My first time here and man! Best food, customer Service hands down!I wish I wouldve gotten the names of the 2 cashiers and the cook to give credit where its due but check em out. You wont be disappointed!

I rave about the chicken sandwiches here. I find they are the best around. Way better than the hyped up Popeyes chicken sandwich. But, the last few months the service has gone down the drain. Either Ive just had bad timing or not Im not sure. TWICE in one week I went to get food. Granted the first was at 3am in the morning but still... as I am parking, and the man saw me, he locks the doors. I call and ask if they are open and they say they are so then I ask why did the man lock the doors then as he saw me parking, knowing I was going to come in? She stated that unfortunately they are temporarily closed because they are about to clean.... I ask how long is that going to take and she said until 4:30am... ummm fine, I hung up irritated. Then tonight I go and try to get some food at 1am. I start to order on the kiosk and the worker stops me letting me know the kitchen is closed. I ask what time do they close and she then states they dont but she is alone.... fine I get that, but ummmm they could have said something before or have a sign out on the kiosks. Besides these past two recent incidents, the service has gone down fast and I am very disappointed because I loved coming here and getting my chicken sandwiches. Ive called before and ordered foods. Ive went in and they didnt have a soul in there but the exact same order I order all the time have drastic wait times. The quickest in store order was less than 5 minutes and the longest was 15 to 20 and not a soul was in there each time so theres no excuse for the inconsistent cooking times if they had no other orders in front of mine. Im just so very disappointed in this particular whynot stop on Versailles Blvd.

Great location that’s always clean and tidy. The staff are kind and the traffic is never too busy.

I usually have a good experience here.. but today just was not good. I ordered food over the phone just to receive what I did not ask for. Brought the food back, it was “fixed”, then WRONG again. Just to get in my car and the chili and cheese on my fries were cold and the fries taste like they were cooked yesterday... I didn’t have the strength to go back.. I went else where for my lunch break. DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THE LOADED FRIES.

I had a great experience the first time I came into this location for food! However, we stopped there tonight for a couple of fountain drinks, but the sodas were extremely flat, so we had to pour them out. The attendant came up to us and asked us “is there a problem?” We told her that the sodas were flat. She then rudely told us that “if you are going to sample the sodas, don’t fill it up all the way and waste them!”... so we left. I have never been treated like this at a gas station before.

This is a brand new facility! The architect did an amazing job of making this one of the best laid out stores. You can get some really good food here too, the fried fish and chicken tenders are very good. The staff seems happy and to enjoy their jobs. I’m glad to see a company that has happy employees, happy employees means great customer service.I appreciate the great outdoor lighting that has been included. Even at 2:00am you feel safe.

I usually order my food from there and have not been disappointed until I was working and used the Waitr app to order my food, I ordered an omelet and I added a few items, I did notice prices was not showing as an “extra” on the app but I ordered my omelet the way I wanted it anyway, when the waitr driver dropped my food off she mentioned that they were complaining that I didn’t pay for the “extras” she told them it wasn’t my fault that it was their fault for not having it set up right. Ok I felt bad because I didn’t know but now biggy, I would know next time, when I opened my tray it was pure garbage, it was like they deliberately made it inedible, it had some kind of liquid in the bottom of the try where it made the egg soggy, inside the omelet was unidentifiable, and the guacamole they put on it tasted soured, they may think they were losing money and out of spite felt they were justifying it but I can tell you the money I spent on that meal was enough for me to know I am not eating there again. Thank you for letting me know my money is not welcomed there, because there are so many other places that will be happy to have it.

Doing a road trip from FL to TX and stopped for gas & bathroom break and was super happy and amazed how clean the store and bathroom wr AA+👍👍👍
