A great work from home spot! There was plenty of seating on a Monday afternoon and a lot of the spots had access to plugs.The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was that I tried two different spots with plugs and both did not work, so I ended up having to leave, so I could charge🙃Overall though a positive experience and I’d definitely come back to work!

First time trying Armor coffee and 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered were good. The Cookie butter latte was so bitter it was undrinkable. We heard so many great thinks about the CBL, and were very disappointed. It looked like it had coffee grounds floating in it. There was no flavor to it just very bitter tasting coffee. Sure wish we tasted it before we left the parking lot. It went down the drain when we got home.

The BREAKFAST is amazing here! The tacos or the avocado toast is like candy it tastes so good! Worth any wait in line! Not much of a coffee person, so cant speak to that.

Great little corner coffee shop with all the hip, local, chill vibe youd expect. Drive thru if you want that or plenty of space inside. All staff were masked. Hipster on his computer in the corner. Old school Star Trek on a TV. A place Id hangout of local. Great ham and cheese croissant and cookie butter latte. Much better than hotel coffee on my nearby stay!!

We booked the meeting room for a few hours and it was perfect. The space is privately enclosed so we had confidential conversations without others hearing or being disrupted. The coffee and atmosphere were wonderful. Loved the concept of a coffee flight. Mike, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back whether for business or pleasure.

Wanted to try this coffee shop as I try really hard to support small businesses in the community and they had great reviews. Walked in and it was packed. None of the employees had on masks which is concerning during this pandemic. Now I understand that wearing a mask is a personal choice however, being a part of the current problem in society is not okay. There should be way less tables and room for people to social distance and masked up employees. They won’t care if I don’t support their business but it should be noted that this business is a part of the current problem in society which is people not caring enough about others to do the right thing.I appreciate the response however, I am more concerned about the employees being exposed to unmasked individuals please know that its just not about me and my own health. I can choose to drink/eat anywhere but fast food workers deserve better. The set up is just a breeding ground for super spreaders.

Drove about 30 mins to give this place a try. Drive-through experience: ordered the Iced Chai PSL and the taste was good! Nice touch that it had pumpkin and spices at the bottom. The waffles are served nice and warm but they weren’t soft. It’s as if they were microwaved and started to turn tough and dry pretty quickly so I wouldn’t order those again.

Really really enjoyed my cold brew with coconut milk and chocolate chip cookie 🍪 I will definitely be back again soon!

Happened to be in the area and stopped to get some studying done before I headed back home. First of all, the music selection is perfect. The staff was cool and the atmosphere is nice! I added it to my favs if I end up needed to study while I’m nearby.

I made a quick visit even though it’s out of the way and felt a basic small coffee is average. $3 and not in my neighborhood won’t get me to repeat. It would take me less total time to go there than Starbucks nearby. It looks like a great place to hang out at though. Might change to four stars bc of environment.

Great local coffee shop in Allen that beats Starbucks any day. Quality roasted coffee beans are what makes your latte or espresso actually taste good and Armor Coffee definitely takes the cake here.

I was appalled by the lack of professional employees and interactions here. I emailed about applying as a barista, and when I didn’t receive a response I went in person to ask (not their fault, I just needed faster answers.) Rather than being helped by the barista at the bar I was smirked at and rudely told “we’re only hiring over 18.” I told them I was 22, and was only told “good for you” and was sent out the door without an application or any means of receiving one. I received an email response soon after asking for an interview, which I agreed to in hopes that my first interaction was a fluke. However, my interview was cancelled 15 minutes before it began with no explanation, and a promise that we would reschedule. I never heard from them again. Very disappointed by all experiences I have had with Armor.

Truthfully I feel bad for the workers at this establishment. I came in a few weekends ago and noticed the way the old white guy treats others. The only word the describe his management style is abysmal. The workers were swamped and he was no where to be found. Then when he finally came out, he got angry with the workers and made everyone sitting at the bar uncomfortable. It was obvious they were doing their all. I’ve never seen workers look so miserable!! :(

I’m here visiting from Tacoma, Washington and we are ALL about coffee so I like my coffee a certain way. I’m staying at the hotel near by really wanted coffee so I walked over to Armor coffee..I gave it 3 stars because the coffee was actually really good but the experience was horrible.The gentleman making my coffee was actually very patient with me but the lady next to him was very rude and kept trying to tell him how to make my coffee when I had already explained to him twice EXACTLY how I wanted it made. She kept making faces and was extremely rude. When I was ordering there was no one behind me or in the drive thru lane. I had time to get my coffee the way I wanted plus I tipped really really well to have something made the way I like it. (I think the girl was working the drive thru) she was literally not doing anything but getting in between me and good coffee! She was the only bad experience that I’ve had there! BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE is needed! It needs to be more welcoming and this is coming from someone who doesn’t live in Texas!

