They have vegan option!It is frozen mashed banana with peanut butter, also you can add dark chocolate too. Honestly, it tasted good, I wouldn’t say as ice-cream but it was good. My friend ordered some other real ice-cream and he said that was really good and tasty. Nice place!

As far as Nitrogen ice cream places go this is one of the best. The ice cream is absolutely smooth and the flavors are fresh and natural. Rarely are they overtly sweet. Dont expect to find room to sit as the place is small; but duck in to indulge your sweet tooth while getting some relief from the heat. Pints of their more popular flavors are always available, and if youre not one for much experimentation, the Nutella is tried and true.

Of course ice cream is good. You can never go wrong with Ice cream right? If you got money to waste go head get ice cream from here, of course it’s good but I left here with a basket have full. Majority of the tray that the cream was placed in was filled with whip cream with a small amount of ice cream. It’s like going to the grocery stores buying those bag of chips which is filled mostly with air. I left this place filled with an extreme amount of void.

Cool little ice cream place where they make your order right there with nitrogen and a mixer like a science project. I had peach ginger which came out very creamy, couldnt taste peach much but I like the hint of ginger. Staff are friendly.

The cookie Sunday looks impressive with lots of whipped cream but I was disappointed that the actual amount of ice cream was less than the give away free cup in honor of ice cream Sunday. The ice cream tastes amazing, I loved corn and pistachio flavors. However, after eating it in hot weather I got bad sore throat and partially lost my voice for about 2 weeks, maybe because it is nitrogen frozen ... not sure

I came by this place after reading earlier reviews. I really wanted a Brownie Sunday, but, was disappointed when the guy grabbed my brownie with his bare hand and a dirty looking glove on the other. He didnt even care to wash before he started handling the food. Which what an avg to below avg place will do. The plastic top of the container holding brownies was dirty. There were smudges on everything and the mixing spatula were laying in the some of the ice cream bowls. It was a humid Sunday night during restaurant week, so maybe they were tired, and needed to close early, as it looked like there were doing that. Which why I will come back. I hope to add to more stars on that experience, and enjoy what others are hyping about.✌🏿

Always drop in when Im in Old Town Alexandria! Orange is the New Black is hands down the best although Ive never been disappointed. If you have kids, watching them pour the liquid nitrogen in is fun.

Came in on a sunday. One person is working and had to wait 30-40 minutes for a regular coffee and regular ice cream. While their ice cream is good it doesnt feel worth the wait. It isnt the workers fault of course, theyre understaffed. All in all the ice cream is tasty and coffee is coffee.

The ice cream flavors are really appealing. Adding the nitrogen is nice but the customer cant really experience it based on the setup of the counter. It would be a lot nicer if the customers could observe it a little better without intruding in the line. Customer service is too notch.

Neat place to take kids, big & small. I read the reviews on the poor service and was a little concerned. They must have taken care of that issue. We were greeted when we came in and the ice cream maker was helpful and friendly. It only takes a few minutes for the ice cream to set. It was fun to watch. The ice cream is pretty good and very creamy. They have limited flavors to have made and more preface to take home. Give it a try. The grapefruit creamsicle was pretty good. Everyone in our group lived their ice cream.

Hands down the best ice cream in town. Watching the liquid nitrogen steam over the kitchen aid mixer as the ingredients become ice cream before your eyes is certainly an experience but the flavors and the quality of the ice cream make this place top notch. Try the honey lavender as well as the affogato. 😋

I love that they use as fresh of ingredients as possible and its made as soon as you order it! The array of rotating flavors is definitely fun. You never know whats going to be on the menu!

This place was on our list to visit but we never physically made it because it was raining. However, we had it delivered to our hotel and it was exceptionally creamy and good. We had a pint of peanut butter cup and would definitely recommend it!

We were on our way back to Potomac Falls from National Harbor and the kids wanted ice cream. we werent familiar with the area so I ok googled ice-cream shops and Nicecream popped up and had good reviews. so we went. its a small shop but its amazing! they make everything there right before your eyes with liquid nitrogen and huge blenders. the selection was amazing, the place was packed and the staff was super friendly. we all ordered different things and everything was delicious!

This is a very unique hole in the wall ice cream shop in Alexandria, VA. My bother told us that it was a must that we go here. He had tried it on a business trip and made the suggestion to go. What is unique about this place is that they use nitrogen to make their ice cream and its done right in front of you! While making the ice cream the nitrogen smoke strats pouring out! Very cool experience especially for kids, they will love it! Not only is the experience neat but their ice cream was like no other that Ive tried. Im a hugh Cold Stone fan but this over ranks my love for CS. If you get a chance try this place, do it! The only down side to this place is its a little small so if its busy you may have to eat outside.

The coolest (pun intended) ice cream experience I have ever had. Watching the liquid nitrogen smoke out of the mixer is pretty neat. Its worth a visit just for the experience alone. The ice cream is somehow light but also dense. Like its very creamy but a small size is more than enough -- its like there is not air in the ice cream so there is actually more than there appears to be. Anyway, the ice cream is great and come for the science.

This place is so good!!!My sister in law and her husband introduced us to this place, and now its a staple every time we visit. The flavors change and are all equally delicious! Its also just a lot of fun to watch them make the ice cream. Their coffee and brownies are also really great!

Their ice cream has an interesting texture. Unlike the other ice creams that are silky and creamy, their ice cream has a very rough and even sandy feeling to it. I know that this is a strange description to be given to an ice cream, but I think this is why their ice cream is unique.

Depending on when you go, it is well worth the 3-7 min wait. The rotating menu always has some appealing flavors on it; just check the website. Cheers!

We are frequent visitors here. The location is convenient and the ice cream is excellent. Its hard to find such good ice cream (and not frozen custard) because its hard to make pure ice cream without crystals, unless of course you use liquid nitrogen, which they do. The flavors are always changing and weve always liked what we tried. Id recommend a trip or two. Or three. Just get their frequent visitor card already.
