I order a iced campfire mocha with white chocolate and that’s not what I got it was an iced white chocolate mocha!! I’ll be going to the Nokomis location more friendlier and get the order right all the time

The service was wonderful. The two girls behind the counter were killing it! BUT Caribou, disappointed that you dont equip your workers with the potential to get credit card tips... They were working extremely hard and didnt have much for cash tips, as most people dont carry cash anymore. PLEASE give them the opportunity to receive credit card tips, they deserve it!

Ordered a Caramel Cooler, with a double shot of espresso...lady didnt add my caramel on top of the whipped cream. When I asked for it, she happily obliged but did a single thin strip as if I was bothering her or like it wasnt part of what Id paid for. The drink was also weak, as if I hadnt received the 2nd shot. I expect more from Caribou...they just didnt deliver this time around.

Great tasting blended caramel high-rise. Double bou-sted, marshmallows, extra caramel, added vanilla shot. Wonderful stuff. We ordered using the app and they were finalizing the order when my wife walked in so our drinks were the perfect temperature. Helpful staff, courteous and pleasant to work with.

Great coffee and pastries. I had their nitro coffee, my wife had the Chai and our son his usual Hot Chocolate! Also we had the banana bread and coffee cake!!! 😋😘

Coffee was terrible. Ordered 20oz latte and drip coffee with extra cream and received 16 oz and it was bitter and no cream in the coffee. Customer service people need to listen and Caribou needs to retrain their employees. $10 bucks out the window

I find Caribou to be a pleasant experience pretty much every time I go. The staff is always friendly, the store is clean and inviting, the coffee is awesome! They have such nice merchandise, also. It is fun to see what each season brings. Whether its inside or drive-thru, I am always happy with my Caribou experience!

I have been a customer with this store for years. My family stops here every time we travel. We had stopped close by to eat lunch, and my son needed to poop I had stopped into GameStop they didn’t have a bathroom so we ran to caribou the side door was unlocked the bathroom door was wide open, and the employee told me we could not use their restroom. I explained my 3 year old son needed to poop really bad and he did not let us and continued to tell us to go around to the gas station. There is fence I’m holding my 10 month son while trying to find a bathroom for my 3 year old in freezing cold. Needless to say we will not be coming to this caribou anymore.

The bagel sandwich and pressed coffee were very good this morning. They both came out at the same time. This caribou lacks some larger seating area options. But it has no room to grow or add on since its in a strip mall shop area. Staff was pleasant

Their breakfast sandwiches are premade, and cannot be customized to remove meat. No concerns with the service if you just want a coffee...

I love this Caribou. It is part of my routine when I travel to Minneapolis and back. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. My only complaint is that the bathroom has been pretty unclean the last few times Ive visited. But, all in all, a great place.

I dont drink coffee but I went through the drive thru for someone else. Very quick. Cant complain about their speeds.

Wonderful coffee and tea makers. Make sure you are for LESS ice tough because they do put a lot of ice on your cup, when they are not supposed to do that. The employees are very friendly and very kind. Caribou is better than Starbucks.

Chai tea latte was a bit bland... campfire coffee was topnotch.

I only give this rating because I came 15 min early for my preordered coffee. The 2 girls working were very rude and talked right in front of me staring, “we have 15 more minutes, we don’t have to get it done right now.” As I previously explained to them that I had a sick employee so I had to come here early so I could get to work early to look at schedules. I truly can’t believe how rude they were for a place that’s supposed to be your “happy place” in the morning.

Fantastic Caribou to sit and have a chat with an old friend or to read a book. Also a great place to aimlessly stare out the window at the traffic. Parking lot is sometimes full, but plenty of parking on the road

I always love Caribou. This one is always staffed with friendly people and are quick to help if theres an error (only happened once.) Clean restrooms and store.The parking can be a bit of a challenge however, very limited spots.

I went to Caribou to get a birthday drink since I had a free one to use. Im so used to going to the Caribou on Nokomis so I didnt think I had to say anything because they always ask me if I want to use my Perks. So that being said, I ended up paying for my coffee because she didnt ask me about it or anything. Not super impressed. >:(

Stop here a lot on my Rv deliveries out west. Always wonderful staff and great food. Wish I could stop by all the time and not be on the job!

FOOD WAS GREAT!

Not sure if we showed up on a bad day or what. Asked for a medium or light roast and they said they didnt have any on and that it would be about 5 min. We waited. About 10-15 minutes later I asked and they said they didnt have any ready. I asked how long and the gal said less than five minutes. I asked for room for cream and asked them to put a lottle water in as well. The coffee they handed me was full to the top and was so watered down, it was gross. Waste of time and money.

Nice stop for coffee midway between Fargo/Moorhead and Minneapolis/St. Paul. Sometimes it gets pretty busy, but usually service is fast and employees are friendly. Good spot to post up and relax, close to the interstate.

Quick stop of the interstate, it is a little tucked away behind a holiday gas station. Parking is a little tight. But in and out, enough seating and seating outside too.

Right off the freeway And friendly. What more can you ask for?

Ugh. First time here and in desperate need of coffee. Coffee is passable but definitely skip the food choices. Bread was dry and I could have hurt someone if I had thrown it at them. Went to get something different - bad choice! Skip this stop and keep driving.
