My adventure started when I arrived at the collision address, because when I made the appointment at the appt desk, this was the address I was given instead of dealership address.This made me late, thus pushing my time with Shawn to later,. The repair service appears to be great! Enterprise was lengthy, getting processed, and waiting on car to be sanitized. I have never gone into a dealership where the process was so lengthy.
Tony was our sales consultant. He was extremely friendly and handled our deal quick. This was the best deal found in all of California. We love our 330i.We thank the entire staff at new century. John in finance got us in and out quickly.
Ive been a long-time customer and have always performed services at this location.Recently, brought back for repair due to unusual noises from underneath, and informed their adviser that it might be loose screws or anything misplaced beneath the panel. And their world-class services are unable to locate the problem TWICE.After that, I went to third party repair shop, which took less than 10 minutes and discovered that there were missing screws.I am sure technician BMW service/maintenance were forgot to put them back on.I called to see if someone could help, was routed to a few of departments, and then went to the front desk voicemail.It is NOT recommended to perform maintenance here at New Century BMW Alhambra for this level of services

Service advisor Pamela Chen was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful, kind and attentive. I was not in a good mood but she made me so happy with her above and beyond service that it turned my mood around completely. Other dealerships told me my brakes were fine even though the pads were metal to metal.....I came in and spoke to Willie Vasquez and he immediately brought me inside to assist... This is by far one of the best dealership Ive visited so far. I bought my 2021 BMW X5 at this dealership and the sales rep (Ken) that helped me was amazing. Despite having a wealth of knowledge with each of the car models, Ken was very patient with me and he listen to every little details I said carefully. The amount of time and effort he spent working with me on this deal was unimaginable. He is by far the best car sales person Ive ever met. Unlike the dealership that Ive visited in the past, the sales person only showed me one car and when I said I want to take a look at a different one that they have in stock, I was told that theyre all pretty much the same.The main reason I bought the car from New Century was because 1) the sales rep (Ken) was excellent 2) the price was acceptable and appears to either be unbeatable or extremely reasonable (Thanks to Ken and his Sales Manager Jay for partnering so well to make this deal worked for me)I want to give a big Thank You to Ken for all his hard work and leaving me with such a great and unforgettable buying experience. Ive always been wary about going to dealerships, whether for service or buying a car. I tend to prefer buying from private parties. However, I found a CPO car I really liked and upon my first contact with the internet sales manager, Monica Perez, I was amazed at how professional every one was. I talked to Monica over email and phone for a couple of days and she was extremely willing to work with me to get a great deal.After we agreed on a price, I made my way over to the dealership and was able to meet Monica in person. She was just as professional and easy to work with in person as she was over the phone. The whole process went smoothly and she tried to make it as safe and efficient as possible. Sean Wang walked me through signing the paperwork, and he was professional and friendly as well. He explained every sheet concisely and answered any questions I had.Overall, this has been the best experience Ive had at a BMW dealership. I live about an hour away, but will not hesitate to return in the future. Their professionalism and friendliness has won me over as a customer for life. Other BMW dealerships should really take note and learn from them.

211.00 dollars an hour for labor, way too high, I went to century BMW for my /1991 BMW 325 I to stop the leaking of oil through the head gasket, but my oil is still being used due to as advised by Century BMW that one of the piston is burning oil and not the head gasket. It took 2 months to repair my car by having to order parts and not being able to order parts for my 1991 BMW. Brought my car in to stop from using oil and paid 7000.00 dollars and it’s still using oil. They did not fix my problem, but they got paid very well for nothing. I will not return. Paul B

Actual work was good and my advisor was helpful. Two comments:1. The front desk of the service department (the lady at the desk) who gave me the costs for the job I was asking about, replacing both pads and rotors on front and back brakes, gave me the wrong cost! It was 80% more in fact. Because there are different packages for brakes, this up-front service needs to get it right.2. I found the layout of my final receipt somewhat confusing. Especially because I had some corrections noted, I was not positive just what had and had not been done.

