This is for the service dept. I had some issues with my truck that a different dealership couldn’t figure out. Brought it to Wonderies and within a day I received photos of the issue. kanika was great to deal with. She communicated everything with me every step of the way and made the entire process a great experience. It was fast, honest, professional work. Really couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Great service all around! My car started billowing steam and was leaking coolant, so I didn’t have time to make an appointment. But my car was still assessed that same day, and at every step of the process I was given detailed information about problems with my car and the recommended repairs. The service representatives sent personable and informative texts to keep me posted, and now roughly 48 hours after drop-off my car is in great shape. I was even given an unexpected “goodwill discount,” which was much appreciated. Highly recommend for both routine maintenance and repairs!

I bought my 2021 4RNR at Toyota of Orange. It is too far for me to go as I live in South Pasadena. I made an online appointment. When I arrived at Wondries Toyota of Alhambra the waiting in line with your Vehicle was not long at all. Everyone was courteous and Helpful and very attentive and assuring that someone would be with you. All in all great customer service everyone is helpful I will definitely go back and have my car serviced in the future

The service agent was very friendly and helpful. However when I called to setup my appointment I shared I thought my car was falling under a technical service bulletin I found online - a clicking sound when breaking- that was very similar to what my car was experiencing. They said it didn’t apply to my VIN. When I went in they inspected the car and said the rotors needed resurfacing. After a few hours they called and asked me to come back in and test drive because the sound was persisting. I told them I would come in after they double checking the service bulletin I mentioned. To their credit they checked again and realized this was the issue. They later quoted a cost of $800 and when I explained I had a warranty with carmax they suggested I take it there instead. Service agent handled well but this was a waste of time and something that could’ve been avoided.

From out of town and needed to get basic service done…. Excellent customer service, greeted right away and checked in quickly. Was notified right away that my vehicle was ready….IMO, probably needed another cashier as it seemed to get busy. The sole rep handled it to the best of her ability but to alleviate any stress on her part and impatient customers, probably would be best to have 2 people manning that section (maybe they were on lunch).

Everybody at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. Ive had experiences in the past with other dealerships where buying a car felt stressful, theres a lot of paperwork involved and with some sales personnel it can feel like they could be taking advantage of the situation; I never felt that at Wondries, Eddy went above and beyond to continue keeping communication with me making sure that we could work a deal on the vehicle I was purchasing and offering the best customer service in person as well. Martha and Abby were also very helpful and friendly, even the general manager, whom I did not meet in person, was accessible enough to honor my offered price until I arrived for the vehicle. Abby was able to lower the interest rate on my loan and offered a good deal on an extended warranty for my new Toyota. Im very happy with the service provided.

Very bad service! Took 7 hours and not until you pressured the car service rep and still not completely done with my Highlander. I was there trying to get my Highlander serviced on Tuesday, August 31 and had made an appointment the day before so that I could schedule my day accordingly and was told by the girl Cristol the next day appointments were wide open so I chose 10;30 am. She told me the regular major service would take about 2 hours. On Tuesday morning, I arrived at 10:05 and found there were more than 10 cars lining up without anybody directing or checking the cars on arrival. All the employees are busy and going through the motion like robots. Finally, a girl came to check with me after 20 minutes and I told her that I have made an appointment at 10:15 and I complaint to her about the delay and she just said it was very busy and not having enough help. I said this is not my problem. Another 15 minutes later, the service rep came and check with my car service needed and I asked her to also check with the noise with the steering wheel. She told me that it would be around 2 to 3 pm to complete the service as there was a diagnostic check. I told her to go with the work and I would be waiting in person in the Center. Waiting......waiting and keep on waiting until 3 pm and tried to find out what happened to my car but without any answer. By about 4 pm, the girl told me that I need to leave my car for service since they need the part to do the job. I was so mad and asked her to just do the regular major service. By the time the service has been finished it was almost 5 pm. Even worse as I took back my car, it was still warm and stuffy inside, most likely it has been sitting in the sun on the garage roof for hours. I dont know if anybody would have checked or scheduled the works to be done. I was really upset and frustrated on what happened. I used to get my car service in past 8 years at the previous old location next door and never encountered such problem. Toyota sales make it easy for you to buy car, however, its very difficult to get you car serviced. I am not sure the management will care about the customer service training. It did not seem to see anybody care about whats going on!

