Walked in and one of the Staff members was AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and, a first, made us feel like we were the the king and queen of the place.This is the first time I have been treated like this at any donut 🍩 shop.KUDOS to Krispy Kreme for having such a high quality staff member. Great store if you like to treat yourself and friends with some sweet with verity of colorful donuts. I got a box of Halloween donuts for kids and they loved it. Workers are very friendly

The freshest of all donuts. You can see them in making in front of your eyes and be ready to be amazed by the speed and yet all the served donuts are always gone within minutes. The donuts I wanted werent available so I am taking one star off otherwise everything is awesome.

-friendly staff-place is clean-service is quick-doughnuts were fresh-prices normal-woukd give 5 stars but the location is horrible and when it gets busy which it does frequently traffic gets backed up and road rage happens, parking lot is pretty small as well for how popular this business is. Everything else is great though.- would recommend unless busy then dont bother.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are the best in the world, that’s just my opinion. Especially when they come off of the rolling belt, hot and fresh. I enjoy them every time I stop by Krispy Kreme. I have not had good experience from employees . Many times I go I experience the sameService, it’s like they forced to do their job,, either they are being over worked or under paid... I’m not sure... they always are aggregated and annoyed .... I will not stop going there because I do love their doughnuts, and I hope their service and attitude improves.

Don’t come here for coffee! Definitely overpriced! Their Mediums are 12oz if that and would definitely be considered a small anywhere else.Donuts are made fresh and great as expected.

Quick service and plenty of stock even at 3 in the afternoon! I was tempted to get a retro style t-shirt! Love that they now have apple cider donuts and pumpkin too. Must be fall! They now have decorated boxes that say Thank You! and other messages. But only on the dozen boxes. Wish they did it on half dozen boxes! I seldom get 12!

This is the only Krispy near my place, and i’m glad cause it’s super clean and the employees are so sweet and adorable. I was once passing over there with my mom, and one of the employees heard us saying that it’s my mom’s birthday, and he gave us a dozen doughnuts (I know that that’s what they do for birthdays) but it was just nice, you know. But LITERALLY they have the best donuts out there… no competition.

It should be Pick.up to Go place for Grub hub & Door Dash orders..They have ok food and the waffle batter when its being cooked, You can smell the Sugar from Waffel Iron cooking. At lease my Sunday experience was very good.Friendly Greeting once you are at the counter 😷👌.

I’ve been going to this location for many years and have never had a bad experience. Staff always find ways to make things happen while providing high level of customer service. The product is always delicious no matter what time of day.

Glazed donuts are so light and fluffy they must be made of air from the flutter of angel wings. Hot and fresh, melt in your mouth amazing. Its our tradition to stop everytime we are in the area.

Best donuts ever! A friend and I stopped here for donuts and coffee and surprise - The Light was On!! Ordered warm, just glazed, melt in your mouth donuts that were absolutely delicious! The server and cashier were both pleasant and worked efficiently to handle a long line of customers quickly. Loved it!

Everyone here is very nice. Sometimes the registers arent working right and wont scan my rewards number off my phone, but they will hand key in my account number when this happens.The holiday donuts are cute, but fresh off the line is where it is at. They are like clouds of sweet happiness. Its way too easy to get two or three.They have a good reward system with their app and Ive gotten a few free donuts over the last few months. Im also really glad that they brought back the chocolate glaze as a fairly regular thing.The last time my mom and I went we even got two free donuts fresh off the line! It was so nice of the person!

The place is really wonderful and classic. I just think the staff can have some guidance as they were all young and somehow a little distracted. The lady who took my order forgot my coffee and also marked the wrong flavors of dounts. Other than that everything was excellent.

The original glazed are by far the best to me, I prefer them cooled already. I wouldnt suggest hot unless youre going to eat them immediately(when theyre the best). They always run great deals if youre signed up via email & their app.

We did a pick up order & waited 10 minutes in line just to pick up - not too much of a problem. Then when we get up there we ordered iced coffees too & they had to make them, again, not an issue. We ordered mediums & they made smalls. We explicitly asked if they were mediums & they said yes.. & they were the small cups (could see the sizes out & the cup is labeled 12oz). Mistakes are fine, but lying when we ask for confirmation on what we paid was a huge turn off on the service.

Fresh, delicious donuts you wont find anywhere else. Occasionally fhey wont have a specialty donut,, which is disappointing, but there are more than enough flavors to not be upset over such a small thing.Only difficulty with this location is getting to it because of the consistently terrible traffic in the area. If you arent in the correct lane, youll have to make another pass on the road to get there.

Went to get some donuts for the drive thru and no one ever took our order. There were multiple cars waiting in line and we sat for almost 30 mins & tried calling multiple times. We saw a girl in there and she didn’t bother coming to the window or answer the cars so we could order.

I’ve had some really good experiences with this Krispy Kreme however, unlike what the status says it is NOT a 24 hr drive through. I thought it was and went to pick up some donuts for work the next morning and when we got to the window (we assumed no one was on the headset) guy looks at us doesn’t say anything, again we just assumed maybe low staffed since it’s late and maybe they had to help out or use the bathroom or something. But after waiting some more and honking the guy finally decided to look at us again and signal they were closed. At least put up a sign or something if the google information is incorrect.

Fast and friendly. It can get busy but the line moves quickly.

Always good and prompt service. Clean store. Last time I was there, I decided after I paid to add one more, and they just gave it to me for free. Thats how you earn loyalty.

Came to this location and they had chillers on the menu, but they dont have anymore. Asked for a fountain drink as listed on the menu, no fountain drinks. I asked for just some donut holes and was rushed. The guy asked me to pull to the second window…I get there and the girl stated my total. I pull my card out and the girl walks away from the window…I just drove off…They werent prepared!!!

Drive thru line was long and slow. My husband and I could barely understand the woman on the intercom, when we asked her to repeat herself you could tell she got annoyed. We tried to order coffee drinks but were told they had cold slushie drinks. They had all the different donuts we asked for but they were cold. I will be trying other locations before I go back to this one.An update...returned a second time, they had no specialty donuts, what a bummer. This time the glazed donuts were warm.