Great coffee shop, very good pour over, service was perfect. I absolutely WILL be going back. Also it is Veteran Owned which, being a Vet is huge for me.

We visited from TN (because we looove Mike and Jenn!) And I was SOOOO impressed. Im pretty sure they could sell dirt and Id buy it, though. I had a CBL and it was phenomenal. Definitely lived up to the hype. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was super kind and fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed being there! We had a couple of the cookies, as well, and they were amazing. If ever back in the area, I would totally go again. Not opposed to a Nashville branch, though, guys. 😁

Had avocado toast and a honey vanilla latte. Both were great. The avocado was fresh (not like that nasty premashed avocado most places serve). Might try it without the bacon next time though. Customer service was great and the owner seemed to really care about how I liked the toast. Seems like a great place to #dowork. Music wasn’t great that’s my only minor complaint

Im a new regular at Armor Coffee! Their coffee is amazing. Soooo much better than the big box corporate coffee shops. Super friendly staff and great location too. I also love the breakfast tacos and blueberry muffins. Major bonus that its locally (and veteran) owned!

I had the Cookie Butter latte and my husband had the cold brew and waffle. Everything was good and he raved about the waffle. Apparently it’s a must try.

I would have given a 5 star cause the food and drink was very good. However, I felt like I was discriminated being an Asian by one of their cashiers.I was the last one waiting in line, and this African American guy took all orders for everyone in front of me and decided to ignore me. He just walked away and doing random stuff like cleaning the sink without taking my order. I was standing there for a couple minutes while he was just walking around with his nose in the air, and finally one of the lady baristas came over and took my order. She was pretty nice.I was the only Asian in the store so it’s difficult for me to not take this seriously. Even though the food is good, I would never come back again nor recommend this to any of my friends.

Incredibly friendly staff, drinks that actually made me start liking coffee, and a great atmosphere. My main complaint (that they can’t control very much) is that I wish the space was larger and had more seating - especially of the comfortable type.

The coffee is always great, but the food service........ I ordered a Turkey BLT sandwich yesterday, but there wasnt any bacon on it. Disappointing. I ordered it from the drive thru & didnt realize until I got home. Service was super slow, too. Normally, Ive never had an issue at this location so maybe it was just an off day.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, and awesome staff. The in-house bacon is to die for! And I would definitely recommend the Avocado toast. I wish they enforced a face mask policy but it seems like most customers still wear them inside. Also many of Fairview’s finest visit Armor coffee so it is definitely nice to interact with law enforcement out in public.

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile. For the most part, I loved it. I was disappointed that they didnt have soy milk as a dairy alternative. I ordered a iced cookie butter latte and it did not disappoint. I did get an iced London fog for my roommate. She said that the teabag wasnt steeped long enough and her drink was watered down a lot. Its kind of far from where I live but if I find myself in that area, Ill definitely try it again.

This place is amazing and has some of the best people employed there! Everyone there is kind and good at their job and the owners are awesome people as well. The atmosphere is great! Modern with clean black and white and muted/pastel colors. It has a really cool rhino painted on the wall by the register too! Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s so popular sometimes you can’t find a seat! In those cases I just curse my bad luck and get my latte to-go.

**this is my Yelp review but Yelp had 5 stars from some of the employees too.We had high hopes for this coffee shop but we wont be coming back. I would like to mention that the place is well kept, very clean, and the drinks came out really fast.The biggest issue was that everyone working went to the back after making our drinks and pretty much stayed back there for the last 45 minutes before close. They forgot to toast my bagel, which was no big deal, but I went back up to the counter and stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out. I heard giggling in the back so I just knocked on the employee door a couple times and eventually got an answer.In our opinion, the drinks were really bad. We ordered 2 hot chocolates, a pumpkin spice latte, and a cookie butter latte and we all felt they were bland. Of course, this was just our opinion and other people may like them.Overall, we didnt have a great experience but I was really impressed with how well maintained the shop was. Even the counters and floors in the back seemed clean!

