THIEVES!!! I was shipped an engine that was severely damaged. All warranty and diagnostic info was provided in the allotted time per warranty. Their communication was limited to stating that the info was not provided in time. Then, when the evidence was provided that it was sent in time, there has been no communication since. BBB Submission and legal action is the next step.

I had time to try to fix/replace the tail lights on my car... called on New Years day, a person answered and said New Years Day is a national holiday, call back tomorrow and hung up. This is rude and clearly this company does not want my business, and would rather take the time to pick up the phone and be rude to a potential customer than to simply not pick up the phone. No. Never. dont waste your time here, go to Ebay! Also these guys claim to be a Christian business, I call BS... where is the patience and kindness.

Poor customer service

Got a transmission from them, installed it and there was no reverse, tried to get them to warranty it, was told the owners were out for Christmas, to this day have never talked to them. Costed us over $1100 to have the transmission rebuilt, so that we were taking care of our customer.The inside had been overheated and even the internal wire harness was melted. So this experience actually costed us $1600.00 to do business with these people and they wont even compensate us the $600.00 we paid for their transmission.

I have been here a few time cause I needed body parts for a car that were good quality. I know many body shops who also come here.

Horrible experience The owner James kept giving me the run around on some parts I left a deposit on for over a week ago, when calling to confirm if my parts where going to be delivered on the day he said he kept giving me more excuses that IF the truck was loaded it would get delivered. I dont need a WHAT IF I need to know when my parts are being delivered!.. Dont recommend ordering from them any longer and his employees are misinformed and have no clue what sales they do, wasted my time and made me look bad with my clients. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT A SINCERE OWNER OR EMPLOYEES!!!

They purchased my toyota tacoma bed in 2008, they paid me a fair price. Went back to them last month for the same transaction on my 2017 toyota, again no problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Spoke with Denise and Phelipe with an issue asked to talk with manager and they said there is no manager in until next week. So I asked for the person is in charge, I cant believe they told me there is no supervisor or anyone in charge. I have to wait until next week when the manager is there to deal with my issue. That is crazy, but they can quickly take my money with out hesitation. I wish I could give a negative 9 stars...surprisingly they answered the phone. Worst service and Parts ever. Save your money

Beware with this junk yard they sold me a used engine for a mazda . We installed it and the engine is no good .called them back and the guy refused to send me another engine or refund me back .they said they were going to send someone out to check it and never did .im in the process of taking them to court .the guys name is james becareful

Dont deal with them. James is a total joke. Sent me a wrong part and tried to blame me to avoid paying for the return. At the end didnt return all the money I initially paid him....
