Love the Ladies at Kay Jewelers in the Alexandria Mall in Louisiana. They are so nice and very knowledgeable. They make your shopping experience or your twice yearly check and cleaning of all your jewelry a joy not a chore.

I had issues with a warranty claim that the warranty dept didnt want to handle it the way the warranty was stated when purchased, after a phone call with customer service and a long conversation with my saleslady Mrs Kim, my warranty was taken care of in a very professional manner... If your in the Alexandria Louisiana area stop in Kay jewelers and visit with the ladies there

Please be aware!!!! BEFORE sign the lease, look into it!I know my hubby need to read it before sign it. But she didnt give him time to read and made him sign into it!!!He tried to get propose ring and pay it monthly with 0% interest payment program but she gave him progressive lease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHO IS GONNA RENT FOR PROPOSE RING???????????!!!!!!!Theres his fault as well and he is paying it double or over double price of the ring. :) I gotta live with this one forever now, Please pray for me hahahahahahahahahahahhahaahhaahahah

The Manager, Kim is a Sweetheart! She always remembers you and Our Family loves Her. I am a Grandmother and my daughter got her ring there and granddaughter s. We love Kim ! You couldn’t get better service.

I wish I could remember the name of the blonde lady who helped me with my fiances engagement ring, she was really awesome and is the only one I would recommend. Because of her, I am giving Kay Jewelers a high rating. My fiance, on the other hand, may have a bit of a different opinion after having to go get the ring resized and dealing with a different lady.

Excellent customer service if you get the right representative. A couple of the ladies are rude and quick to push you out.

Thank you Kay Jewlers for reminding me to always check the refund policy MYSELF and NEVER trust your employees. I Bought a watch on 7/15. Went to refund it on 8/11. Didnt have the card I purchased it with so they told me I couldnt refund it. So I look for a watch to exchange it with but couldnt find one. So they told me I have 60 days from 7/15 to exchange it. Told me to go check a different store. Well I didnt, I came back to this store on 8/18. Found a watch I liked so were going to exchange it. While the cashier was checking us out I see the coupon for the 25% off everything Labor Day sale. So we start talking about it and the cashier actually tells me to WAIT UNTIL LABOR DAY WEEKEND so I could get the discount and save $60. So I say sure. Its only a couple weeks away. So we go in today to exchange the watch and they tell me that watches have a 30 day exchange/refund policy and theres nothing they can do LOL just wanted to warn everyone else, do NOT trust their word on ANYTHING. The employees there are nice, but lack the knowledge needed to inform you of their own companies exchange policies.

My boyfriend sent me in to try on engagement rings to give him an idea of what I wanted but noone bothered to offer me any help while I was in the store, seemed like none of the emplyees even looked my way during my visit. I am very dissapointed in the customer service here. 1/15/18