It has been a struggle, up until now, to find a descent flat white but Ive never been more in love with than with how they prepare their flat whites here.

I get suuuper anxious when Coffee shop staff get really impatient (often within a minute of arrival) when i am indecisive with choice of drink, and I always end up regretting whatever I order when I’m rushed to order.But Emma, one of the baristas here, made me feel so safe to look at options and ask questions- a trait unfortunately rare at establishments. She even offered to remake or adjust it according to if I liked it. I am so happy with my drink and this sweet barista. I will be back.

Great spot for coffee on Stacy Dr. Their chai tea latte is really good. Just ask for it extra hot because its normally served warm only. Their breakfast turkey sandwich is delicious too.Its pretty loud but if you if want a quiet spot, they have a private meeting room for 20 dollars an hour. It has four chairs and a tv. Ive used it myself for meetings.They have outdoor seating too if it gets too crowed inside.

This is a decent little coffee shop with some sidewalk tables and a small conference room in addition to regular tables. I had a basic latte which was smooth and not the bitter dark roast like you find at Starbucks. Overall its a good coffee shop, just wish it wasnt in a strip center.

Where to begin! Not only is the coffee amazing, so are the people. All of the baristas (such as Derek, Brody, and Allison) are incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. Even the owners take the time to talk to their customers when they stop by. Unlike some local coffee shops, there is PLENTY of room to study or catch up with an old friend. I spend at least 3 days a week there, so I know what I’m talking about! #ArmorUp

Was staying at the Courtyard Marriott which only has Starbucks coffee service in the lobby, was glad to find a small independent owned place within a couple minutes walk. My daily order became the pour over - absolutely delicious. Well balanced coffee taste worth every cent. Also tired the breakfast sandwich a couple times was good - I am on Keto so only had the egg and sausage off it, still a good value at the price. Loved this place - go!

Always my favorite place to go for coffee. Coaches, skaters and parents favorite drinks and gang out place. Baristas are welcoming and friendly. They roast their own coffee beab in the house. Brody is the master brewer. The owners had done a great job in decorating the place. They are now serving breakfast, lunch and snacks. Salmon toast and salmon pita pockets are so yummy! Holiday drinks syrup are made in house. Not the bottle syrup like Starbucks or other coffee shop use. Always a great surprise to wait for new holiday drinks to make it on the menu

Amazing Pumkin Chai!

This just took the spot as my favorite coffee shop. The baristas are genuine about your wellbeing and make you feel as if youre their only customer. They are so welcoming and kind and you can tell they are REALLY hard workers. I LOVE the atmosphere there- it really makes you feel happy and refreshed after you leave. I would honestly hangout there every day if I could. Every time I go its clean and kept up. The music is so uplifting and their coffee is SO flavorful. No matter what kind of coffee drinker you are, you will not be disappointed. You can really tell the coffee beans here are top notch. I had the best experience and am super impressed especially traveling down from a city full of well known coffee shops and I would honestly choose Village Coffee over any of them. Traveling back home I bought coffee beans to take with me because I just really love it. (am already running out so my roommates and I bought another and its only been three days). HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I have been going to Armor Coffee for years (actually have been going there since it was originally Saxbys) and it is hands down my favorite coffee shop! I work from there at least once a week and love that I can meet clients and friends there, too! The atmosphere is great and their staff is absolutely amazing!! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been to another coffee shop that has even come close to their level of customer service!! As a small business owner myself, I really value and appreciate good customer service! Oh and their coffee, avocado toast and protein balls are amazing!! 😍😍

I came here a few days ago and got a small iced latte with toffee nut..it was terrible. I had two sips and threw it away. It tasted like an old ice coffee and there was not syrup flavor at all.

Im new to Texas and have traveled all over but Im thankful to have found armor coffee! I get tired of the basic Starbucks, dunkin, and other mass commercial coffee shops. I always try to find a local or unquie coffee shop that I can vibe at anywhere I travel to and TBH since I first tried armor coffee Ive been coming 5 days a week. The coffee is always good but the best part is the friendships Im made with the crew here. Kayla, Allison, Brodie, Derek, Solomon, Matt and Im sure I might be forgetting 1 or 2 but they are great. I look foward everyday after training to come in and most the time have them pick my coffee :D! Sharing my training stories and talking to them, (even though they normally are hustling bc its so busy lol). Its great vibe.
