This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too! I’ve been in the drive thru for 25 mins to pick up a prescription that was called in 2 days ago and they still haven’t acknowledged my presence or came to the window!!!! Wow

Came down here for a Covid vaccine on 3/17 and was blown away at how neat & clean this store was. The people behind the counter were very cordial and friendly. Floors were clean and product on the shelves were straightened and faced. Thank you Rite Aid. I was impressed.🙂🙂🙂

I received my two Covid vaccines at the Allen Park, Michigan Store and the Service was excellent, the personnel were so kind, and the Store was Sparkling Clean. Thank you for a very great experience during these trying times. CS

I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS, THE PHARMACIST, GENIA AND MIKE HAVE BEEN THE BEST FOR OUR FAMILY AND THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THAT WORK WITH THEM. THEY KNOW MY SITUATION AT HOME AND THEY ARE VERY COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING.THE ONLY TIME I HAVE A PROBLEM IS WHEN THEY HAVE A SUBSTITUTE PHARMACIST. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR FAMILY. I used to go through the Rite Aid pharmacy amin Garden City and they were amazing which is why I transferred to this one when I moved away. This is by far the worst customer service in Pharmacy Ive every experienced. Every time I call they are rude and careless. I do not recommend this location if you would like your prescriptions on time or if you expect to be talked to with respect. Customer care when it comes to medical needs is extremely important.

Moved my prescription here because we moved and have liked Rite Aid in the past- However, this is the third time I have tired to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacist keeps telling me my insurance shows there is no match for my insurance/ prescription coverage. I had them on the phone when I went in there and the guy behind the counter said sorry I can’t talk to them and I’m not going to call them, we close in an hour and I have a lot to do... I called in to speak with their manager and was put on hold forever! At 10 mins I hung up. Needless to say we had our prescriptions sent across the street to CVS.

Nice selection of items, including a liquor department (not all stores have that). Very friendly and helpful staff. Have not used the actual pharmacy.

They can be busy but the people I have delt with have been very nice and helpful. When I go to get my medication they already know who I am. When I go to print off pictures I have no issues when it comes to the coupons and they have even let me know that there were coupons when I forgot to check. They also have no issues with having to go search to see if there is a product I need if I call in advance. They are my favorite place to go to.

Was completely aggravated when I drop off my script and they couldnt be bothered to do there jobs. Waited 35 mins to just be told they have to call the insurance Monday morning first thing. Waited for a phone call Monday morning and when I finally called them I was talked to very rude and put on hold. After all was said An done they didnt want to do there jobs, never filled anything and were very rude and I will never in my life shop at rite Aid again. I will definitely be glad once this one is closed. Maybe they need to train there staff better on insurance, customer skills, phone answering skills, or just close that store completely!! Horrible.

The female coworker straight up lied to me. I asked for a public bathroom and she directed me CVS and they do not have a bathroom. Not cool lady.

I absolutely love the customer service with these employees of the Allen Park store, they go over and beyond to help you, they not only treat each other as family, but they treat myself and children as family, they are knowledgeable, kind, respectful and courteous. They make the best team of any group of employees ive ever come across, hats off to ron, angie, veronica, laura, dave, colby and the one young lady whom name escapes me. You are the best. keep up the good work, from your loyal customers Gale and Darius :-)

Gave me the wrong prescription. Im glad I knew what I was looking for because it potentially could have been very bad

Nothing special about this location but they are usually fast and friendly.

This place is crap. If you come at any time around 5 expect to be in line a while because they never have more than one person working the register. They hire the most unprofessional people. The only people who work the front registers that Ive come across, are middle aged, moody women that act like they hate the world.

I came in because my 4 year old had a bathroom emergency and would not let him use the restroom....so rude!
