This 7-11 needs 5 stars! I’m always on the road delivering packages 📦 and this is the best 7-11! Great customer service, super clean, always stocked when I’m in there.

2:50 pm on 5/17/21. Cashier in rasta hat was rude very rude. Continued conversation with coworker and did not acknowledge me at all. Didnt respond when I spoke, didnt tell my total. Just held his hand out for money and continued his conversation. Ignored my thank you as well

Their specialty coffee selection and quality is incredible. The store looks new and clean. Highly recommend this over any other 7-11 in a 5 mile radius

I really love expresso machine to make my own late and this location is one of the seven eleven than has this machine, its so flavorful

Go here regularly usually get a fountain soda for the ride home.Finished the soda looked in the cup of ice a dead roach in the cup.I called made them aware offered me a free cup.Just hopes no one gets sick.

Just left from making a purchase in which I was over charged by a $1.64. I tried telling the gentle man what I had as well as the employee who attended to what I wanted but the gentleman said he had it. Come outside and see the additional charge. I go back inside and they are trying to make me take the food instead of giving me my refund. Then I was told I could only get a gift card as he could not refund me my money. Another gentleman stepped in to help and eventually I was giving my money back! Not to mention a few months back an elderly lady fell in the store. I saw the incident as well as how they treated her, lets just say was not satisfactory. They instantly begin to say that the floor wasnt wet when they had just mop there and a wet floor sign was out on another aisle as they hadnt moved it. I had to go to the nearby Gates Automotive station after speaking with an outside officer and let his son know in which the nature they handle this elderly woman. All in all they get one star from me. The food was dry and they didnt give all my change. The receipt said $1.64 buy he only gave me $1.50. I told him it want correct and he said sorry. I just left. Im sooooo disappointed!

With some monor changed can be a lot lot better. Just make sure sandwiches are fresh, and when someone is in a rush, leave the merchandise and let them pay and leave.

Im disappointed I had to give a star at all. The staff is extremely ignorant and I would never count on them to run my operation. Their food is just as discussing as they are.

Very horrible service from a racist. My wife needed some ice for her school activities in the GW school right next door so I drove over there to get some. I asked the cashier for large ice packs and she replied yes, that they had it. I went over confused; 1. Because they were small sizes 2. I didnt know whether I grab them or someone does for me. (I dont do lots of convenience shopping).This man who was squatting asked if he can assist me and I said sure. His assistance would have been honorable but the questions he put to me after rudely telling me the ice you see there is what you get. I had to buy more afterwards, so I went back later on to purchase more, even though I had my receipt in my hand waving at him, with a suspicious look he commented, are you sure, youve paid?. What the hell man? All my crime there was giving them my business while being black. I will not return to this store.

By far the cleanest 7-11 Ive ever been in. Ive yet to see this place anything less than spotless.
