to the mark. There is both indoor and outdoor seating but the sit down appeal of this location isnt the best. PS: be extra careful driving around the curve of the location. Its a bit narrow and doesnt help with idiots driving around.

They are always busy but the team members always have a smile on their face and always ask about my day kids or dogs. I love it when they take the extra step and give me my extras. I add 4 shots to my drink so there is extra. Not every Starbucks does this for me.You guys rock and make my mornings a little easier!

The employees at this store were slammed as its the only one open in the area late at night. They got our drinks made quickly even though the drive thru line was backed up. They did an awesome job..the drinks were so good!!!

Cashier, rude.When the Barista finished making my drinks I said thank you for each one as they came out and tried to make eye contact. She ignored me.Will never return to this Starbucks even if it is the closest.

I’ve never had a problem with this place until today. I know one mistake is just one mistake but seriously. READ. THE. LABEL. PEOPLE. it literally showed ON my order and ON the freaking label they printed out and it’s like the didn’t even read what I ordered. All that they gave me was BLACK COFFEE. no flavor. No add ons like I requested. It’s not hard. You do it with every drink you make. Why was mine the exception???

Great service! Long drive thru line that doesnt last long! Youre in line and then out! So, dont let the line keep you from going. Its right on the frontage road parallel to the 75 Northside. Saturday-Sunday a.m. coffee run; GO EARLY!! You dont want to get blocked in trying to leave your parking space; if you park and go in! It gets crowded fast around 10:45. 7 minutes from the Allen Mills Mall and other great shopping on Stacey.

They were out of cold brew which seems to he pretty common. The staff was very nice though and as always the service was super fast.

Placed a mobile order on the way there so good would be warm and iced drink would be cold. Get there and the lobby is closed because of some employees called out sick 🤢. Drive through is over a full circle around the building. Went through the line and got my half melted frap and my no longer hot food. Drove off down the street and tried the frap. Its missing the main ingredient frap mix. Taste like coffee and ice blended. Way disappointing experience. 3rd time trying this store. 2nd time the lobby has been closed like this. Boo

Not sure who was working on 1/30/2021 at 7:27 pm at 75 and Bethany location, but we and some others in front waited at the drive through for at least 10 minutes. No one asked for our order. We went to the window and no one was there. So I decided to call and it was busy signal. There was not a huge line (us and 2 other cars) and there was no one in the store. May want to check on this crew to make sure theyre not sleeping or other things during their shift. Just lost quite a few customers tonight (us and the two cars in front of us).

This location couldnt get your drink order right if you held a gun to their head. Its a shame Im paying almost $10 for a cup of coffee and cant get what I asked for.

This starbucks is closest to where I live and is my favorite to go to. They always get my order right. The drive thru can sometimes get a little long, but the line moves pretty fast.

Drive thru is often slow at this location. But the service and coffee is consistent. Love the Nitro Cold Brew with Sweat Cream.

Ordered food while I was waiting for my uber to arrive. I asked one of the employees there if it would be ok if I waited inside until my uber came as it was freezing outside and the response I got? Sorry without eye contact! Stunned, I asked again kind of in disbelief. Again, sorry so I had to wait outside after spending $30+ in there. Food and Coffee was good though haha

This isnt your ordinary 5 star review.Im a little afraid to admit spending so much money on coffee, but here I go:I visit this Starbucks nearly on a daily basis. For the most part, the staff is super kind and should be given promotions. They know how to make everything perfectly.Then, occasionally, there is one specific person who isnt the greatest at making coffee. I dont know her name and I wouldnt use her name against her, but she is absolutely terrible at making drinks and even the food! As for the drinks, they taste very watered down when served by her. When it comes to the food, sometimes its not heated correctly, and other times it has a terrible tasting chemical burn which actually makes me gag, I dont want to overreact but its pretty darn inedible. And just little things like theres no green stopper when going through the drive thru, etc. It is not my goal to try and sound like a typical Karen, but my god if I see her making my coffee or food, I know its going to be bad. If all of the staff were to serve food and drinks of this quality, the establishment would be getting a one star easily from me. However, like I said above I appreciate the rest of the staff as they are truly very kind, considerate, and do an amazing job even at 5:00 in the morning.TL;DRTheres a staff member who works here that was not trained correctly or makes shortcuts which in return makes the drinks bland, and the food different temperatures or have a chemical burn taste. I would be cautious if you just wanted to get something here once, its literally a gamble.

Watch our with mobile orders here. There is very few parking spaces. I placed a mobile order and drove around 3 times before leaving. I called to let them know I would not be picking up due to no parking in their lot. I was not offered a refund or apology. I won’t be back.