Theyre over priced. I dont even know what they charged me for. It was all done electronically so I couldnt ask what the charges are for. They first said it would be around $300, then they texted me a list of services for me to approve 4 hrs after I dropped my car off. I thought they should have been done by then because I had an appointment. The services were under $200. In the end I was charged $500+. It would have been helpful if someone explained it to me. I didnt know the list of services were in addition to the $300 until it was too late.

Service Center Review - I have a prius that Ive been taking here for a few years for routine service.My battery died and needed to be replaced. We called around to a bunch of places nearby to price things, and got a quote from Wondries that was a surprisingly decent price for a dealership. We made an appointment.When I showed up for my appointment a few minutes early, I was greeted by a really long line of cars. Somebody came to get us checked in, but apparently that just means they tell someone else that you are there and so we waited. We waited for 45 minutes past our appointment time, and finally made it to the part where the service guy checks with you.We checked in and then went inside to get started, and they said it would be $150 more than what was quoted on the phone just a couple days ago. The service guy laughed off the misquote and said there is no way they could do it for that price, that the labor would be much higher and there is nothing they can do.We left and will not be back. They messed up and refused to do anything to make it right and all in I was there for an hour before they revealed the bait and switch.

Bought a used car (with nose bleed price) from Wondries. Dealer hid the fact they put DEALER ADDED AFTER MARKET Karr security system and they told me I have to pay out of pocket to remove the unneeded security system. Karr is complete waste of money and damages your original wiring. All dealer add on products need to be disclosed to customer. Hope I dont get an electrical short. Should have been more careful with these guys.

My appointment was at 10:45 when I let my car I was told that my car were be ready at 2:00 but was not ready until 4:00 pm. I was there for an oil service that cost 39 dls and they try charmed services for more than 1300 dls. That I didn’t ask. So much troubles for a simple oil service.

My first time at Wondries Toyota and will not be going back. Had an appointment and pulled into the service driveway at 9am and was not approached by a Service Advisor until 9:40am. The ladies checking people in for an appointment did not have a friendly face. My car was not done until 3pm but it was because they needed to replace the fuel pump because of a recall. They also told me I needed to replace a tire because a nail was punctured. When I asked where it was punctured, service advisor did not know. I told them not to replace the tire. I wanted a second opinion. When I took my car into Y Tire, they found the nail but it was not punctured. I get that dealerships get their money from the service department but to lie about a nail punctured is pushing it. I also dont think the department rotated my tires but I dont have any proof besides on someone elses comments. I will not be coming back to this location.

Went to the service center. They seem to be well organized and are following safety/health protocol. My service went well, my only complaint is that it took really long. My appointment was at 10:30 and we didnt get out car back until 1:00pm and it was for an oil change. We walked to a nearby restaurant to eat while we waited. Will be returning for service here, overall it was a good experience.

Very poor inconsistent service . I feel scammed . I sent my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and they gave me my car back in terrible condition. I now can’t drive my car on the freeway due to severe shaking. I didn’t have any issue prior to my oil change and tire rotation. The manager stated my tires may be out of balance after my tire rotation so I needed to bring it back to get my tires balanced now ( $100 service) . Once I brought my car back for the now balancing it needed I was told my tires are now bad ($780 service), which on the previous report from a few days prior stated my tires were ok . I lost trust in this place and I will never come here again.

If you’re expecting to walk into this dealership with your guard up and the typical preconceived opinions of sale people, I can tell you, you’ll be in for a surprise and that would be a waste of your energy. The staff at Wondries Toyota from the receptionist to the salespeople ( who all smiled and said hello and welcomed my daughter and I, to the management team who came over to our table and introduced themselves including the big boss Abbagail all made us feel welcomed like family. It was total opposite from your typical dealership experience. Isabel and Json listened to our needs and there was no high pressure to buy “now”. My daughter got exactly what she wanted and I paid exactly what I felt was a great deal. Wondries Toyota has us as a customer for life! Highly recommended

My experience at service department, be careful every time you take your car for the service. I paid for “ tires rotated “ but, surprise! They didn’t it, my husband marked the tires before when I went to pick up my car I checked them and they were as leave them. The manager David Jackson told me the reason is because you didn’t leave the wheel lock key, they have my phone number why didn’t call me to ask it for. I almost have three years with my car, that means in these three years never rotated the tires 🙄 the point is why they charged for something that they don’t do and it’s written on the paper that they give us if my husband didn’t marked the tires I’ ve never find out this situation. Where’s the loyalty to the customers? Be alert 🚨 every time take your car I know it’s not people in front but, the mechanics are representing Toyota and the manager has to be more carefully with people on his charge... I really really get mad and feel disappointed with the “excuse “ that they give me this situación was yesterday and today I spoke with David he was ashamed on this, they rotated the tires but, as I told him this wouldn’t happened if the technician or mechanic don’t written they do something that they didn’t or they could call me.

