I had been patronizing this store for over a year & always felt like I received good service until a week ago. The older gentleman who would typically be working the cash register and who had always been very kind, rang up my order and I tried using a gift card which had $38.22 on it. The gentleman told me it wasn’t enough for the final purchase & so I withdrew the card from the reader & used another card. When I came home & checked the amount left in the gift card, it was zero; this man surreptitiously rang up the amount I had on the gift card on the register (their register and credit card reader are not connected) then told me it wasn’t enough, then rang another charge that I put on a different card. I should have known better but I wasn’t expecting to be swindled in a place I had been patronizing for so long. I will never shop here again. If you choose to make purchases there, i would closely observe how they ring you up. Don’t get screwed like I did.

Nice folks cool spot.Not a place to come for something to drink not much to choose from wasnt even a bottle of water for sale in this camp.

LOVE this store, though I dont frequent it as much as I should. Its easily the best in the area, with knowledgeable, friendly staff, and a HUGE selection that puts Best Smokes (located two traffic lights to the north) to shame. There are some brands in stock here that Ive never seen before! And I am not a cigar smoker, but peeking into the humidor makes me consider picking up the habit.All in all, you cant go wrong with this store.

These guys charge me a difft price for a carton of cigs each time I go in there. The older dude barely speaks English and is hard to communicate with, and he will overcharge u ALL the time unless u pay attention.

I liked the fast service, and cheaper than other tobacco shops on Route 1. For the elements papers which I was charged more for at other stores, here I got it for very less. Khalid is very friendly and courteous, and gives honest information about his products. And would highly recommend this store because of the high volume and variety of products.

I visited Tobacco World just before Christmas. They have a great selection a cheaper prices than other cigar shops in the area. The humidor is a nice size offering Rocky Patel, Padron, LFD and other brands. The staff is knowledgeable about cigars and the branding of cigars. I have gone back multiple times and enjoy having a smoke at the shop. Great experience and even better staff!

Just returned from this store after trying to return some tobacco that expired more than a year ago. But this wasnt the worst part, mistakes do happen. After opening the store 45 minutes late, the person at the counter was far from helpful, or even polite! They got on the defensive, claimed they werent the salesperson who sold the product to us 2 days ago, claimed they couldnt exchange it because they didnt know what it cost (REALLY!!!), and grudgingly tried to exchange the product for one of lesser value. We pass by this store everyday, but well gladly go out of our way for better customer service. This is the LAST time we go there! One bad salesperson cost this store a retuning customer.

Best place in Va. Not being hard to find, Tobacco World included every flavor backwood ever produced in the US. When walking in trying to find a fine cigar just turn right.