Ive never had any issues. I order what I like. It is made in a reasonable time frame. I go outside, usually with a friend and enjoy it. Great place to enjoy a conversation, or computer time. The only complaint I have, is price. So I dont go often.

I absolutely enjoy the drinks here. My daughter in law ordered a delicious Carmel frappuccino. I ordered a pineapple drink that I hadnt had before and really liked it. We were even able to get my grandbaby a decaffeinated drink which was awesome! Customer service was great!

Entirely too long a wait. They should start making people come in to order who dont pre-order via the app, to help save the atmosphere from all the car emissions while waiting in line...

I placed an order on the mobile app and it took less than a minute. This is more of a store that does drive through business so I expected a line at the drive-through so I went inside the store and saw there is zero line at the counter to pay after I had already placed an order online. I stand at the pick up counter like it says and no one acknowledges me to ask if I have an order or anything else. Finally I go to the counter where you place the order and the lady asks the people making the coffee if they see in the mobile orders to which the lady at the counter says give me a second it just came in I’ll get with you in a minute.Otherwise, my visits are routine - waiting in the drive through and order is correct - just like the other locations I have visited.

I LOVE STARBUCKS!! I literally go there almost every day! My order is usually the same as well. The store I visit the most knows my specific order when I go through the drive thru & just say my name. Theyve all come to know me very well & I always enjoy my visit as well as my coffee!!

Had a great time hanging out with friends here. They have board games to play while you drink your coffee and eat those awesome cake pops. Put down your phones and go to this starbucks for a fun game night!

I dont leave reviews often, but this one deserves it. I have visited this location about 4 times within the last 3 weeks and they have gotten my order wrong every single time. The last time I visited they had to remake my drink 3 times. And I feel like they should have refunded my drink at that visit at least. Today I asked the girl in the drive thru, you made that one decaf correct to which she confidently said yes, I get my coffee and pull off to see that it isnt decaf so I had to get out with my 9 month old in the rain and freezing wind to go in and get them to remake it decaf. Not that they care, but I will not visit this Starbucks anymore.

The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Today I was complimented on my sunglasses. And ya know, that kind of thing can really make your day. Also, they are always extremely quick!

Staff are good. Taste has been compromised on some drinks. The restrooms, of which there are two, only one was working multiple times I visited.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. It’s on my way to work (super close to 75) and you can order ahead and just pick it up on your way through. The staff here have always been friendly and the service has always been quick. I’d recommend this location for sure!

You can never be to sure about this place. Sometimes theyre great sometimes they need help for real. They dont mess up orders so I guess thats a plus right? Ill still give them 4 stars though. If I see improvement i will gladly adjust my rating

Great location - great service. I was fumbling through multiple gift cards trying to purchase a traveler coffee (for the office), and the person assisting me was more than happy to walk me through everything and even combine my gift cards for me at the end!There was very high turnover on mobile orders (go inside to pick up) so Id suggest that rather than the drive thru if youre in a hurry!

Like most every other Starbucks Ive visited. Very good quality food and coffees. They can get extremely busy at this location but they always have pretty quick service, except for Sunday mornings. Im not sure whats up with Sunday mornings at this location, but they can be quite slow. Stay caffeinated my friends!

I dont like the costumer services they provide there, because I make my order today round 6.30 pm and was 3 people working there but nop one make my order into .I ask to a lady how long will take my order those guys they just talking by their self there but no take care the costumer. Starbucks in Allen, Texas yesterday morning, was good! Friendly staff, good service, clean, convenient location. Gouda cheese melt and peppermint mocha made a yummy breakfast!

I must say this location is one of cleanest but I came in this morning placed my order at 6:20am, sit down and waited. I was the only customer inside. At 6:42, I had to ask if they had my muffin ready. The lady said its right here sitting on the counter. It was cold by that time, they did ask if I wanted it replaced, I kindly said no but will write a review. I hope this will improve their service.

Short visit.

Typically, theyre great at this location even with a ton of traffic. Today they seemed understaffed & ran out of items despite ordering ahead of time on the app. And it took about 15 min AFTER we arrived. In their defense, they were REALLY busy.

Went here a couple weeks ago and pulled up to the speaker with no line, woot! The screen was black and looked broken and no one said anything over the speaker so I pulled up toward the window to order. There was one car in front of me at the window and it sure took a while for them to get their order after speaking with an employee a couple times. Finally it was my turn! To my surprise an employee tried to hand me something when i pulled up. I explained I hadnt ordered because i thought the speaker was broken. They asked me to pull back around and rejoin the line instead of letting me order. I had already been waiting! Poor customer service. Havent been here since.