I’m leaving Wonderies now. I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I also asked them to look at the infotainment system. The last time I brought it they said it needed an upgrade. I upgraded it and paid the amount. The system continues to shut down randomly. I’m reading now that my concern was not taken care of because it has already been taken care of. If it had been taken care of, why is it still shutting down?

No starsI have a new Marai and when I made the appointment they said nothing about not being able to work on the car there.I checked in, still no word that they cannot work on it.I asked for an Uber ride home, they said they don’t offer that service anymore.I ordered an Uber to take me home.As soon as I’m about to walk into the Uber, Wondries calls me to pickup my car they don’t work on Marai’s tgere go to Longo.Major failureAt every point they had opportunities to tell me.Incompetent customer service is everywhere. If youre here for service, I dont recommend coming here. Always add one more day to the promised finish time because theyre always busy. Two different people promised me it will be done by 4PM yesterday, turns out its an underestimate. If you purchased tire insurance and needs tires replaced, too bad, they dont have yours in stock at the moment. You have to wait for delivery until the next day every time 🙄. Oh even if they have the tires delivered, they wont bother to start until you called or showed up to pick up your car.

Long line of cars, had to wait at least 30 minutes before I could leave my car and I had made a appointment. The customer waiting room room is big, but no place to sit without hearing piped in music and no outside seating. Also the public address system is hard to hear when they call your name, which is only once. They only had one printer, which was malfunctioning when I paid, so I had to wait and still my copy was smudged with ink.

So first I when to get a price on a oil change for my 2007 Toyota tundra so I ask the service rep how much it would be for Synthetic oil she said $57 plus tax and I said are sure she yes wrote down on a Piece of paper. So when I when back to get my oil change the said it was the wrong price. And I showed him the price that the rep give me he told me that that person Should have never given you that price. Because she was just an adviser. So my oil change Costing me $90 Instead of $57 like I was Quoted. And they did the full inspection of the vehicle when they checked my air cabin filter They did not put my glove compartment back correctly I had to call the service manager and show him. With an appointment for an oil change at wandries Toyota in Alhambra What about 3 hours with an appointment.👎👎👎 To say the least I wasnt very happy that day.

Not that good, I went there looking for new leasing car and turning in my old car, they asked for my old car’s key, said need to evaluate my old car, I gave a spare key to them. later I didn’t find a good price car then came back home, they didn’t give back my key, also I forgot asking for my car’s key ......until the second day afternoon, I realized I might lost my car’s key there, then I called back, explained again and again, then they finally confirmed my key was there. I really don’t think they would call me back and remind me they still keep my car key there if I didn’t call back to ask, even later I called back to ask, they seemed not knowing such thing happened, and still need to figure out for a while......quite doubt their Internal management capabilities.

Only problem is that there’s minimal outside seating and, when I made the appointment, that person said they’d be happy to place a chair outside for me (the wait was to be 1 to 2 hours and, due to the pandemic, it wasn’t safe for me to wait indoors that long around other people). I am 73 and was carrying work I planned to do while I waited. When I asked John for the chair, he said it wasn’t allowed. When I told him what the appointment person had said, John said it was OK. Neither he nor anyone else offered to carry a chair outside. I stood and waited a few minutes, but still no one showed up. I felt embarrassed and confused. I finally asked a cleaning person to help, which he did most graciously, placing it 6 feet from the single occupied bench. No one came to get me when the car was finished 75 minutes later, even though the facility wasn’t very busy. Instead, John called - clearly hadn’t bothered to see where I’d ended up. I felt disregarded. The attention to detail and customer support was less than I’d experienced in the past. As the work is done well, I will probably return - but not again if the customer service problem is repeated. It makes me think that perhaps the work on the cars is not as good as it used to be.

I’ve been using this place for maintenance and parts service and so far have had a pleasant, streamlined experience! John was very cordial and the time it room to replacement my part was faster than estimated. Overall, very happy with the service
