Very nice little store. You can find allocated stuff here, but you have to have points. Which is understandable, they have to compete somehow with the big players.Scored me Wild Turkey Rye 101 today here. And some Old Tub. Glad I see they have Early Times in stock. Ill be coming back for sure. Not to mention that the customer service is awesome!

I visited this store on 2/13/21, the selection was good I wasn’t looking for much but service not so much. When I walked in, employees were in the aisle talking and looked right at me and did not greet me. This normally wouldn’t be an issue because I understand some businesses lack basic customer service skills however they greeted every single white customer that walked in after me.I was waiting in line, one register was open so I was next, and there was a customer waiting behind me, and there was an older man behind the closed register appearing to busy. He made it clear that he did not want to assist me because as soon as the open register became available he suddenly wasn’t busy anymore and helped the white gentleman behind me. I’m only giving them 2 stars because the young man who assisted me was nice. This liquor store is very close to my home but I will not spend my money where it’s not welcomed. Please treat all of your customers equal.

Terrible customer service. Tried to order a product online, received confirmation and an order number. They never followed up. When I called their store, they basically said they have nothing to do with their website nor purchasing anything over their website. Told me it was not their problem and as well didnt care that I had any problems with their stores service.Nice reply. The review is an accurate account. You had the product in the store. Saw it on the shelf even after I called about the order. Thanks for the threat.

Rude staff lost potential customers. We came in looking for a specific brand of rum and coffee liquor and they did not have either which was fine and would not have earned this one start review. I was surprised to see such a large selection and would have been back another time but the woman working the front yelled at us “so children what did we not have for you?” When we gave her the brand name she looked at us like we were making it up. I explained it was a coffee liquor she got a snarky attitude and said “and you didn’t like ANY of the other coffee liquors?”We stood awkwardly for a second before leaving. No attempt to actually make a sale or show us comparable products just a lot of ugly looks and attitude.
