Came here to purchase a sanitizer to match the pumpkin spice set i got, workers are nice and have distance im glad they didnt come up and try to spray their favorite perfume at me, i hate when those places do that but this was one good about everything.

Had a nice visit me and my daughter up at Independence Mall at the bath body works in Allen Park. Very kind warm welcoming employees was created by Aggie and Kat. Those beautiful ladies were very kind and helpful to my daughter and help around the store finding different stuff and answering her questions she had with the two products and candles. She end up choosing the face mask as shown in the photos recommended by cat great prices good selections I recommend a hand scrub to, me and my daughter tried to different hand scrubs and actually helps with the dry dead skin especially in these upcoming cold winter months. So your bath room wash some hygiene needs go check out Bath & Body Works.

If your black/African American I suggest to never come to this location. A Caucasian woman came in right before me and was greeted and asked if she needed any help. The entire time I was there I was never greeted or asked if I needed anything another Caucasian woman walked and was greeted, a fourth woman (black) walked in was never greeted. Very disgraceful store site. And it’s a shame the entire stores and some people still act this:

I Love this store. There is always someone by the entrance door greeting you, asking if you need a bag to put your products in as you shop and /or if you need help finding anything? The staff has always been friendly and very helpful in my opinion. Ive never had a issue or noticed one while I was in here shopping. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will help you find something similar to it. I Love the sales, coupons and wonderful products. Their hand sanitizers are the best, they smell good, keep your hands very soft, smooth and they do not dry them out. I always Thank the employee or employees that helped me while I shopped and made my experience very pleasant.

This place has always been amazing! Love everything about it here!!! Soaps, hand sanitizer, wallflowers, lotions, body mists are all out of this world!!! But, my absolute best thing here is their CANDLES!!!!!!!!!

Just about anything and everything a woman could want to take a bath in, a shower, or just to feel good about herself and smell amazing. Maybe some men too, I dont know....If youre man, you might feel uncomfortable shopping in here, but the sales staff is very helpful and will get you in and out quickly!

The employees were very rude and not helpful at all, they decided to neglect the costumers point of view and did not help find a median in any decision. They did not care for the costumer and were not knowledgeable about the store sales. I was very very disappointed with the customer service.

I also love to use my coupons by mail to save money on my items i buy for myself and its fun to shop here all the time especially by myself i can stay here all long as i want to! Cool!

Love Bath and Body works! 3/10 deal. I went in to purchase some lotion, spray and hand or body wash. They had a sale for the wallflowers, of course I need one just for me... So I bought the wallflower and the Teak scent, smells awesome! purchased body cream and spray...Satisfied and a happy customer

When there was a line of 16 people, the manager Katherine stated to me that it was more important to have people restocking the floor then ringing up customers. 1 person in front of me and 1 person behind me left because of the wait time. Hope she was satisfied with the pretty store and her bosses are not mad about the 2 lost sales.

Went into the Allen Park location to make a small purchase and everything was great until I got to the register. The young lady who rang my items did not ask the typical question of whats your email address in order to get additional coupons. No problem but then at the end of my transaction an email address appeared that was completely different than my own. When I inquired about this and asked dont you guys usually have the customer verify the email address? The cashier said thats the email address that came up with your card and usually the emails are correct so we dont need to verify. She then said I should call my bank(???). I knew that information was not correct so I asked for a manager who advised me the same about why they dont verify emails. She at least advised me that I could contact the number on my receipt to have my email corrected (after I had to ask how to correct it) but neither of these individuals seemed to care about my concern. How did that wrong email even get there? Are B&BW employees entering their own emails or others to take advantage of coupon offers? Has there been a hack to their system. Also, the cashier is giving out incorrect info and management is totally fine with it? I wont be going back to that location anytime soon.

My sister and I had the best experience here! Holly and Cody were absolutely wonderful and super helpful. Not only did they help us find what we were looking for, they gave us some great laughs in the process! My sister had a unicorn hand sanitizer holder that was missing an eye and Cody cut the eyeball off of his personal one (a big fluffy teddy bear) to give her for her unicorn. It was the cutest and funniest thing we have ever experienced. Her unicorn now has a cute eye with eyelashes and his bear is missing an eyeball that now resembles Ted. Thank you guys again for the great experience!!

All different smells for men & women

The staff is always so helpful. If they dont like their jobs, I cant tell. I am always helped with new fragrance suggestions and often offered coupons when I dont have any. I love this store in particular.

The breadth of products in such a small space amaze me. If your nose is sensitive, you may feel assaulted by the aromas, but no more than a perfume counter at a department store. I do enjoy their foaming soaps.

Service is great. Supplies are always in stock. The store is small but pleasant!

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. You guys will noticed her when you go to the store in Alan park. Extremely rude also when she y’all at you and doesn’t care if you asked her anything. Very bad manger she needs to be fired.

The associates at Allen Park Michigan location do not listen clearly on what customers need. The associates only care about giving customers bags and convincing them overspend.

This time it was okay, usually customer service is great. But they was a little busy and so the lady that helped us was a little rude, didnt like me asking questions about discounts, etc. Store was clean, took awhile to get help as well with a few things in the store.

Its one of the smaller ones. But i have been going here for many years. The ladies are very helpful and considerate. Always have been. Thanks ladies

Coming in today was probably the best experience I have had at a Bath and Body works in years! Cody and Holly are amazing sales associates and are a definite asset to the team! My older unicorn hand sanitizer holder was missing her eyeball and Cody took it upon himself to sacrifice his Teddy Bear antibac holder (he cut an eyeball off of it) so my unicorn could have one. That seriously made my day! Holly with her sweet personality was ever so helpful as well. Thank you both for making my day!

I drove all the way from the east side of Detroit to the store in Allen Park. Just to find out that the website is sooo wrong they won’t open until Friday... I’m highly disappointed