I was really happy with the service, I was told that my car would be there for the whole day for the airbags recall. But I was only there for three hours and a half, which That was good, because I was able to go to work. I liked the service And I was treat it me well.
I had an excellent experience at this location. I called in to check on a vehicle listed on their website and Hamlet, my sales expert, let me know it was in stock and he was available within the hour to give me a test drive. When I arrived at the location, the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Hamlet came down to introduce himself and let me know he already pulled the car from the lot and had it waiting in front for our test drive. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable of the X1 - when we got back to the location, he made my sales experience so smooth. The manager of the location came out to introduce himself (which is a huge plus for me). Financing was smooth, and friendly with Alex. My only piece of feedback was the wait time between getting from test drive to finance as a little lengthy.If you are in the market for a new or used BMW, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! So grateful for my experience here, I will definitely be returning. 😀

The car got a nail stuck in the tire and went completely flat. It had to be towed to Néw Century BMW and after issues with AAA it did not get to the dealership until after 4 p.m. We had spoken with Eddie Wong throughout the process and he managed to get the car assessed and serviced before they closed. His effort went above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. The service provided was exceptional.

Had another nail in tire that new century bmw helped getting authorized by my road hazard insurance and replacing . Much better experience this time with advisor Eric Ho than another guy last time, Kevin I believe, which was a unprofessional guy who didnt even bother to have my bmw washed after a $500 service visit. Eric, got me in and out quick and also proactively ordered the parts ahead just in case the computer inventory was wrong on the tire. Also got video link from technician going over my free multi point inspection from Eric. Last time no one told me anything about the inspection results. Overall, I would recommend Eric if you are gonna visit this BMW service center.

Great deal on new tires for my X3. Got an alignment with the tires. It fixed a slight pull to the left that I have had for a while. Had an electrical issue that required a new battery which was covered under warranty. Shawn was helpful and courteous as always. It was a productive service experience.

I cant Get That Hour+ of My Life Wasted at New Century Back! - This was my first visit toNew Century because I recently moved and its the closest to my house in Pasadena. While the facility was fine, appointment check-in required spending time inside in the waiting area until the service writer called my name. (about 20 mins)After leaving my car for a few hours, I got an email that my car was ready. I rode my bike down to pick up the car -- and when I got there, I went to the cashier and paid the $420 bucks. (The prices charged were a little steep - I had the brake fluid flushed and changed and a cabin air filter replaced. $420.) After waiting at the curb for about 20 more mins, somebody came out and asked why I was standing there with my bike. I showed them the claim check and they said it would be any moment. Actually, as it turned out, my car was still sitting in the service bay. It had not been washed or quality checked. They told me it would be another 20 mins before it would be ready. Like I started with - I cant Get That Hour+ of My Life Wasted at New Century Back! The End

My car has a service due light show up after I replaced new battery and changed oil. I told the service advisor about I can’t reset the service due light. The service advisor told me just only BMW can check the problem and reset the program. Actually, they didn’t find the problem and just charged me standard scope fee $198.00. They didn’t fix the problem. The service doesn’t work. Waste my time and money.The same day I got a call from Assistant Service Manager and he asked me some questions. He apologized me about the service not satisfied my requests. He told me to go back service center and they will redo diagnosis without charge. I went back to New Century Service center and left my car there for diagnosis and fixing my car problems four days later. The manager explained me very details and rental car for me for commute. I went back to New Century to pickup my car without charge and the manager explained me what they found and fixed my car problems. I am very appreciate manager James, he is very professional, friendly, passion to help customers needed. I recommend to go there for service. I gave my review to five Stars this time.

I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for many years. I purchased my 1st BMW in 2017. It was an Alpina B6. The Alpina provided me with a fantastic driving experience, however, in December of 2020 I had to replace a motor block. Since Ive had a very pleasant experience and receive fantastic customer service with my scheduled maintenance at New Century BMW of Alhambra, I decided to return to them for the replacement of the motor. It was the best decision I ever made. My service advisor, Pamela Chang and her manager James made it seemless and gave me the best customer service anyone could wish for. Both have a wealth of knowledge and Pamela was always keeping me up-to-date in the process. I would highly recommend them for any of your BMW needs.
