In this day and age, customer service seems to be non existent. However, that is not the case with Belle View Jewelers. I brought five watches that needed batteries as well as having some bands replaced. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and super helpful. So refreshing! I’m so thankful that this jewelry shop exists.

Just stopped in to get a watch strap switched out, people were great and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back

I left my Omega Seamaster at Bell View Jewelers back in 2008 for an estimate to have it restored. I had to return home overseas shortly after in a rush. I was unable to get in touch with Bell View Jewelers as I had lost the claim ticket. I was absolutely FLOORED when after returning to the states Rami, the owner and watchmaker, causally pulled it out of the safe. He had kept it safe and sound the entire time. One in a million service.Thank you Rami!!!

Took my moms watch in for the band to be adjusted/repaired. Danny was outstanding and was able to fix it right away. I would not hesitate to bring any of my watches or jewelry here for repair. Outstanding!

Belle View Jewelers is a great jeweler that we have used for many years. I’ve bought many lovely gifts at reasonable prices for birthdays, graduations and other special occasions. Their customer service is excellent. I had an unusual bracelet repair and my options were clearly explained to me. The work was done on time, and it has lasted for years! Whether you need and watch battery or a diamond ring, you can’t go to a better place!

On New Years Eve, just what I needed, a wrist watch emergency. My daughter is a flight attendant, she discovered she had lost her wrist watch, just hours before she had to leave to work a flight. While she packed for work, I drove to Belle View Jewelry; it was open, they tried first to revive an old watch I brought in, when that didnt work, I bought a beautiful new one.It was reasonably priced and they put her favorite wrist band on the new watch. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I found the owners friendly, helpful, and understanding of my need for a quick solution. My daughter made her flight on time and she absolutely loved her new watch with her favorite band on it.Thank you Belle View Jewelry!

Would like to give zero star if I can. Went there last week to get the watch band adjustment. My husband got it for me directly from the manufacturer in Switzerland as a surprised gift so the band hasnt been adjusted to my size yet.1. We called first, the guy said it costs $10.2. We stopped by the old, arrogant guy (same guy who answered the phone, who I am pretty sure that he is an owner) looked at the watch and asked us the first question IS THIS A COSTCO SPECIAL? I said NO.3. He adjusted the band, it took 2 minutes total, told us it costed $15 bacause it was hard work.4. Around 5 mins after we were there, another lady came and asked him to adjusted her ring size. He looked at it and told her IT IS NOT EVEN A REAL GOLD, WHERE DID YOU GET IT? and the lady said she got it from her grandmother. I hope she just walked away from this place, you know what, old man, she asked you to resize it, not appraise it. Give your customers some respect!I usually like to support the local business but this is how the small, local business is going out of business.I will never support this place again.

They love to overcharge you for the most simple of services. Puts a bad taste in your mouth. Wont go back.

My wife and I had such a great experience here! My wifes wedding band was damaged and Rhonda helped us pick out a new one. They also polished up the wedding ring, and strengthened the setting for the diamond. Within a week we went to pickup the new band and polished ring. My wife liked the new band, but was not as ecstatic about it as she thought she would be. We went back a few days later and once again Rhonda offered some suggestions and when the work was finished we were super pleased with the finished product! I would highly recommend this jeweler. 5 Stars!

I bought a Seth Thomas mantle clock at an auction eight years ago in Cincinnati. A month ago it was showing signs of aging - slowing down precipitously in a way that would make the clock obsolete if the trend continued.I brought it to Belle View Jewelers, just before Covid-19 broke in Virginia. I left it with Ramy, the owner. Through the next six weeks, Ramy deconstructed, then reconstructed the clock, burnishing the brass and restoring the timing - while at the same time getting two new timing springs and restoring the clapper that struck the hour and half hour.This is what we look for in clock repair: Ramy knew the works, knew what needed to be fixed, knew how to clean and restore the brass, and knew the value of the piece. Yes, it cost me a bit. But it was well worth the price. I know the clock, already at least 40 years old, has now another 40 years of life.Im very fortunate that Belle View Jewelers was so close by. This would have been worth traveling for.Chris McNeil

Amazing customer service and workmanship. Brought my wedding band and engagement ring in with the idea of putting the two together. They spent the time to understand what I wanted done and ensured they could do the work without damage to either ring. They cared for my rings like they were theirs and the end product was better than I could have dreamed. The price for the work was beyond reasonable and the will continue to have my business.

GREAT family-owned, small, customer-focused shop. Ive had several watches repaired there and purchased a few pieces of jewelry. The selection is awesome and the prices are fair, but its the customer service that keeps us coming back.

I get such great service from this store. Alexa has helped me pick out charms for a bracelet and never fails to call me promptly when they come in. They certainly know how to create a friendly atmosphere.

Went in looking for a Citizen watch. I found the one I wanted and had researched at the Citizen website. MSRP on the watch is $197 and most of the bigger jewelry shops are a bit cheaper at $160 or so. I was willing to pay MSRP but when I seen $429 for a sub $200 watch, it was time to leave. It seems their pricing for the neighborhood and clearly intentionally when the manufacturer tag was removed or covered with their own. The 2 stars is only because the woman that helped me was friendly.

I been a client of this establishment for over 4 years since I moved into the virginia area. I go to both locations depending where I am but I wanted to point out how amazing the staff and the service is at the Alexandria branch. They are always happy and welcoming to see me. They are very honest and I never feel I am being pressured into buying anything. I recently bought my wedding bands from them and they were very accommodating to resize it few times to be the perfect fit.

Only had to get a band fixed on my watch and was in and out in less than 5 mins. I was also impressed by how he was talking to a customer in front of me. He listened to the problem then gave a few opinions as to what it might be. Clearly thinks about any problem on the spot and quick analysis. Will be returning here if a real issue with my watch comes up.
