I went to the store to purchase a ring for my husband and it was the most horrible experience ever. The store staff themselves was great it was the system and the corporates support that was the issue. The online process had me go through all the prompts to buy the ring and then after the payment page it stated that the ring was not in stock. However I was charged on my card, not once but twice and no one could tell me why nor refund my money. I sat on the phone for 6 hours and still didnt get a resolution. My money didnt deposit back to my account until 6 days later and I was only offered 10% off my next purchase. My family and I would never buy or recommend Zales again, until the online information could be updated in real time or you have a better process in refunding customers money when things are out of stock.

Had a terrible experience here! Will never come bk to this Zales EVER! Trying to screw someone over right at Christmas time! Returned the necklace to a different zales and got 30% off of the same necklace!
