The pharmacist is angry, yells, and belittles customers. She does not like anyone. I saw her attacking and berating her own staff. Does cvs have compassion training? Maybe she just needs a few more hugs. I avoid this cvs unless absolutely necessary.

FYI: this location is not 24 hours, it hasnt been for quite sometime.its 7 AM to 11 PM, 7 days a weekupdate: one star because google maps keeps rejecting the hours update. and CVS support email said theyre going to fix this, and they have not.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!!! Their website and store voicemail message say they are open 24 hours but they are certainly not and they are too lazy to change it!! Do not bother coming here because they are most likely closed!!

I needed to help my daughter who was hurt and in a hotel a few miles away from this CVS. Your website says you deliver but after calling to verify, you dont deliver. Dont advertise that you deliver if you dont.

I dont usually leave reviews for places like CVS, but I had such a great experience when I went in today with one of the cashiers! She helped me find the correct coupons in my receipt to apply to my items. She also helped me sign up for CVS CarePass.

If I could give this CVS a ZERO, I would. I don’t normally complain, but this time the experience I had left me shaken. I was yelled at by an employee named VIDA. VIDA is a cashier who does not understand what customer service means and is very mean to customers. VIDA can’t explain things clearly, talks quietly to herself in front of the customer and never listens. Only people who knows how to be nice and patient to others, should work in customer service. VIDA lacks compassion and curtesy and is not a good representation of what CVS as a company wants to provide for its customers. I have to mention that this happened to me already couple times and I saw her arguing with other customers!

I booked my mother an appointment to get a vaccine and she arrived only to be told she’s not on their list and they are not sure why it let her book an appointment. They wouldn’t give her the vaccine even with a confirmed appointment.

Scheduled an appointment for the flu shot after filling in an online survey with my age and other demographic information. Left work early, drove to store, paid for parking, and was told that they ran out of flu shots weeks ago. Tried to call the minute clinic to narrow down locations still offering flu shot and was rolled through a frustrating automated system that eventually ended with the suggestion to make all appointments online.

24 hours is convenient, particularly if youre in a pinch and need to get something last minute. Prices are quite high though as a trade-off, and this location has pricier goods compared to others in the area.

Great service and great availability of products.

Stop saying your 24 hours when you close at 11pm

If I could give a zero I would. WORST customer service Ive ever seen. Pharmacist was hateful and degrading. Then refused to give a flu vaccine to a customer with an appointment because he didnt want to, he felt we skipped a line by making the appointment online. Keep in mind he told me I was REQUIRED to have an appointment so I left and made one for 15 minutes later and he yelled at me and refused a vaccine. Immature and irresponsible as a Healthcare provider to deny someone a vaccination.

I was going to buy face mask today 03/27/2020 at 7:00am in the store . A lot of people line up to buy mask because they told the customer delivery came yesterday. But after we entered the store the told us they didn’t got any. They didn’t apologize and they have told the customer while line up or put sign they didn’t have before the crowd enter to stores.

I looked on this sites website and it said open 24 hours. I desperately needed stocking for my job at the casino. There was a man there and I pleaded with him that I only needed stockings for my shift at work. He didn’t care, nor did he help. Why does your website say “open 24 hours”??? Fix it!

I left my cellphone here. There wasnt a rhyme nor reason for the attendant to be honest about finding it when I called to ask, but she was. For this, I am very grateful. Say what you will about service employees, but there is still some honesty left in the world. I wish I would have had cash to show my appreciation, but I hope it finds her in other ways.Thank you!!!!!!!!

Yahwensi, a wonderful young woman working here, was incredibly helpful and warm. She made sure we had exactly what we were looking for and that we were well taken care of, all with an incredible smile and such a kind attitude that it genuinely helped improve the night of my party. We are so impressed with the above and beyond customer service that this incredibly valuable employee provided. CVS, I hope you appreciate this gem. Any company would be lucky to have her.

Just wanted to take time out to say Thank You to ANDREA the most Fantastic Pharmacy Tech Ive ever had to pleasure of dealing with. She was so helpful and compassionate and ultimately saved me while I was having a severe Asthma attack. Andrea went above and beyond to provided excellent Customer Service something one doesnt see to much anymore these days . Kudos to CVS for having people like on staff.. Andrea has restored my faith in this fast paced, selfish world we live in.

What can I say other than they were in a convenient location that I could walk to from my hotel and get everything I need to get.

This is honestly not one persons fault so I will not name names although I did write them down to make sure when I call the corporate office I can explain who I spoke to. Not only was our prescription not ready when we got there, although I had received a text that they were, they were also wrong! We were given someone elses prescription! The attendant seemed hurried and frustrated which I understand, but that could have turned out so much worse if we had just simply trusted them, opened the bottle and taken the pills they gave us.

3 of the 4 self-check out machines are currently broken and have been for some time. Go to Walgreens down the street- much better and faster service.

Photo area is terrible and unreliable. The equipment is outdated. We paid online to have photos printed and received an email stating when our photos would be ready for pickup... and then we get there after that time and it turns out they dont print the photos like their website says they do, even though the photos are paid for! On top of that, our order wasnt even showing up in their faulty system!The one reason they get two stars: we did get a very nice phone call the next morning from an employee saying the photos were now showing up in CVS system and they would be printed and ready for us. Upon arriving, the employees then could not locate the photos they told us they would print! What a nightmare of a system. So disorganized.

Best CVS of them all, I drive an extra 10mn to use it:)

They will push you to the self service check out. I dont work for CVS and I get no advantage to self service except for a slight time saving, especially when the customer in front of me didnt know what they wanted or what they were doing.

Excellent location, for now they open at 7a.m. Due to the emergency, if you go early you will find disinfectants.
